Music/SiIvaGunner has seen an ongoing plot (or [[FanSpeak lore]]) ever since it was rebooted in June 2016, and although usually takes a backseat to the channel's [[AwesomeMusic/SiIvaGunner usual]] [[Funny/SiIvaGunner content]], it is ever-present. The cast of its lore is a MassiveMultiplayerCrossover with characters from all over the place, fitting with the channel's ReferenceOverdosed nature.

In TheVerse, most of these characters exist as figments. Figments are essentially {{Tulpa}}s, they are merely [[MemeticMutation representations of an idea]] and can't go to the real world (except for the few who were transported there at the start of the ''Christmas Comeback Crisis'').

!''AMUNO Le Film'' characters
[[folder:AMUNO]]
[[quoteright:250:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/amunoicon.png]]
-> ''"AMUNOOOOOO!"''
A French Youtuber who makes... ''[[StylisticSuck very]] [[MindScrew interesting]]'' videos. He has [[https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCi4OiMrdG38C_qNcQtUzwgg his own channel]], which includes all of his videos uploaded to [=SiIvaGunner=][[note]]referred to as "Silvain" by AMUNO[[/note]], as well as some other videos
----
* AuthorAppeal: {{Creator/Nintendo}} (primarily {{Franchise/Mario}}), {{VideoGame/Undertale}}, and {{Manga/Naruto}} are frequently used in his videos.
* ADayInTheLimelight: Stars in his own "Le Film" as the Season 2 finale.
* GratuitousFrench: ''Every single'' video by him is in French, and not all of them have English subtitles.
* IntentionalEngrishForFunny: The English subtitles on his videos are very poorly-translated and full of typos - but also convey how incoherent and trashy the original French dialogue is.
* InvincibleHero: In "Le Film", he defeats every enemy with ease and is never injured, even after being shot from point-blank range.
* MindScrew: His videos are very peculiar, to say the least.
* PissTakeRap: His "Epic Pixel Battle" videos.
* PrecisionFStrike: There are several cases of this in the videos.
* StylisticSuck: All of the characters shown in videos are artwork with a white box background or drawn in MS Paint. The backgrounds are often stock images.
* SensoryAbuse: When AMUNO screams, he ''screams''.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Tainic]]
[[quoteright:250:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/tainicyt.jpg]]
One of the YouTubers that composes [=SiIvaGunner=]'s channel team. In the ''AMUNO Le Film'', he acts as AMUNO's manager/assistant. Represented as a sprite of [[VideoGame/FireEmblemTheBlazingBlade Hector]] wearing a pair of CoolShades and a customized Mario hat.
----
* BeleagueredAssistant: He is treated like crap by AMUNO.
* ButtMonkey: Really goes through a lot of shit, most of the time because of AMUNO.
* OnlySaneMan: He balances out the insanity of AMUNO and the other [=NPCs=].
* NonStandardCharacterDesign: The only sprite-based character in the AMUNO Le Film, where everybody else is a StylisticSuck drawing.

!Other characters
[[folder:Knuckles the Echidna]]
[[quoteright:300:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/knuckles_sonic_channel.png]]
[[caption-width-right:300:"Knock, knock! It's Knuckles!"]]
->''"Oh no."''
->'''Leitmotif''': "[[VideoGame/SonicAdventure Unknown from M.E.]]"

