The subject/theme of these works may or may not be about LGBTQIA+ culture and identities and can be highly varied. To be listed here, the work must contain either a main or recurring LGBTQIA+ character, or there must be a high frequency of LGBTQIA+ figures appearing rather than limiting it to one or two offhanded/one-off appearances.
