3	''Dark Cat'' is a horror/shojo {{manga}} by Naomi Kimura. It tells the exploits of Hyoi and Ryoi Kagezaki, the titular Dark Cats, a kind of magical creature with the ability to turn into a cat. Trained as children by the evil demon cat Jukokubo, the brothers now fight him and all the demons who make prey of the darkness living in the human hearts while disguised as transfer school students.

12	* AdaptationalWimp: Ryoi in the OVA is more nervous and naive. Miss Ogawa needed her hypnotic power to submit him in the manga, while in the OVA this only comes after he falls on his arse solely from seeing her opening her shirt and seducing him.
13	* AllMenArePerverts: Miss Ogawa starts undressing and forcing herself on top of him while hypnotizing him in order to try to get his true identity. Ryoi becomes visibly aroused, and it's only thanks to his brother's interruption that he snaps. Even afterwards, he can only comment on how beautiful she was despite everything.
14	* AmbiguouslyHuman: It's never revealed whether the brothers are humans endowed with supernatural powers or supernatural creatures who can take human forms. Judging for the last line of the OVA, it seems they ignore it themselves.