One of the main protagonists of the ''Franchise/SonicTheHedgehog'' games. He does not come up often, but the rips that ''do'' involve him tell us a lot, such as his ImageSong [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=beNfj2tlQ1o "Unknown from M.E."]].
----
* ActionDuo: [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XhFwO4f5ijc With Sonic]].
* AlwaysSaveTheGirl: He fights for Nico Yazawa (or rather, her CatchPhrase).
* AmbiguouslyBi: He claims that his purpose is to fight for Nico Nico Nii, but he later talks about having sex with Sonic.
* BigDamnHeroes: Defeats Lady right as she's about to fully assert control over the [=SiIvaGunner=] channel, thus averting the Pussylypse.
* BiggerIsBetterInBed: Boasts that his cock can go through boulders.
* ByNoIMeanYes: Knuckles doesn't chuckle... unlike Knuckles.
* {{Cloudcuckoolander}}: Claims he's better than [[ThirdPersonPerson Knuckles]], talks about having sex with Sonic in great detail, and [[MakesAsMuchSenseInContext thinks he's a dog]].
* DeusExMachina: Shows up and puts a stop to the Pussy Yankover out of nowhere very shortly after it's revealed to even be a HostileShowTakeover in the first place. {{Justified}} as the video where this happened was also a transition to Maki's birthday (which is usually celebrated with Knuckles-related content).
* HostileShowTakeover: Sonic takes over for the second verse.
* HypocriticalHumor: He says the world will be a better place once ''Sonic'' games stop being made, despite the fact that he ''is'' a ''Sonic'' character.
* LittleNo: His signature [[VideoGame/SonicAdventure "Oh no"]].
* NiceJobBreakingItHero: After trapping Lady in the Chaos Emerald, he plans on guarding it as long as he must... but somehow fails to notice [[FailedASpotCheck Robotnik stealing the Emerald]].
* ShoutOut: The first verse of his song is a reference to [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=glTnjGmjTcQ "Knuckles from K.N.U.C.K.L.E.S. & Knuckles: Knuckles in Knuckles the Echidna feat. Knuckles..."]], made by then-contributor Triple-Q.
* ThirdPersonPerson: According to Knuckles, "The cum of Knuckles flows inside [him]".
* GenderBender: Said to be the male version of Maki Nishikino from ''Anime/LoveLive'', as both characters play the piano, are red with purple eyes, among other things.
* GratuitousJapanese: Drops a verse of [[RunningGag "Knuckles Halation"]] in the middle of his song.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Chad Warden]]
->''"More like the Gay Mexican-Ass in my Ass."''
->'''Voiced by:''' Himself (through the use of ManipulativeEditing)
->'''Leitmotif:''' [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0QIy2jqAuXU We Fly High]]

The ballin' protagonist of the Reboot arc. After accidentally starting discourse amongst the fandom, he sets out to bring "Snow halation" back from its disappearance.
----
* AdaptationalHeroism: The original Chad was an absolute {{Troll}} from the early days of Website/YouTube, and a successful one at that. Here, Chad's presented as being kind of a jerk, but one who cares about the state of the [=SiIvaGunner=] channel. Wood Man alludes to this trope when he states that "Genocide Route" Chad acts a lot more like the actual person than the fictionalized version.
* TheHero: For the Reboot. He's the only force acting against the Voice during that time, as he's the only one with a RippleProofMemory.
* HeroicSacrifice: Sacrifices his life in order to bring "Snow halation" back and destroy the Voice using the MF LIKE BUTTON.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: Rude and foul-mouthed but he genuinely cares for [=SiIva's=] well-being.
* JerkassHasAPoint: The videos containing him make a point to call out people for their {{Double Standard}}s for "Snow halation" rips and their dislike bombing.
* KilledOffForReal: He dies at the end of the ContinuityReboot arc.
* ManipulativeEditing: His dialogue is the result of sentence mixing things that the real Chad Warden has said.
* RippleEffectProofMemory: Retains knowledge of the original universe after the reboot, which ends up putting him in conflict with the Voice.
* SirSwearsALot: He swears very frequently.
* SkyFace: Appears at the very end of the [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g1p5eNOsl7I final Snow halation rip]] as this.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Mr. Rental]]
[[quoteright:200:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/rental.jpg]]
[[caption-width-right:200:AAAAH! Call Mr. Rental!]]

The mascot of an Australian rental company, and a big fan of [=SiIvaGunner=]. While initially portrayed as a protagonist, he was later portrayed as a violent serial killer intent on the destruction of all mashups... until it was revealed that the latter is a separate character entirely.
----
* TheAllegedCar: His trademark badly-drawn car eventually breaks down. It also ultimately sends him into Mr. Own's universe, whereupon it [[EveryCarIsAPinto explodes]].
* AlternateCharacterInterpretation: InUniverse. The character seen in the ''WesternAnimation/LooneyTunes'' rips is a helpful, kind person who believes that Grand Ma and Grand Dad can live in harmony. He even asks if Soulja Boy is okay after accidentally running him over with his car. The Mr Rental from the ''Mr Rental: The Video Game'' rips... [[SerialKiller not so much]]. It's eventually revealed that the Looney Tunes version is the true Mr Rental, and the SerialKiller is an AlternateUniverse version named "Mr. Own".
* CarFu: Disposes of the imposter [=SiIvaGunner=] this way, and tries to do the same to "Grand Ma" (Homer Simpson).
* DrivesLikeCrazy: He frequently drives over people, whether intentionally or unintentionally.
* DropInLandlord: He appears as "Mr Rent" in [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RJxxoCgQi_c "Opening Scene - Waluigi's Tacostand"]], trying to collect the rental payment. When Waluigi objects that he's out of cash at the moment, he offers to help get him a job at a taco stand.
* PutOnABus: His arc is never properly finished, only being wrapped up by a video of his "creator" explaining WhatCouldHaveBeen.
** BusCrash: Killed in a police shootout/car crash in the Slider - Super Mario 64DD rip.
* ShotgunsAreJustBetter: Eventually disposes of Mr. Own [[HoistByHisOwnPetard by using his own shotgun against him]].

