* Opposes: [[Pantheon/{{Monarchs}} Ramses]], [[Pantheon/{{Offsprings}} Moses]]
* Opposed by: [[Pantheon/{{Commerce}} Nibbler]], many canine deities
* In Ancient Egypt, cats were considered sacred. Essential in eliminating pests, it would be as early as the 2nd Dynasty a deity would rise to represent them. Daughter of Ra, Bastet is the goddess of war, love, the sun and sensuality. Protector of the home and family, she proved a very popular goddess and it would only be a matter of time until the Trope Pantheon noted. Now she serves a new divine role; that of embodying [[CatsAreSuperior the mightiness of cats]].
* Just like every other Egyptian deity, she despises YHVH for His oppression of foreign pantheons like her own. And just like them, she believes Ramses is going too far. Doesn't exactly like Moses either due to the whole "Exodus" thing being somewhat of a sore spot.
* Asides from Egypt, [[Franchise/CthulhuMythos she's also part of the Cthulhu mythos]] as an Elder God. This incarnation [[Literature/NyarukoCrawlingWithLove works on Planetary Defense Organizations']] Dreamlands Management Division alongside N'tse-Kaambal, [[GenderFlip as a male]].
* As the original goddess of cats and one of the strongest felines out there, it was no surprise that she would be made the leader of the Hall of Felines. That being said, there is a feline deity who completely surpasses her in strength; Beerus, [[DestroyerDeity God of Destruction]]. Though they compete in terms of who's the better cat deity, [[FriendlyRivalry they're friends at the end of the day]] and respect one another. Sometimes they can be seen flirting with each other. No one is sure how serious the flirting is, however.
** Mewtwo has shown interest in fighting her and determining who's the stronger feline, which Bastet is open for.
* Her views on Glenn Quagmire are complicated but mostly positive. As a goddess of lust, she's behind Glenn Quagmire scoring but looks down on [[BlackComedyRape the lengths he's willing to go to]]. Still, Glenn is a massive fan of cats and is willing to help her with them free of charge.
* [[AnimalJingoism Most dog deities dislike her]], and were upset to learn that the Hall of Felines got a Greater Deity before them, partly because many a feline were feeling pretty smug at her ascension. That being said, Bastet doesn't have any bias towards canines. Hell, her consort on most occasions is the jackal-headed Anubis!
* As with every Egyptian deity, she detests Apophis. The two have been locked in combat for several millennia, bound by Ra until she had to be released in order to rest. She rested in the body of the Kanes' house cat, Muffet, and as a result of their conflict, when in close enough proximity to him, she can read the monster's thoughts. Of late, [[VideoGame/{{Smite}} she thought she succeeded in killing the abomination]]. Unfortunately, the dreaded serpent survives in the Trope Pantheon. She requested her ascension almost immediately after hearing of the news and hopes to take him down once and for all. The Orochi [[Pantheon/{{Reptiles}} from the same house]] is on her hit list as well, due to being a similar AnimalisticAbomination.
* As the goddess of the hunt and love/lust, she gets along with Artemis and Aphrodite. You can usually find her dealing with the many rodent pests of the pantheon, which has made Twitch's life a lot harder. As a goddess of health and medicine, she will work in the House of Health And Diseases.
* Bastet is also a goddess of music, and will usually spend time in that House, as well as the House of Beasts.
* As a guardian of family and the home, she is naturally appalled by the Child Abusers.
* Helps protect the sun along with her father, leading her to oppose those who wish to take out the sun.
* Nibbler was incredibly suspicious of her upon her ascension, claiming that she was part of [[ItMakesSenseInContext the cats' plans to take over the world]]. She finds his accusations annoying, since in most realities felines aren't part of any evil conspiracy. Nibbler remains suspicious of her.
* [[Pantheon/MagicCasters Muhammad Avdol]] looked at her funny once she ascended, due to having faced a Stand by the name of Bastet. Said Stand was an electrical outlet that used magnetic attraction against the user's enemies, which got a good laugh out of her when [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9nslHyh3hm4 it put him and Joseph Joestar in a compromising position]]. Doesn't get why its power is magnetism, but does think [[MsFanservice the user]] was appropriate enough. Of course, Bastet had to clear things up and clarify that magnetism and electricity have never been domains of hers. Those 'Stands' were named after them gratuitously. Like, Geb being more water than earth? Anubis being more of a living Sword than taking care of the dead? ''Seriously?'' And that's not getting into the moral alignments of DIO and his cohorts, which clash with hers...
