By the third chapter, [[CerebusSyndrome things take a turn for the dramatic]], as the members of Smoosh become self-appointed protectors of the Universe, unravel ancient conspiracies and do battle with Doosh, a team of [[ThePsychoRangers Psycho Rangers]] led by the evil god Segami.