!!Mr. Own
->''"Ban. All. Mashups."''
->'''Voiced by:''' Microsoft Sam

An alternate-universe Mr. Rental whose embitterment against mashups led him to become a SerialKiller with a vendetta. It's only revealed that he's separate from Mr Rental in a "behind the scenes" video.
----
* AlternateUniverse: Eventually revealed to be from one.
* BerserkButton: Mashups.
* BewareTheSillyOnes: A character with such a goofy design surely can't be dangerous in any way, right? '''WRONG.'''
* CarFu: One of his two main methods of killing mashup characters is running them over with his car. It's the only thing that he shares with his good counterpart.
* DrivenToSuicide: Shot himself for accidentally creating a mashup at the end of one rip, though [[UnexplainedRecovery he got better]].
* EvilCounterpart: To Mr Rental, naturally.
* FreudianExcuse: Chip the Ripper murdered Mr. Own's entire family, which is the root cause for his immense hatred of all mashups.
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: Mr Rental shoots him with his own shotgun.
* KnightTemplar: Believes in the destruction of all mashups, regardless of quality.
* SerialKiller: Is explicitly referred to as one in [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rio4ZtdmZDY this rip]].
* ShotgunsAreJustBetter: His ''other'' method of killing mashup characters is by shooting them with a shotgun[[note]]Specifically, a Remington 870 Express Tactical[[/note]].
* SpottingTheThread: The biggest clue that he and Mr. Rental are two different people is that he actually ''buys'' a cell phone, which is something that Mr. Rental is opposed to doing.
* WalkingSpoiler: Isn't shown to be a unique character from Mr. Rental until the Mr. Rental finale.

!Running Gags
''(Note: RunningGags represented within the lore are put with the associated character in the above sections.)''
[[folder:Pre-Reboot]]
!!Circus
[[quoteright:125:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/original_freddy_icon_357.png]]
[[caption-width-right:125:Cue RecordNeedleScratch.]]
-> ''"I think we already know this is not Five Nights at Freddy's related. Start the rip."''
-> '''Representative''': [[VideoGame/FiveNightsAtFreddys Freddy Fazbear]]

One of the channel's oldest and most enduring gags. A tune from ''Five Nights at Freddy's'' that always transitions into something else (i.e, a completely unrelated song, some random dialogue or even a video) after the initial three seconds.
----
* AlphabeticalThemeNaming: Initially, the mixes were identified through letters from the Greek alphabet.
* CreepyCircusMusic: The original tune is supposed to be this, but it barely lasts 3 seconds until the transition happens.
* ExactlyWhatItSaysOnTheTin: Mixes in post-reboot Season 1 and 2 had names that are more indicative of the joke used in them.
* GrumpyOldMan: The "Cranky Mix" contains one, who appears to be disgruntled fan who misses the "old days" of the channel (i.e. a few moths prior, as the rip came out during the first season).
* NonIndicativeName: Even by [=SiIvaGunner=] standards, as the actual song doesn't even last five seconds, and the gag is always completely different. Sometimes the "(___ Mix)" can be a clue to the content of the rip, but not always.
* {{Pun}}: In late Season 3 and continuing into Season 4, the mix names started becoming puns on the word "Mix" or "Version". These puns usually have nothing to do with the rip in question.

!![=Pannenkoek2012=] and TJ "Henry" Yoshi
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/800px_super_mario_64_box_cover.jpg]]
-> ''Now, you're probably wondering what I gonna need all that speed for. After all, I do build speed for 12 hours! But to answer that, we need to talk about parallel universes...''
-> '''Leitmotif''': "[[VideoGame/SuperMario64 File Select]]"

A ChallengeGamer who is notorious for his incredible knowledge over VideoGame/SuperMario64 and its mechanics, allowing for [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kpk2tdsPh0A absurd gameplay]] where Mario is able to manipulate both [[BigCreepyCrawlies literal]] and [[GoodBadBugs technical]] bugs, accelerate his own speed to infinity in half a day, and travel through "parallel universes"... all to [[MundaneUtility obtain a power star]] without pressing the A button (he holds it down the entire time, but it's not actually pressed).

