Vampire hunter Saki Fujimiya is the epitome of poise and finesse-that is when she's not around Miyoko Kujou! Why does Miyoko get such a rise out of her? Well, to begin with, Miyoko's a vampire -- Saki's natural enemy -- but that's not the only reason Miyoko gets under Saki's skin. Despite Saki's best efforts to kill Miyoko, something keeps stopping her from biting the bullet and ending it all for good.

!! Tropes appearing in ''Killing Me!'' include:

* ATasteOfTheirOwnMedicine: Growing tired of [[VampireBitesSuck being frequently bitten by Miyoko]], Saki manages to grab a fleeing Miyoko and takes a big bite out of her neck. Miyoko's flustered reaction to said bite distracts Saki from finishing her off.
* TheAce: This is how Saki is seen by her classmates, which causes them to be amused by how much Saki loses her cool around Miyoko.
* ActionGirl: As a vampire and a vampire hunter respectively, Miyoko and Saki are quite capable of fighting despite being high school girls. [[spoiler: Chiharu counts as well.]]
* ClingyJealousGirl: Surprisingly, Saki. In Chapter 3, she gets upset with Miyoko after she explains to her that she will stop preying on her blood when Saki becomes an adult. Later on, when Miyoko attempts to suck another female student's blood, Saki forcefully gets in between the two and declares that the only blood Miyoko should suck on is hers. [[OhCrap Only sometime after does she realize what she had just said.]]
* CutShort: The manga was discontinued after one volume's worth of material for unknown reasons.
* DaywalkingVampire: Miyoko can technically function fine during the day, but it's implied this takes a lot out of her.
* DelicateAndSickly: Miyoko and Saki's classmates see Miyoko as this, as forcing herself to attend classes regularly during the day makes her significantly weaker.
* ForgottenFirstMeeting: [[spoiler: A bonus chapter reveals Miyoko once helped a young Saki find her mother many years ago. Miyoko realizes what happened upon seeing a photograph of Saki from back then, but Saki doesn't put two and two together.]]
* TheGunslinger: Saki's weapon when attempting to slay Miyoko.
* HairContrastDuo: Saki, who's serious and dedicated to her mission to kill vampires, has black hair, while the flirty, playful Miyoko has pink hair.
* HolyWater: While weakened by things like crosses and garlic, Miyoko is mostly able to laugh them off. Saki surprising her with a water pistol filled with holy water is one of [[{{OOCIsSeriousBusiness}} the very, very few things to noticeably piss her off.]]
* MonsterSlayerRomance: Miyoko is fairly open to her attraction to Saki. Saki, on the other hand, struggles between returning Miyoko's feelings and her duty to slay her, [[FailureIsTheOnlyOption which she often fails at doing.]]
* LesbianVampire: Miyoko, who goes as far as to reference Literature/{{Carmilla}}, the original LesbianVampire.
* OlderThanTheyLook: Unsurprisingly, Miyoko is much older than she looks, though she notes that she's rather young for a vampire at a "youthful" 150.
* TheOnlyOneAllowedToDefeatYou: Invoked in an unusually romantic way by Saki [[spoiler: when defending Miyoko from Chiharu.]]
* {{Tsundere}}: It becomes apparent pretty quickly that this is what Saki's deal is.
* VampireHunter: Saki, [[spoiler: later joined by her kouhai Chiharu.]]