* Along with her consort and father, [[VideoGame/{{Smite}} she's joined the battle of the gods]] as an Assassin class. To her irritation, [[Creator/LeahClark she sounds like]] Yuu, though she appreciates the fact that the CatGirl [[Manga/SoulEater Blair]] also shares her voice. Didn't like it when [[Pantheon/OtherCriminals Aladdin]] and friends mistook her for [[WesternAnimation/AladdinTheSeries Mirage]], who she considers "[[ForTheEvulz a sadistic lunatic]] little better than [[OmnicidalManiac Apophis]]".
* One day, many feline beings complained to Bastet about a certain god named [[Pantheon/PersonalAppearance Geralt of Rivia]]. When she met with Geralt, she herself found a great urge to hiss at him, and she didn't know why. He explained that there is no reason why cats hate Witchers, they just do, and it's something he got used to. As such, Bastet made a rule to all felines that when it comes to the Witcher Geralt of Rivia to only report genuine trouble besides a sudden urge to hiss.
* She finds the "black cats represent bad luck" superstition simultaneously annoying and very amusing, because in Egypt, black cats represented GOOD luck. Ironically, it was ''white'' cats that were considered unlucky.

[[folder:Black☆Star]]
'''[[Manga/SoulEater Black☆Star]], God of [[SmallNameBigEgo Massive Egotism]]''' (Center of Self-Thought, Master of All Egocentricism)
[[quoteright:225:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/26648.jpg]]

* Rivals: [[Pantheon/{{Firearms}} Black★Rock Shooter]], [[Pantheon/{{Metafiction}} Strong Bad]]
* Enemies: Anyone he determines a non-believer of his extreme greatness, [[Pantheon/EyeColors Medusa Gorgon]], Draven, Gilgamesh (both of them, but for different reasons for each), Kishin Asura
* Opposes: [[Pantheon/{{Anger}} Excalibur]] (So annoying, that got the biggest freakout ever (ﺧ益ﺨ))
* Considers above all gods in the House of Emotion, perhaps even in the Pantheon. While formerly sharing the title of [[SmallNameBigEgo Massive Egotism]] with Strong Bad, the other gods got tired of their constant fighting and had them separated into different Houses.
** With the both of them being too stubborn to give up their title, they decided to settle their differences once and for all in a one-on-one fight; which ended in [[CurbStompBattle with Black☆Star completely wiping the floor with Strong Bad]] and kicking him out of the temple. Strong Bad has since settled on having the trope [[FourthWallMailSlot Reading Fan Mail Beyond the Fourth Wall]], but still holds a grudge against Black☆Star.
* Black☆Star is determined to make sure that each and every god knows and acknowledges how great his is.
** While some have let Black☆Star know that they realize his greatness, they are probably planning to use him and are tricking him. He generally doesn't care.
* Despite his arrogance, Black☆Star doesn't consider himself to be a god, [[BlasphemousBoast but a human who has surpassed the gods]]. To wit, he's even willing to lower himself to a boasting partnership with the completely normal ascended human Mr. Satan in which Black☆Star makes the entirely BS claim to be Mr. Satan's "greatest student ever", sometimes even breaking into joke arguments about whether or not "the student surpassed the teacher".
* He has made it his goal to defeat [[VisualNovel/FateStayNight Gilgamesh, the King of Heroes]], and prove he is powerful enough to surpass the gods. Gil admitted he wouldn't mind "fighting him", though he was probably referring to mopping the floor with Black☆Star when he said that.
* Thinks that his ego is better than Vegeta's. The Saiyan Prince could care less…at least most of time.
* Black☆Star is rather pissed that he's not inducted in the Ninja Shitennou (Naruto got in first). Still, he claims that it's fine, he's the ManBehindTheMan of the group anyway; it was he who spurred [[Pantheon/CombatOccupations Ryu Hayabusa]] to lead anyway. That was something that Hayabusa just responded to with silence (and a mental {{face palm}}).
* Of all things, by making it to the Pantheon, he wished he'd never see ''that'' annoying, loony Excalibur anymore. He's thankful that the one in the Weapons House is ''not'' the same. [[TemptingFate Needless to say]], when said annoying loony actually ''made it to the Pantheon'', and even waved him 'long time no see', Black☆Star had the biggest FreakOut [[http://read.mangashare.com/Soul-Eater/chapter-074/page021.html to]] [[http://read.mangashare.com/Soul-Eater/chapter-074/page030.html date]]. (ﺧ益ﺨ)
* He is trying his best to get his Weapon Tsubaki in the Pantheon with little success.
* It should be noted that he's at [[OOCIsSeriousBusiness his most dangerous when he actually shuts up]].