T.J. "Henry" Yoshi, an orange Yoshi wearing [[Franchise/AceAttorney Godot's]] visor, is a related character who became well-known as he is mocked within the video of Pannenkoek's explanations (for saying that half A presses don't exist).
----
* BeyondTheImpossible: Pannenkoek manages to make Mario move at a "speed" that even '''reality itself''' can't keep up with.
* ButtMonkey: T.J. "Henry" Yoshi, both in-universe and in a meta sense, as the man himself occasionally shows up in the comments section of some videos, leading to a few jokes at his expense from the other commenters.
* DimensionalTraveler: Pannenkoek can make Mario do this in a way, and he's more than happy to explain how.
* {{Foreshadowing}}: The whole idea of parallel universes becomes relevant in the Reboot Arc.
* GoodBadBugs: Parallel universes and the many other glitches necessary to get the star have been referenced on occasion.
* OverlyLongGag: [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K7LGgB5hBMQ The extended]] [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pIH_OZ13M6o version]] of "Cave Dungeon" from ''VideoGame/SuperMario64'', when combined are '''over 12 hours''' long. It's an extremely slow version of the song building up speed for 12 hours until it returns to normal speed. It eventually transitions into [[spoiler:"Jellyfish Jam" from ''WesternAnimation/SpongeBobSquarePants'']] at the very end.
* SelfImposedChallenge: The whole meme was created because of all the setup Pannenkoek had to do in order to obtain an otherwise rather simple Power Star. Additionally, it's part of a full 120-star run, which has been narrowed down to about 30 A button presses.
* YourHeadAsplode: T.J. "Henry" Yoshi ends up blowing up from frustration in the [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ddEp3OBe_PA Slot Machine (Beta Mix) rip]], when he gets served only [[VisualPun half]] of a ''VideoGame/SuperMario64'' rip.

!CG Rap
[[quoteright:163:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/coconut_gun.jpg]]
[[caption-width-right:163:It's finally here, firing in spurts for you.]]
->''"He's the leader of the bunch; you know his coconut gun is finally back to fire in spurts. His coconut gun can fire in spurts. If he shoots ya, it's firin' in spurts."''
->'''Leitmotif:''' "[[VideoGame/DonkeyKong64 The DK Rap]]"

The CG Rap is a sentence mixed version of the "[[VideoGame/DonkeyKong64 DK Rap]]". This version is about the members of the Coconut Crew and their Coconut Guns.
----
* BrokenRecord: "She's quick and nimble and quick and nimble and quick and nimble and quick and nimble..."
* DepartmentOfRedundancyDepartment:
** The members of the Coconut Crew all have coconut guns, and they all fire in spurts, and the song ''will'' let you know.
** Also, "She's quick and nimble and quick and nimble and quick and nimble and quick and nimble!"
* DisproportionateRetribution:
** He kills [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tZSijEx266Y Kongo Jungle]] (''[[VideoGame/SuperSmashBrosMelee Melee]]'''s version of the DK Rap) because [=SilvaGunner=] says it isn't as good as the DK Rap or the CG Rap, and because there isn't a clear acapella of it.
** Similarly, he kills Green de la Bean and Nathaniel Welchert because he's sick of their shticks and thinks they aren't funny. Welchert's death doesn't last, though, as he inexplicably returns twice after being CG'd (and the second time this happened, it was '''explicitly''' shown to be fatal).
* DummiedOut: The CG Rap is actually labeled as the "Unused Version", with the used version being each of the Kong's verses being played at the same time (with a bit of Snow halation).
* ImAHumanitarian: In the [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C7CphXr0VZE Reprise]]: "Donkey Kong is [[Film/SilenceOfTheLambs Hannibal Lecter]], he wants your face!"
* TheKlan: One lyric in the CG Rap is "KKK! Ku Klux Klan!"
* ManipulativeEditing: The "CG Rap" was created by splicing and rearranging audio clips used in the actual rap. The group of rappers, when given dialogue, also talk through this manner.
* SelfDeprecation:
** "This coconut shit! Isn't funny!"
** The rappers do this in the Reprise rip from the last day of the reboot, saying that the ''Film/SilenceOfTheLambs'' joke in their rip wasn't funny, and that the channel should just bring back Grand Dad.
* SubvertedRhymeEveryOccasion: Done at least once per rap.
* TakeThatAudience: "If you know the words, you need to [[MoodWhiplash shoot yourself]]!"
* VoiceOfTheLegion: There's multiple rappers, but the rap's vocals are treated as a single entity, presumably falling under this trope. Played with in that only ''some'' of the rap has multiple rappers, so creating new dialogue/lyrics via ManipulativeEditing results in the number of rappers changing constantly.

