''Batgirl and the Birds of Prey'' is a 2016 monthly comic book series that launched as part of the ComicBook/DCRebirth branding initiative. It's a spiritual successor to both the ''ComicBook/{{Batgirl}}'' and ''ComicBook/BirdsOfPrey'' titles of DC. It's written by Shawna and Julie Benson, with art by Claire Roe.

The series features the iconic three-woman ensemble of Barbara Gordon (aka ComicBook/{{Batgirl}}), Dinah Lance (aka ComicBook/BlackCanary), and Helena Bertinelli (aka ComicBook/{{Huntress}}). The three of them cross paths while chasing after the mysterious mob information broker known as Oracle.

!!Contains examples of:
* AscendedFanboy: Gus appears to be this for the pre-ComicBook/{{Flashpoint}} Birds of Prey team.
* TheAssimilator: [[BigBad Blackbird]] appears to be this, stealing the powers of other metahumans.
* EasilyForgiven: [[spoiler:Gus Yale]], aka Oracle, is allowed the join the team, despite having provided the mob with information that has lead to multiple deaths.
** Averted when [[spoiler: it is revealed that Barbara didn't trust Gus and offered to let him become the new Oracle because she wanted to keep Gus where she could watch him.]]
* EcoTerrorist: ComicBook/PoisonIvy has infiltrated a fertilizer company named Terracare, intending to go after its CEO, after learning that its fertilizers were responsible for mass bee deaths across the world. Lampshaded when someone comments she's in "full eco-warrior mode".

* ShipperOnDeck: Gus teases Barbara heavily over her WillTheyOrWontThey relationship with ComicBook/{{Nightwing}}.
* ShoutOut: In a flashback, [[spoiler:Gus Yale]]'s online handle is [[Film/TheAdventuresOfBuckarooBanzaiAcrossThe8thDimension "JohnBigBootee23"]].