* TeethClenchedTeamwork: most evil scientists
* Complicated relations: the House of Pantheon/ProphecyAndFate, though he has a lot of resentment towards deities that [[ScrewDestiny defied fate]]
* There are plenty of cruel birds that one can encounter and Lord Shen happens to be one of the cruelest. He resided over Gongmen City and discovered that fireworks also function as gunpowder. He tried using this in order to destroy kung fu but was thwarted by Po.
* Shen used to visit the House of Technology a lot. He was banned from there after the Gods discovered that the advanced weaponry enthusiast was trying to glean information in order to perfect his cannons.
* His temple is a tower-palace protected with cannons and a wide selection of high-tech weaponry pillaged from the Technology house. He is fascinated by automated guns such as [=GLaDOS=]' turrets and Engineer's sentries, because, unlike regular minions, they are incapable of perceived "betrayal".
* He's having a hard time finding loyal allies nowadays, ever since word got out that [[BadBoss he was not above killing not only minions but even loyal friends in fits of rage]].
** For this reason, [[Pantheon/{{Canines}} Wolf O'Donnell]] particularly avoids him, considering what happened to the last wolf who worked for him.
** In addition, The Minions don't like him due to the aforementioned reason and the peacock has no interest in them either.
* Some members of the House of Technology have been on guard and trying to make sure Lord Shen doesn't make any attempts to get back in following the initial ban. Tony Stark and Mewtwo are among the ones from that house who tend to get into conflicts the with the peacock whenever he tries to set foot there. Both the Avenger and the Pokémon have mentioned that they find [[Creator/KeijiFujiwara something about him]] disturbing.
* The peacock has been looking for a way to get into the House of Pantheon/{{Weapons}}, specifically the
Hall of Pantheon/RangedWeapons. These attempts aren't much better compared to his break-ins at Technology.
** Some of his more unlucky attempts at getting in that house involved battles against members from the Hall of Pantheon/BladedWeapons, such as Sakuya Izayoi, a knife user like him, or Lea, who's disturbed by him the same reason Tony Stark and Mewtwo are. The peacock is trying to look up ways to get past them for the time being.
* Given that he was defeated by "a warrior of black and white" as foretold by a prophecy, many would think that he would oppose the House of Prophecy. It turns out that back in his world, the Soothsayer, the one who foretold that prophecy, [[MoralityPet served as whatever conscious he had left of him]]. Although Shen is determined to make sure he doesn't get defeated a second time, he's been visiting that particular house every now and then, hoping that the prophecy changes for the better of him.
** Given that his attempt to fight his fate was genocide, some think it wasn't just pandas he had exterminated but snow leopards as well. In any case, neither Shen nor [[Pantheon/EvilActions Tai Lung]] have considered [[EnemyMine working together to exact revenge on Po and the Furious Five]].
* Among his most consistent allies are fellow feathered fiends Grand Duke of Owls, Clockwerk, and The Crow. The former two were his followers prior to their respective ascensions. Shen doesn't mind the fact that the Crow and Clockwerk aren't actually birds.
* Aside from Po, the heroic [=DreamWorks=] deities are in opposition against him. While some would think that the peacock would be allies with fellow villain [[Pantheon/FearInducers Pitch Black]], it's not really the case. It's commonly believed that Shen's own fears and paranoia would be more prominent than ever if he's near Pitch.
* He has been looking at what some of the items in Pantheon/TheGreatTreasury are capable of and seeing how much use they would be in his creation of new weapons. Given that he's not allowed near the vault, the most he can do is look at video footage of said items in action.
* Upon word that Shen was looking at Team Star Fox's technology to see what can be done, Falco has started to attack the peacock. The battles usually end with either one retreating if they're badly injured.
* There is a select few who believe that Shen could be redeemed. Unfortunately for them, it's not possible since Shen feels that [[IveComeTooFar he's come too far with his actions]] ([[WellDoneSonGuy he tried to impress his parents back then]], but wasn't successful and believed his parents hated him as a result of his actions) and that his drive for evil is only to go deeper as time passes.
** Adding on to that is the fact that his foretold demise could only be prevented if Shen would repent. It's not going to happen anytime soon, since Shen is still convinced that his actions will prevent such a fate.
** Because of this, he has a lot of resentment towards deities that have been able to defy their own fates such as [[Pantheon/{{Costumes}} Lucina]] and [[Pantheon/{{Knowledge}} Shulk]]. He believes that if they can defy fate, then so can he.
* Despite the fact that he is proficient with fireworks, he has been using them for harm more often than not. As such, he has been banned from partaking in any celebrations of sorts. [[Pantheon/{{Celebration}} The Panda King]], in particular hates him with a passion: genocide of the panda kind and using fireworks--which he considers an art form--to use for murdering people (as opposed to him using it to bury villages in snow) makes him utterly DESPICABLE. The first time The Panda King met with Shen, he sent the peacock flying with his patented Flame-Fu.