!!Music/BobDylan
--> ''"OOOH, I'M BOB DYLAN!"''
-->'''Voiced by:''' [=PinkieOats=]

A folk singer who sings "his own special way." And "smokes the weed."
----
* DreadfulMusician: Not quite to the extent of [=JustinRPG=], but he's definitely not the best singer. He's aware of this.
* MediumAwareness: He's aware of the original channel being taken down, and the fact that the [[VideoGame/MOTHER3 "Adios, Amigo" rip]], which he was performing was released on Mother's Day.
* MistakenIdentity: Gets mistaken for Homestar Runner by [[WebAnimation/HomestarRunner Strong Bad]].
* TheStoner: He regularly mentions that he smokes weed.
* VerbalTic: He often repeats his own name and that he smokes weed.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Reboot]]
->'''Leitmotifs:''' ''WesternAnimation/TheSimpsons'', ''WesternAnimation/FamilyGuy'', "[[VideoGame/TheIdolmaster GO MY WAY!!]]"

During the reboot, the main running gags were all replaced with "parallel" versions. Specifically, the ''Flintstones'' theme was replaced with ''WesternAnimation/TheSimpsons'' and ''WesternAnimation/FamilyGuy'' themes, "Snow halation" was replaced with "GO MY WAY!!", and Loud Nigra was replaced with the Howie Scream.

(For tropes related to Haruka, see her folder in the ''CCC'' section.)

!!General (''Simpsons'', ''Family Guy'', and the Howie scream)
* ActionBomb: All four of Peter's attacks in the ''VideoGame/PokemonFireRed'' hack are variations of Explosion and Self-Destruct, named "FAMILY", "GUY", "FUNNY", and "MOMENTS".
* AdvertisedExtra: Despite being specifically called out as a reboot meme by The Voice, the Howie scream wasn't actually used frequently in reboot rips. Also applies to the rest of the reboot memes when they (aside from the Howie scream) appeared on the banner after the end of the Reboot, since they weren't actually appearing in rips.
* ContinuityReboot: Their existence is the result of this.
* DemotedToExtra: The main reboot gags have appeared much less frequently since the end of the story arc. For a time after the reboot, they appeared in the channel's banner alongside the original trio, only to end up disappearing again when Tito Dick replaced Loud Nigra. The only one to make somewhat regular appearances after the reboot is "GO MY WAY!!".
* DishingOutDirt: In the ''VideoGame/PokemonFireRed'' hack, Homer can use "Mr. Plow", a variation of Earthquake.
* EarlyBirdCameo: ''WesternAnimation/TheSimpsons'' theme, "GO MY WAY!!", and the Howie Scream had appeared in a select few rips before the Reboot began.
* InSeriesNickname: Homer is sometimes referred to as "GRAND MA", enforcing his role as Grand Dad's counterpart.
* StockScream: The Howie scream, naturally.

!!Green de la Bean
[[quoteright:260:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/284.png]]
[[caption-width-right:260:did someone said NO VEGETALS?]]
->''"Uh oh! You friccin moron. You just got BEANED!!!"''
->'''Leitmotif:''' [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kT3OQwyvKmk U Guessed It]] (intro), [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HBqgWHKPzMg No Words]]

A bizarre character who appeared at seemingly random times. Its presence often included SensoryAbuse, both of the visual and audio kind. It and all of the videos that included it were deleted after one of them was flagged, but the character soon returned with changes made to make it less unpleasant.
----
* AnthropomorphicFood[=/=]PlantPerson: It's a cartoony bean pod with limbs.
* BigLippedAlligatorMoment: Its modus operandi [[InvokedTrope invokes this]]. It shows up out of nowhere, SensoryAbuse ensues, and it leaves just as quickly as it appears
* CreatorsPet: For most of the team. They ''really'' like him, whereas the fans effectively murdered him for a time. Even Chaze considers Bean his favorite.
* DisneyDeath: Was seemingly KilledOffForReal after one of its videos was flagged, but soon [[UnexplainedRecovery returned without explanation]] amidst the channel mourning its "death".
* HeroOfAnotherStory: Despite being DemotedToExtra on the main [=SiIvaGunner=] channel, he's the proud {{mascot}} of the Flustered Fernando channel, where all of his rips were reuploaded.
* JumpScare: Its sole purpose ''was'' to scare the ever living daylights out of viewers. This aspect was removed ever since its revival.
* LighterAndSofter: When it returned to the channel around the time of the ''Christmas Comeback Crisis'', its appearances were toned down so that they were loud, but not ear-piercing.
* MindScrew: Whenever it showed up, with its strange imagery and distorted audio.
* SensoryAbuse: Its appearances included extremely loud and distorted audio, alongside bizarre and overwhelming imagery of itself.
%%Post-Bean Removal (or Post-9/11)
!!Nick Meowleksiak
-> ''"I took the time of day to cover this music for [=SiIvaGunner=]..."''
-> '''Voiced by:''' Nick Oleksiak

