4	Johnny turns Susan and Mary into vampires to get Gil to fall in love with them. But it turns out the girls want to bite Gil, and now, Johnny and Dukey must save Gil and get his lovestruck vampire sisters back into the lab so they can change them back to normal.

When Johnny questions how the sun isn't harming them, they claim the sun just [[OurVampiresAreDifferent makes their skin sparkle.]]
10	* DidntThinkThisThrough: Midway through Susan and Mary's transformation, Johnny and Dukey realize too late that splicing their DNA with those of vampire bats and turning them into real vampires is a bad idea.

19	* OhCrap: Johnny and Dukey get this as the girls are going through the transformation, realizing midway through what a bad idea it was to tell the girls to turn themselves into vampires. Even moreso when, unsurprisingly, having two vampires as twin sisters turn out to be utterly dangerous as soon as the process finishes.

32	* VampiresHarem: Inverted when Susan and Mary accidentally turn themselves into vampires. They seek to make Gil as their male mate.
33	* VampireHunter: Johnny and Dukey become vampire slayers to stop the Vampire Twins, but Johnny is only keeping the wooden stakes around because they make them look cool. The real goal is to save Gil first then get the girls back to normal.
34	* WallCrawl: When Johnny and Dukey try to escape outside, Susan and Mary scale the side of their house to the roof and drop down on them from the air.