* Is noted to be rather selective on what evil genius to use to help him. If there's a possibility that they might turn against him ([[EvenEvilHasStandards usually if they think Shen will cross the line]]), then chances are Shen will have a hard time working with them.
* ''"And so, the Year of the Peacock begins!"''

* Respected by: [[Pantheon/{{Mindsets}} Indiana Jones]]
* Conflicting Opinion by: [[Pantheon/{{Anger}} Dr. Perry Cox]]
* A follower of Segata Sanshiro, Don Draper nevertheless wanted to be a god himself. He hoped to claim the title of TheBarnum. While impressed, The Court of the Gods concluded that he had too much sympathy in some of his customers to qualify. Dejected, Don decided to do it the old-fashioned way: get enough followers to adore him. Incredibly, he managed to pool enough fans to do just that, mainly from many others who were full of themselves.
* Segato did not fare well as many of his followers deserted him in favor of Don Draper. With that said, he respects the success of his former disciple as well as the show itself.
* Unlike Segato, he doesn't see Bill Mays as a rival. He admires how the advertiser managed to get so many people to buy his death. He even paid tribute at the time of his death. On the onset of his ascension, Don exchanged ideas on new ways to get customers to buy products.
* Took the task of advertising the exploits of fellow advertising executive Roger O. Thornhill. Roger had hoped this would convince people not to look to him for spying services. [[FromBadToWorse It only put him in even more missions]].
* Has already made an impressive list of ladies he has bedded in the Pantheon in the short time he's been there. Charlie has maintained a more positive friendship with him, partially for feeling bad for his previous experience with other women.
* With that said, he has gotten a lot of flack from the more promiscuous women in the Pantheon. They point to how he treated Betty and Megan for bedding multiple men [[{{Hypocrite}} despite doing the same to women]]. Those women made sure to spread the word to discourage other women to sleep with him.
* Has been accused of playing the field to all the alignment factions in the Pantheon for a quick buck, ''even the GUAD''. It all balances out in an odd way; they all have improved their advertising skills but are no better at recruiting than other factions.
* Is distraught to find few other deities set in the 50s. The most amiable person from that period was Ricky Ricardo. The advertiser is glad the sitcom dad has the patience to stick around with him.
* Hank Hill may not be from the fifties, but he knows how it feels to be left being in the times... even if he doesn't approve of many of his lifestyle choices. That and Don has done wonders promoting propane and propane accessories.
* Don hoped to make amends with his daughter and ex-wife, discussing how to do so with Zuko. Instead, neither woman would accept his apology, claiming the man will never change. Their words echoed true as he blamed Zuko for giving him bad advice. He has now accepted that being an advertiser (and a {{Narcissist}}) are the only things he's good at.
** The closest he's ever gotten to rekindling with his ex has been a brief tryst with [[Pantheon/FanserviceAttires Emma Frost]], who [[Film/XMenFirstClass reminds him of Betty]].
** Don got oddly emotional upon seeing [[Creator/KiernanShipka Sabrina Spellman]], because he sees her looking like his daughter. They have since built a good relationship - after all, Sabrina has no father figure, and Don wants to make up for his old parenting mistakes.
* Goes into arguments with Walter White and his followers over who had the superior show at their times. His advertising skills have given him a slight recruiting edge.
* Perry Cox would admit this much: few of his followers have done such a compelling job following his style of teaching. He's also impressed in how he managed to keep Peggy Olson his herald after she almost walked out on him. Otherwise the two don't talk to each other much. It works better for Cox that way; he doesn't want to pander to Draper after his ascension.
** Peggy also played a large role in making Don notice Offred, who [[Creator/ElisabethMoss looks exactly like her]]. Don sympathizes with her plight, which seems too much even for a womanizer like himself, and has promised to do what he can to keep Offred safe from danger.
* Deities have long acknowledged that he doesn't have any plans when it comes to advertising, instead relying on his talent, [[RefugeInAudacity audacity]] and more than a little luck to get things done. Even Indiana Jones admits he's done a good job employing his tactics.
* Many think that he has learned many of his jerkish attitude from Jin. As usual, neither are grateful or even acknowledge each other. Don's narcissistic attitude is particularly grating to Jin's ears.