A game composer who does covers for the channel, and a self-confessed {{NEET}} who hates his otaku lifestyle.
----
* AllThereInTheManual: His name is only revealed in the video description for [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fZdBVzSGudA 100 Nyan Power De Yumegokot]].
* AllWomenAreLustful: Mentions having a "loose lady" who is a fan of [[Anime/TengenToppaGurrenLagann "Gurren Lugann"]].
* DrowningMySorrows: He drinks to deal with his problems.
* MasturbationMeansSexualFrustration: He claims that he faps every day and every night.
* {{NEET}}: Calls himself one.
* OccidentalOtaku: He admits to being a weeaboo.
* PerverseSexualLust: He implies that he has a thing for [[Anime/KillLaKill Mako Mankanshoku, Satsuki, and Ragyo Kiryuin]], but later says that his waifu is Nozomi.
* SelfDeprecation: He hates his {{NEET}} lifestyle, but he can't bring himself to hate anime.
* StrawLoser: He's a stereotypical "neckbeard"/"weeaboo" who stays at home, drinks Mountain Dew, and jerks off to anime girls.
----

!!Eggnog (Egghead / Life Jacket Kid / Lil' Nibba)
[[quoteright:192:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/lifejacketboy.PNG]]
A strange young boy who sometimes appears at the beginning of a video, which is usually quickly followed by disturbing images and sounds.
----
* CreepyChild: After his first appearance, the fan community quickly became paranoid of him appearing in their videos.
* EarlyBirdCameo: While he first started crashing videos and gaining notoriety in April 2017, his first actual appearance on the channel was as an in-universe Website/YouTube thumbnail on a computer in a Mr. Rental video in January 2017.
* FictionalVideoGame: [[https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLL0CQjrcN8D2BT4IMnmhCTapCbTM1Czz7 Egghead: The Video Game]].
* JumpScare: Most of his appearances involve him randomly teleporting in front of a white screen at the beginning of a video. The screen then zooms on his face, but then quickly cuts to an edited, demonic-looking photo of a celebrity with glowing white eyes and a creepy red tint, accompanied by SensoryAbuse.
** In the ''VideoGame/LSDDreamEmulator'' rip "Lucy in the Sky with Dynamites" , ''he himself'' serves as a jumpscare; shortly after the oddly creepy video of a birthday cake being lit up, the screen cuts to static for an unusually long time, and then blacks out. After several seconds of silence, he suddenly jumps out of nowhere as a loud noise is played, and then disappears as quickly as he came.
* MemeticBystander: The true answer to the origin of the image: a [=SiIva=] team member noticed him in the background of one of their beach photos, and decided to use his likeness in rips.
* MoodWhiplash: After the frightening jumpscares he triggers, the video usually shifts to an unrelated, usually humorous Vine.
* NoNameGiven: Didn't have one until TheBusCameBack, although it was changed to Eggnog shortly after.
* NothingIsScarier: His bizarre SensoryAbuse was and remains unanswered, and the true source of the image went unknown until 2020.
* SensoryAbuse: The jumpscares he triggers have the "Aural Invasion" kind, with a bit of Optical thrown in too.
----

!!Farting [=D.Va=]
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/dafuq_4.jpg]]
[[caption-width-right:350:Nerf this!]]
The teenaged mech-suited GamerChick from ''VideoGame/{{Overwatch}}'', and {{Gasshole}} extraordinaire.
----
* BigBeautifulWoman: {{Defied|trope}}. [=ChelHellBunny=] is a bit pudgy, and is a pretty decent D. Va cosplayer. The meme and [=SiIva=]'s use of it try to paint her as repulsively as possible.
* {{Catchphrase}}: "Nerf this!". Depending on the rip, the audio used for the catchphrase can originate either from ''Overwatch'' itself or from [=ChelHellBunny=]'s twerking cosplay video.
* CreatorsPet: Among the fanbase, she's considered basically the second coming of the Bean, except less prone to SensoryAbuse but far more gross and vulgar. She also appeared in almost every alternate rip between late August and mid-September 2019, and still occasionally appears afterwards.
* ExcrementStatement: The original edit made a mockery out of [=ChelHellBunny=] (deliberately or otherwise), while the [=SiIvaGunner=] channel uses it to aggrevate its viewers.
* FanDisservice: As used by [=SiIvaGunner=]. Even without the original video in context, viewers (that aren't fart fetishists) really don't want to visualize a young woman in a skintight bodysuit letting out a wet fart.
* {{Gasshole}}: Her most well known trait in the [=SiIvaGunner=] universe, popping up in all her videos just to yell out her catchphrase and rip a big one. It's worth noting that this joke originates from an edit made by fart fetishists to an (NSFW) twerking video by cosplayer [=ChelHellBunny=] (still to the right), in which a fart is edited in while Chel twerks in a D. Va costume.
* StealthPun: Her rips are... [[ShapedLikeItself rips]]. [[DontExplainTheJoke As in farting]].
* ToiletHumor: What this meme amounts to.
* VerbThis: "Nerf this!", a catchphrase she carries over from the character she's cosplaying.

