Ikiki is a Japanese indie game developer team known for their quirky and very hard FreewareGames. Ikiki was founded by Ūta (ウータ), and nowadays he is the only member of the team.

They released many (more than 50 and counting) games in their website, "Himojimura", but they are only available in Japanese. You will need the help of google translate.

----
Several of the games Ikiki has produced have Website/TVTropes pages of their own:

* VideoGame/Nikujin

----
!!Ikiki's games display following tropes:

* AuthorAppeal:
** Sound effects and voices from VideoGame/TeamFortressClassic are used in almost every game. Ūta was an enthusiastic player of TFC.
** Ūta doesn't seem to like offices and companies. From 2010s, his games often have office buildings to destroy, evil employees and bosses to kill.
* BlackComedy: Their Mini-games are often darkly humorous.
* CaptainErsatz: Their games often have the characters who are very similar to ones from Franchise/SuperMarioBros, like the poop-obsessed brothers called Moreo and Burigi.
* ChromosomeCasting: Most of their games don't have any women at all.
* EndlessGame: Some of their mini games don't have the winning condition, like Aorin-Man or Nozumou.
* EpicFlail: The protagonist of Tekkyu-man (literally, Flail-man) uses a big flail to kill everything and destroy durians.
* ExcusePlot: All of their games don't have complex plots.
* FullFrontalAssault: Many characters in their games don't wear clothes while fighting or killing each other. Genitals aren't depicted, though.
* GatlingGood: Bosses and giant enemies of their games often use a minigun as their weapon.
* Gorn: Characters tend to die messily, especially final bosses.
* Ninja: Ikiki has created lots of ninja-themed platformer games, like Nikujin or Kusemon. Their first game, Hosonaga No Yabou (the Ambition of Hosonaga) was also ninja-themed.
* NintendoHard: Most of their platformer games are fiendishly hard.
* RippedFromTheHeadlines: Some games were inspired from news stories.
** Teppodon 's protagonist fights against the evil organization with nuclear missiles. The title of the game is very similar to North Korean missile, Taepodong (テポドン in Japanese katakana).
** In Yaozumou , you take part in match-fixing as a sumo wrestler. This game was inspired from match-fixing allegations in professional Sumo scene in 2011.
** Haijin was inspired from contamination incidents of yakisoba breads in 2015.
** The protagonist of Mongo-man has to play VideoGame/PokemonGo-like phone game while driving.
** Aorin-man was created around when fatal road rage incidents (called Aori-unten in Japanese) got national attention in Japan.
* RocketJump: The protagonist of Binboman has an infinite supply of concussion grenades, and you can use it for jumping, or boosting your speed.
* ToiletHumor: Many games (especially early ones) involve human feces. For example, Tarenageshi is a game that you fill your brother (Moreo)'s mansion with your infinite supply of shit.
* StealthBasedGame: In some games like Nikujin or Hakaiman , being stealthy is pretty important.
* SuicideAsComedy: In Tobioriya, you "save" suicidal people who throw themselves from the building... By shooting them with a bow and pinning them into the wall of the building.
* SumoWrestling: Some of their games have Sumo wrestlers as the protagonist or enemies, like Nozumou or Yaozumou.