* Hayleen Dreamsmasher Smith-Fischer is, if the middle name didn't make it clear, often the bugbear of her dad. While Stan is a strict, "good old boy"-minded dad, she's the BlackSheep of being a lazy bohemain, hippie and vegetarian. Once they were alike, but now she and her dad often butt heads. However [[ThickerThanWater they're still family]] and still share a number of personality traits, despite being the BrattyTeenageDaughter of the family.
* Her feelings towards her dad are certainly complex, as half the time she's rebellious and the other half [[WellDoneSonGuy she wants his approval]]. The most noticeable comparison they make are their shared flaws of [[{{Hypocrite}} hypocrisy]] and [[ItsAllAboutMe selfishness]]. The fact that she dated a body double suggests an Electra complex, which confirmed many of Freud's suspicions towards her. He hopes to be a therapist for not just Hayley [[DysfunctionalFamily but the Smiths as a whole]].
* [[MamasBabyPapasMaybe It's possible that Stan isn't her biological father]], as Francine got cold feet and had an affair around the time of her conception. However Stan ultimately doesn't care, as she's still his daughter where it counts and decided not to check for the paternity. In private he talks about it with [[Pantheon/FamilyDynamics Daeron]], who had to deal with the stigma of ambiguous paternity. However his and [[Pantheon/{{Mindsets}} his own dad's]] dynamic is flipped with him being the serious one, and his dad being bourgeouis. [[EveryoneHasStandards Hayley would probably be offended by any comparison to Aegon the Unworthy]].
* Hayley was a proud vegetarian, and likes to show it off in the House of Pantheon/{{Food}}. However the actual vegetarians in the pantheon don't think highly of this as she's snuck a lot of meat into her diet, and given she skims ham off the sandwich at deliveries it seems she's abandoned this. As part of her job working at a deli, Hayley has been delivering meals to and from the House of Food. She's enjoyed the company of her new co-worker Reuben, [[LazyBum given his mellow personality]].
* Hayley's sexual appetite can prove voracious. Besides the Electra complex, she's at least bicurious and even was willing to sleep with a CIA agent [[BestialityIsDepraved who was in the body of a koala]]. While she does tend to check out the [[Pantheon/LustfulActs lust]] [[Pantheon/LustfulBehavior Halls]], Hayley is married to Jeff now and probably isn't going to go behind his back nowadays. Many in the House of Pantheon/LoveAndAffection are relieved she's taken because it might lead to her being dumped. [[WomanScorned And her reaction is terrifying]], to the point the rampage is what the uninformed would believe was done by a more well known yandere deity in the Pantheon.
* Eric Cartman has a vitriolic hatred of Hayley because he hates all hippies and has personally killed many. While a flawed, selfish and bratty daughter, Hayley is a ''way'' better person than [[TheSociopath Cartman]] and is regularly disgusted by how low he can sink. Mandark is less evil than Cartman, but he shares much of Cartman's contempt for Hayley. Mainly because he is frustrated with his own hippie parents.
* While they don't hate her persay, Ned Flanders and Vernon Dursley don't like Hayley. Vernon because he's an utter bore, and Ned because he's less of a bore, but doesn't care for hippie culture and teenage rebelliousness. Hayley suspects that he's rebelling against his beatnik parents, [[NotSoAboveItAll which are two of the only people]] [[HatesTheirParent he hates]]. They're different as night and day, but in this one instance regarding their parent-child dynamic perhaps not.
* Contrasting her dynamic with the fathers mentioned above, Hayley is rather chill around Greg Universe due to his open-mindedness and generally mellow, chill personality. Greg is more ambivalent towards her, and wishes she would work on [[ItsAllAboutMe her]] [[{{Hypocrite}} personal flaws]]. He was pleasently surprised to learn [[HiddenDepths she's a great singer]], and has played a more "traditional" 1950s persona with making pies for contests.
* A consummate [[TheStoner stoner]], she was overjoyed to meet and smoke weed with Snoop Dogg. Mina joined, not to smoke[[note]][[GRatedStoner probably]][[/note]] but to just chill, and given her mellow personality Hayley liked her. Sometimes she chills out with [=90s=] Dude as well.
* She UsedToBeASweetKid, however everything changed when [[spoiler:she witnessed a seal being clubbed to death on news]]. Naturally, she is very protective of the seal deities in the pantheon. She seems to see some of her brother in Rotor Walrus. Her issues with the Hall of Mind Control are likely driven because of [[spoiler:Stan using "[[LaserGuidedTykeBomb Operation Daycare]]". That almost led to her committing {{Patricide}} as a flaw of the mind control]], and probably fuels [[FreudianExcuse her issues]].