----
* BaitAndSwitch: Some rips will use "Mask" as part of the joke, before abruptly switching to the much more NSFW parody by We The Sus Music.
* TakeThat: The nature of the rips is a jab at Dream, both at "Mask" for its uncanny animation and Dream for accidentally cheating in a world record speedrun beforehand.
* StepfordSmiler: The topic of "Mask" is this; the point of the mask is to hide his depression.

[[folder:B-List]]
Various very minor running gags that were introduced and didn't have much effect on [=SiIvaGunner=] or the fans but made multiple appearances.
!!Bowflex
An advertisement for a series of fitness training equipment.
----
* AdDissonance: PlayedForLaughs, of course. The dissonance comes from the fact that it shows up out of nowhere in the middle of videos that are supposed to only contain music.
* DadaAd: The ad by itself isn't that weird, but it becomes rather surreal when it shows up in rips of songs that have nothing to do with it.
* HardWorkMontage: What did you expect for an ad for fitness training equipment?
* ProductPlacement: Well, it ''is'' an advertisement, after all.
* RepeatingAd: Since it's a RunningGag, it technically counts as one.

%%!Slider
%%A well known ''VideoGame/SuperMario64'' song that has been ripped many, ''many'' times.

%%!Bird Up!

!!Undertale 2
-> ''"Undertale 2"''
A fake sequel to the immensely popular ''VideoGame/{{Undertale}}'', whose rips are always [[StylisticSuck bizarre shitposts]]. Not to be confused with ''VideoGame/{{Deltarune}}'' or ''VideoGame/Undertale2RevengeOfTheRobots''.
----
* DepartmentofRedundancyDepartment: The composer and platform for several ''Undertale 2'' rips are just "Undertale 2."
* FictionalVideoGame: ''Undertale 2'' does not exist in real life.
* HostileShowTakeover: Not of the channel, but of the channel's Website/{{Reddit}}. During the channel's short hiatus following "Smooth" Day, the title in the Reddit's banner was inexplicably changed to three instances of "Undertale 2".
* StylisticSuck: Every rip of the game is bound to be a meme-filled mess.
* TakeThat: The nature of the rips are no doubt a result of the [[FanDumb notoriety]] that the original game has gained.

!!Love Plug Guy

A man who tries an experiment involving his penis, some tinfoil, and an electrical socket. It goes [[GroinAttack very]] [[ShockAndAwe badly]]. Like Loud Nigra, he usually appears in rips in the form of his scream.
----
* NakedPeopleAreFunny: Completely naked, just like Loud Nigra.

!!Softendo
-> ''"mario games super mario brothers games download mario games super mario brothers download games on PC mario games"''
A loud voice appearing in several Mario Forever rips.

Throughout these rips, Softendo is revealed to be a malicious digital entity who consumed the work of Mario Forever's creator, Buziol, after the latter tried to stop it, and turned it into an incoherent, malicious cesspool. When Buziol takes on Softendo personally, Softendo declares that the convoluted mess that was the current state of Mario Forever's public image will live on, before absorbing Buziol into its consciousness.

Years later, one of Softendo's employees alert it to a strange issue within the game's ending. The area of concern was the credits, which awaken Buziol within Softendo and forces the latter to end itself.

