''Ultra Fight Victory'' is the second ''Franchise/UltraSeries''-based youtube miniseries released by Tsuburaya, after ''Series/UltraZeroFight'', directed by Koichi Sakamoto, serving as an extension of the titular Ultra's story after being the deuteragonist of ''Series/UltramanGinga''. Also, several scenes from the short series serve as [[GenreThrowback genre throwbacks]] to older installments of Tsuburaya's Golden Age, especially to ''Series/UltramanAce'', ''Film/UltramanStory'', ''Series/UltramanLeo'' and ''Series/AndroMelos''.

Yapool, last seen in ''Ultraman Ginga S'', has returned from his apparent defeat in Series/UltramanMebius. And this time the sinister interdimensional demon-lord is scheming to resurrect an even greater evil. In Shou's homeland, the Victorium Kingdom, an attack from the antlion Terrible-monster Aribunta has Victory seemingly pinned down, until the arrival of Ultraman Hikari turns the tide of the battle around. But Aribunta is just one of many Terrible-monsters unleashed by Yapool, and from Hikari, Victory learns the fate of his close friend and brother-in-arms, Ginga, as well as Yapool's latest plans, which he will be destined to stop...

An English dub of the series provided by William Winckler Productions was released in parts on Tsuburaya Productions' official Youtube channel.

!!''Ultra Fight Victory'' provides examples of the following tropes:

* AllYourPowersCombined:
** Once again, Ultraman Ginga and Victory combine their powers to form Ginga-Victory, [[spoiler: which allows them to defeat Yapool]].
** After Ultraman Victory [[spoiler: unleashes the Victorium Core's power, crippling Super Grand King]], the other Ultras, Ace, Leo, Astra, and Ginga then combine their energy beams and blast the monster apart.
* BadassInDistress: Ultraman Ginga gets captured and crucified by Victory Killer prior to the start of the series, and has to be rescued by Ultraman Ace and Ultraman Victory.
* BehemothBattle: A really fierce one happens on Planet Gua, where the Leo Brothers battle a Terrible-monster brigade consisting of Verokron, Vakishim and Doragory. The Ultras are eventually reinforced by Ace, Ginga and Victory, ''and then'' Yapool decide to personally join the fray...
* BootstrappedLeitmotif: Ever since this series, Ultraman Victory has his own background theme, the Melody of Victory.
* CoolSword: The Knight Timbre, created from combining Victory’s Victorium energy with Hikari’s Knight energy.
* {{Crossover}}: With ''Series/UltramanAce'', ''Series/UltramanLeo'' and ''Series/AndroMelos''.
* ADayInTheLimelight: For Ultraman Victory. While he had plenty of screentime and development in ''Series/UltramanGinga'', this time the series is named after him, and he gets more CharacterDevelopment in this series.
* DemotedToDragon: Yapool is now the secondary villain, with Juda Spectre being the BigBad.
* DualWielding: The final battle with Ultraman Victory battling Juda Spectre, mano-on-mano, [[spoiler: has Victory using the Knight Timbre AND Shepherdon Sabre simultaneously]].
* DyingDeclarationOfHate: [[spoiler: Yapool's last words are to curse the Ultras, gloat that the Ultras have ultimately failed to prevent the awakening of Juda Spectre, and taunting that Juda Spectre will soon enslave the entire universe]].
* DynamicEntry: Ultraman Ace, Ginga and Victory announce their arrival on Planet Gua... by blasting the [[TerribleTrio Terrible-monster Trio]] right where they stood.
* EldritchLocation: Juda Spectre's dimension, where the alien overlord awaits. [[spoiler: Only the power of pure Victorium crystals can survive in there, which means its up to Ultraman Victory to enter said dimension and deal with Juda personally]].
* GodzillaThreshold: The threat of Juda is so powerful, ''SIX'' Ultramen are sent to stop him!
** While Ultraman Victory is fighting Victory-Killer, Yapool attempts to distract Victory by summoning Lunaticks to kill the crucified Ultraman Ginga. Victory then summons Shepardon to fight Lunaticks.
* HalfTheManHeUsedToBe: [[spoiler: Juda Spectre is finally defeated when Victory carves the Knight Timbre through the villain's midsection]].
* HenshinHero: Only applies to Shou, Ultraman Victory's human form. Hikaru is present but he already transformed into Ginga off-screen, while the senior Ultras’ hosts are absent.
* HornsOfVillainy: Applies to every major villain seen. Yapool, Juda Spectre, Super Grand King...
* HowWeGotHere: The first episode begins with TheTeaser where Ultraman Victory, already armed with the Knight Timbre, confronts Victory Killer, who is gloating before a crucified Ultraman Ginga. Cue title card, before going backwards to what happened earlier before Victory's meeting with Hikari.
* InstrumentalWeapon: The Knight Timbre is a flute and a powerful sword at the same time, in the hands of Ultraman Victory it allows him to take down monsters with ease.
* {{Kaiju}}
* TheManBehindTheMan: Juda Spectre is the true mastermind behind the monster invasion, with Yapool being his lackey.
* MythologyGag: The scene where Aribunta abducts Sakuya by opening an antlion pit beneath her is almost identical to Aribunta's debut episode in ''Ultraman Ace'', opening an antlion pit beneath Yuko Minami. And both scenes follows with Shou/Seiji Hokuto diving into the pit on purpose to save Sakuya/Minami. Aribunta's lairs in both series are identical, too.
* NiceJobBreakingItHero: When fighting Aribunta, Ultraman Victory decides to go all-out and use all his kaiju spark dolls, unleashing one power after another without thinking of a clear strategy on which power he should focus on... [[spoiler: this allows Yapool to analyze Victory's fighting patterns and copy the Ultra's kaiju-based powers, and then transfer these abilities into Victory-Killer, allowing Victory-Killer to defeat Ultraman Ace just when Ace is about to win]].
* NoSell: The Ultras' first battle against Super Grand King have the monster shrugging off every single attack the Ultras hurl at him. Including slicing apart Ace's guillotine like a chainsaw through balsa wood, blasting Ultramen Leo and Astra in mid-air while they're performing their dual kick, and winning a BeamOWar against Ultraman Ginga Victory in ''4 seconds''.
* OnlyTheChosenMayWield: The powerful Knight Timbre is compatible only with the energies of Victorium crystals, therefore the weapon can only be used by Ultraman Victory. Naturally, Ultraman Hikari, who created said weapon, is TheChooserOfTheOne, delivering said weapon to Victory in the heat of battle.
* PowerCopying: Victory-Killer is infused with [[spoiler: several of Victory's kaiju-based powers, which happens because Victory used them indiscriminately beforehand, allowing Yapool to scan and duplicate them]].
* PowerGlows: [[spoiler: The final battle ends when Victory unleashes the Victorium core within him, causing an insanely powerful aura of pure, golden Victorium energy to be unleashed in Juda's dimension, crippling the villain and allowing Victory to win]].
* RightHandAttackDog: Juda Spectre's unstoppable [[TheJuggernaut juggernaut]] monster, Super Grand King.
* SuddenlyVoiced: Leo’s brother Astra, who previously only spoke when he was being impersonated by Barbalue.
* SwordFight: The final battle culminates with one between [[spoiler: Ultraman Victory and Juda Spectre]]. It's ''awesome''.
* TornadoMove: The Knight Victorium Flash, used in conjunction with the Knight Timbre. This move allows Ultraman Victory to finally defeat Aribunta.
* VertigoEffect: Used more than once during the fight against Victory-Killer.