* Having been bratty in her younger years, [[Pantheon/PhysicalAttractiveness Bulma]] has hopes that given enough time, she'll mature though hopes she still keeps a bit of her rebellious streak in the future. Interestingly, there is a future where thanks to time travel shenanigans she ended up living an unhappy life waiting for Jeff for 60 years. Fortunately that future was aborted, hopefully including apes eventually taking over.
** The millionaire Hayley could've ended up got killed before she could choose him because of Roger [[DisproportionateRetribution being Roger]]. Hayley would be more pissed at him had Jeff not returned much sooner than 60 years.

* Ascended thanks to a combined effort of ascended film directors (George Lucas, Joss Whedon, and Michael Bay). That, and the fact that both ''Film/{{Avatar}}'' and ''Film/Titanic1997'' just so happens to hold the box-office records of all time also helps.
* Jim Cameron came from humble origins, working as a truck driver before being inspired to work in film due to [[Creator/GeorgeLucas a certain film director's]] [[Film/ANewHope film about a farm boy, a scoundrel, and a princess]]. The rest, as they say, is history.
** ''Do not'' mention ''Piranha 2'' around him, as that's his OldShame, unless you want the T-800 Mk.1 and the T-1000 paying you a visit. And that's if he's feeling merciful.
* Upon hearing that their creator has ascended into the Pantheon, a homecoming party was held for Cameron. It was also the ''only'' time that one could see SKYNET and Cal Hockley try and not kill their most hated enemies and act civil...although Jim finds it [[ActuallyPrettyFunny pretty damn funny]] that both he and Jack have to share a temple. That, and SKYNET has vowed to protect its creator from all threats. [[EvenEvilHasStandards Even a genocidal computer program has standards]]. While Ellen Ripley wasn't one of Cameron's creations, she did sent him a thank-you note for making her into [[ActionGirl such a badass]].
* Has something of an OddFriendship with the Predator (specially given Cameron has already worked with the [[Pantheon/HuntersAndSlayers alien]]). This came about whilst on a flight to Japan with Stan Winston (who was tasked with designing the titular alien), and while looking at Winston's sketches, Cameron suggested that he always "wanted to see something with mandibles." Winston then incorporated said mandibles into the Predator. Jim is now seeking to have his old friend join him in the Pantheon.
* Cameron is known for being a [[TyrantTakesTheHelm tyrannical]] {{jerkass}} when he is behind the camera (whereas Stanley Kubrick is much, ''much'' worse), hence the nickname 'Iron Jim.' Anyone who has worked with him can tell you that this is a well-deserved title. It's also rumored that he has a [[JekyllAndHyde evil alter-ego]] by the name of [[SdrawkcabName Mij]], who is [[TheDreaded even worse]] than Jim himself.
* His temple is full of {{Fun T Shirt}}s worn by his crew reminding us why working with him was a hardship, including "You can't scare me. I work for James Cameron", "Life's [[Film/TheAbyss Abyss]] and then you Dive", and "This film would have been easier to shoot on the Moon".
* Seen onboard the ''Normandy.'' Given James' love for all things sci-fi, he is looking to bring the exploits of Commander Shepherd and his band of misfits to the silver screen. If that happens, then all bets are off.
* Both Johnny Cage and Fei Long both expressed their desire to work with the man. As it turns out, both Cassie and Sonya are fans of Cameron's work, with ''Titanic'' being the latter's favorite (much to the surprise of Johnny and Jax), while the former prefers ''Avatar.'' Johnny, for his part, kept his mouth shut for once about his former spouse's preferences.
* Became fast friends with Monty Oum. Wiz and Boomstick suspect that both Oum and Cameron are planning on testing whether or not Team RWBY can take on a Terminator and win.
* As Cameron is also a philanthropist (among many of his talents), he is seen either trading snarks and technological tips with Tony Stark or discussing underwater exploration with Bruce Wayne. Goes to show that there is more to Jim than being a hardass on the film set. Stark just hopes that Cameron can keep SKYNET under control, lest the genocidal computer would try and hack his mainframe.
** Speaking of SKYNET, both Sektor and Reaper had made several attempts to hack SKYNET's mainframe, thus earning Jim's ire. It's not wise to screw with a guy whose creations include Terminators. Reaper found this out the hard way when he was nearly bushwhacked by the T-1000 disguised as Widowmaker. Wisely, both villains keep their distance.
* [[Westernanimation/SouthPark "James Cameron doesn't do what James Cameron does for James Cameron. James Cameron does what James Cameron does because James Cameron is James Cameron."]]