"Good Ending" reveals that this mini-arc is a metaphor for the 14-years-long history of the actual Mario Forever game. When Mario Forever was released, it was hosted on a service called [=CNet=], infamous for injecting bloatware, bundleware, and even malware into the files it hosted. The incessant rambling of Softendo in some of the rips turned out to be real texts ripped from the site (they were poorly written and machine-translated from Polish), and character!Buziol ending character!Softendo was the real Buziol realizing that Mario Forever was being laced with viruses, and promptly rebuilding everything from the ground up.
----
* AnthropomorphicPersonification: Buziol is, well, Buziol; more specifically it's his moral conscience. Softendo is Buziol's apathy towards the malicious distribution services that hosted Mario Forever and the incoherence of the Softendo website. It took ''14 years'' to move the game elsewhere.
* BlatantLies: Mario Forever does, in fact, contain viruses. However, this is because [[UnwittingInstigatorOfDoom Buziol made the mistake of hosting it on CNet, which became infamous for starting to forcefully inserting bloatware into all files hosted on the service.]]
* MotorMouth: Always rattles off on the Mario fangames downloadable on its site.
* SuspiciouslySpecificDenial: Softendo always points out how Mario Forever has no viruses. Tragically, when you consider the Softendo character is the actual writing of Buziol fed to a text-to-speech program, it's easy to perceive this as Buziol constantly denying that [=CNet=], where Mario Forever was distributed, was ever malicious and that the Mario Forever toolbar was long past the age it was built for.
* TranslationTrainWreck: The reason Softendo's rambling is so incoherent - they're severely redundant writings translated from Polish using Google Translate.
* TomatoInTheMirror: Buziol and Softendo are the same person.

* BirthdayEpisode: Several on their respective birthdays. Nozomi's started the tradition of having a full-length mashup with their respective "Snow halation" solos. This held until the September 30th original ending.
** This allegedly stopped with Haltmann's takeover, as he claims celebrating idol birthdays is unprofitable. In reality, the remaining idol birthdays were still celebrated, but on the wrong birthdays.
* DeathIsCheap: The group has been killed and brought back multiple times, including:
** The normal ending of the reboot, which sees "Snow halation" erased from the channel. In the true ending, it's brought back through the power of the MF LIKE BUTTON.
** Much later, The Voice kills them all, except for Nozomi, as seen on [[https://twitter.com/GiIvaSunner/status/821812130861064194 the Twitter account]] through [[https://twitter.com/willieweasel5/status/821816753785212928 "Idol]] [[Film/WhoFramedRogerRabbit Be Gone"]] as shown on Willie Weasel's (a member of the [=SiIvaGunner=] team) Twitter account. It's worth noting that so far none of this has been mentioned on the channel proper except for a small comment by Haltmann during [[http://youtu.be/jIoXOaYYsTU "Loves The Ladies"]].
*** Umi comes back in [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6cn9ewsm8pg "Agent Yoru o Yuku"]] from VideoGame/TheIdolmaster.[[note]]Though this might not be canon, as it's an AprilFoolsDay video. Even then, she still appears in the "Unlockable Song 3" rip as mentioned below.[[/note]]
*** Honoka, Kotori, Eli, and Umi, again, come back in [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ieLBjxdHABk "Unlockable Song 3"]] from VideoGame/LoveLiveSchoolIdolFestival, only for Honoka to seemingly get killed again by Jotaro Kujo.
*** Maki comes back in [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ooEstS_I_Zc "Unknown from M.E. (20th Anniversary ver.)"]] from VideoGame/SonicAdventure.[[note]]Though it's entirely possible that Knuckles was killed instead of her, as his glove are seen in the "Idol Be Gone" image.[[/note]]
* InMemoriam: [[https://youtu.be/X_yEdPe8ezc "See You Again"]] from ''[[VideoGame/{{Forza}} Forza Horizon 2 Presents Fast & Furious]]'' seems to be a funeral video for Umi, uploaded on her birthday (3/15).

--> ''[[CrossesTheLineTwice 20?? - 2017]]''
* ThePowerOfLove: "Snow halation" is shown to represent this trope during the reboot's true ending.
* SlippySlideyIceWorld: "Snow halation" is often used in rips of snow/ice-based levels.
* UnwittingInstigatorOfDoom: The mere existence of "Snow halation" caused a lot of discourse within the fanbase, which then resulted in the ContinuityReboot.

A member of μ's who is well known for her CatchPhrase, "Nico Nico Nii".
----
* AlternateSelf: [[Creator/EricaMendez An English-speaking Nico]] appears in the in-game version of "Snow halation".
* BackFromTheDead: After seemingly dying alongside μ's and "Snow halation" after the events of the reboot, she is brought back to life thanks to the power of the MF LIKE BUTTON. At least until the ''Christmas Comeback Crisis'' (see below.)
* BirthdayEpisode: "Love Novels (NICO Mix)" is one for her.
* CatchPhrase: "Nico Nico Nii~!"
* CompanionCube: A "smol" version of herself, which she uses to make herself feel better after her OnePersonBirthdayParty. Subverted as it's sentient and dislikes her birthday.
* KilledOffScreen: According to [[https://twitter.com/GiIvaSunner/status/821812130861064194 the Twitter account]], the Voice killed her alongside the rest of µ's [[https://twitter.com/GiIvaSunner/status/821812209349115913 excluding Nozomi]].
