For the first and third, Bruce was always aware. However, Catherine Todd never told him that she had his second son, Jason. Jason is thirteen when his mother decides to contact Bruce. One paternity test later Bruce has full custody of Jason. Jason, needless to say, is less than happy.

However, because of this she's always been ostracized by Gotham's elite; one of the reasons why she left Tim with Bruce is because she felt he'd be able to better fit in if he was associated with the much more established and distinguished Waynes.