* Fears: [[Pantheon/{{Monarchs}} Settra]]
* Additional Relations: [[Pantheon/MinionsAndSidekicks Kronk]]
* Kuzco is a highly arrogant and selfish Incan emperor who ends up getting turned into a llama following a botched assassination attempt at the hands of his recently-fired advisor Yzma and her dim-witted assistant Kronk. Kuzco ends up in the company of village leader Pacha, whose village would end up being the planned area where Kuzco’s summer house would be built, and while they have a rough time being with each other at first, the two would gradually become friends as Kuzco finds his way back home. It’s when Kuzco discovers Yzma’s attempt to take over as ruler, combined with multiple comedic mishaps and the revelation that no one really cared about him as emperor, that Kuzco learns to become a better person. Following a struggle against Yzma at the capital, Kuzco finds the potion to turn back into a human and, for the most part, has taken the lessons about humility to heart.
* A messenger from a far-off locale arrived at Kuzco’s palace one day with the intent of delivering him news about a place that took an interest in him. The messenger happened to bring a llama plushie with him to give to Kuzco, with the emperor noting how funny it is that people from distant areas know about him despite not actually visiting him. It was during that time that Kuzco became aware of the Pantheon, how it wanted him to be part of it, and the numerous papers the messenger sent him in regards to how being part of the Pantheon will affect things. Kuzco was more than willing to be part of whatever this Pantheon is and while his bombast hasn’t gone away since his misadventures as a llama, there’s a bit more he could learn about not being full of himself.
* By default, Kuzco is still a human, but given the far more unusual nature of the Pantheon, it’s possible that he could turn back into a llama at any given moment (though he got turned into different animals while at high school due to Yzma’s schemes). There were instances of him becoming a llama again to get through a particular problem (notably by being a substitute reindeer during Giftmas for Papa Santos) and the Pantheon itself has its own set of strange events that would call for Kuzco to be a llama again if he gets caught up in it. There are a few magic potions that can turn people into llamas, as well as potions for a non-human entity to become fully human, available for Kuzco to use, but it’s clear that he’ll only take these potions if the need arises as being forcefully transformed against his will was a bad experience for him. The fact that there are several powerful entities capable of transforming others into different forms unnerved Kuzco, especially since some of those figures are far more malevolent than the unhinged, but still comical, Yzma.
* Yzma remains an enemy to Kuzco given what happened and her repeated attempts to try and fail to get revenge on him in the Pantheon. As for her former assistant Kronk, things are different considering how Kronk was arguably never evil to begin with. While there is no bad blood between them in general, Kuzco getting sent back to high school to properly become emperor would end with Kronk becoming Kuzco’s royal advisor and Yzma getting stuck as Kronk’s assistant when it was Yzma as advisor and Kronk being her assistant before Kuzco turned into a llama. Yzma made it no secret that she’s not willing to work as Kronk’s assistant, especially with how poorly her plans at revenge have been going, but Kronk didn’t mind being a part-time advisor for Kuzco, especially with how busy the Pantheon can get and how Kronk is willing to focus on other plans while Kuzco has additional royal advisors (who don’t intend to overthrow Kuzco as far as the emperor knows) at hand.
* With how large the Pantheon was, it wouldn’t take long for Kuzco to learn that he wasn’t the only arrogant person who underwent a transformation and learned how to be kinder with the help of other people. Naveen and The Beast were other royal figures who were haughty before being transformed, but while Kuzco’s instance was accidental, the transformations inflicted on Naveen and The Beast were intentional. Naveen and The Beast were able to find love in Tiana (who was also transformed into a frog and learned a lesson about herself while working with Naveen to get themselves back to normal) and Belle respectively while Kuzco found a genuine friend in Pacha, though it wouldn’t be until Kuzco got sent to school that he found a love interest in Malina. While Kuzco still has his moments of selfishness, it’s nowhere near as bad as it was before getting turned into a llama and he gets along well with both Naveen and The Beast, who have helped him try to fully overcome his selfish tendencies. While not predominantly selfish beings, there were others such as Odette, Bub, and Bob who got transformed into different things and had to work their way to undoing that transformation and Kuzco was able to get along with them, with Odette being a royal figure who could also help Kuzco alongside the previously mentioned royalty in keeping his better traits.
* One of Kuzco’s more undignified moments involved getting chased by a pack of jaguars after a squirrel mocked him following Kuzco telling him off. As much as these jaguars were vicious when they woke up, there were plenty of other terrifying big cats in the Pantheon for Kuzco to worry about, with Scar being a highly prominent example of such. Beyond just being a cruel lion, Scar took over as king of the Pride Lands by killing then-current ruler Mufasa and exiling heir-to-be Simba after framing him for the murder of Mufasa and it was only after Simba returned as an adult that Scar was overthrown as ruler and subsequently killed. Kuzco saw the core idea of Yzma killing someone to claim the throne in Scar, but far more deadly and with additional consequences for others not just for those working for them, but others beneath them. As much as Kuzco understands Simba’s royal plight, some strange incident that would result in Kuzco getting turned into a lion and having to help Simba during such a time would likely be the only way for Kuzco to make progress in getting over his fear of big cats and be more open to hanging out with Simba.
* The Kuzconian Empire is heavily inspired by Pre-Columbian era South America and has plenty of Mayan/Incan influence, making it something of a spot where others can visit if they’re interested. While Jose Carioca and Panchito Pistoles are from Brazil and Mexico respectively, they really like South American culture and have enjoyed their times visiting the Kuzconian Empire, taking in the sights, and embarking on various adventures with Kuzco. Miguel and Tulio, a pair of Spaniard con-artists, discovered a City of Gold in Central America known as El Dorado, where their time spent pretending to be gods allowed them to save that civilization from oncoming trouble, something that entertained Kuzco to the point that he wouldn’t mind these two hanging around in the Kuzconian Empire. One group of Peruvian deities that Kuzco had a problem with were the Guinea Creatures given their numbers and capacity for destruction despite being costumed guinea pigs and if they attempt to attack the Kuzconian Empire in any way, Kuzco and his allies won’t hesitate to get rid of them.
* Gaston was another brash and boisterous person with a highly inflated opinion of himself, who happened to be someone who reminded Kuzco of his ego in the worst possible way. In contrast to Kuzco realizing that no one really liked him as emperor and how it played a role in bettering himself as a person, Gaston was well-respected among the town he lived in and refused to take any hints in the fact that Belle was not interested in him and that The Beast was actually being a tragic being. Kuzco already being friends with The Beast for their shared experiences only added to Kuzco detesting Gaston, especially since Gaston not learning his lesson about egotism made him worse in the Pantheon than he was back then. From Gaston’s point of view, anyone who is a friend of The Beast and isn’t Belle must be eliminated regardless of their social standing and Kuzco isn’t going to let someone who is a more heartless version of his past self cause any damage to himself or his friends.
* There were plenty of other emperors in the Pantheon both good and evil for Kuzco to learn about, but one particular emperor that scared him was Settra the Imperishable. Much like Kuzco, Settra is vain and arrogant, but unlike Kuzco, Settra is incredibly powerful and has proven to be a successful ruler and general despite (or maybe even because of) his brutal nature. As much as Kuzco has some things left to learn about when it comes to being an effective emperor, he at least has some common sense to know that ruthlessness isn’t completely effective and it largely worked in Settra’s setting because of how bleak things were there. Kuzco also knows that he shouldn’t say that he’s better than Settra in front of him, lest he suffer immensely for it, so he’s opted to keep his distance as much as possible from him while trying to figure out how to be a better emperor.
* As much as learning about humility after falling from grace was a painful process for Kuzco, there were others whose pride took a hit that Kuzco learned about. Plenty of these figures are stronger than him, with Stitch being an alien experiment who disguised himself as a dog after escaping to Earth, Thor being a God of Thunder and having to learn about humility more than once, and Stephen Strange learning magic after an accident resulted in nerve damage in his hands and hurting his career as a neurosurgeon, with all three having changed for the better thanks to meeting others. While Kuzco is understanding of their plights and has no issue hanging out with them, it’s those who took their fall from grace poorly such as Azula, whose attempts to appease her brutal father Ozai were fruitless, that he is worried about. Given that entities such as Azula are capable of bringing danger to his kingdom, Kuzco certainly needs the help of powerful figures like Thor to ensure the safety of the Kuzconian Empire.
* Few in the Pantheon adored llamas as much as Carl Wheezer, so to learn that there was a royal figure associated with them delighted Carl so much he decided to visit Kuzco. During their meeting, Kuzco could tell that Carl’s enthusiasm for llamas was genuine, if weirdly obsessive, and Carl has not only frequently paid his respects to Kuzco whenever they meet, but he has helped him get out of dicey scenarios. Another kid related to llamas was Milo Murphy, but while Kuzco was fine with Carl, things were a bit more complicated regarding Milo. Milo is known for having a frequent streak of bad luck wherever he goes, sometimes accompanied by llamas to a point where something known as “The Llama Incident” occurred. Milo being near Kuzco’s vicinity with a bunch of llamas one time led to the emperor getting turned into a llama again and caught in the herd, leading to Kuzco’s friends having to help out and set things right. While Kuzco turned back into a human following that debacle, he has his issues with Milo and his bad luck considering how much misfortune he already suffered, but otherwise can’t really hate him since Milo is a nice kid despite the chaos that happens with him.
