[[folder:General Tropes]]
* {{Arc Villain}}s: The Karos, at least initially. The Kyuranger have battled each one in turn. Unlike most ''Franchise/SuperSentai'' {{Arc Villain}}s whose arcs last at least ten or more episodes, the Kyuranger have dealt with the Kuro for five or six episodes before finally defeating them. Justified in a way as it is said there are 88 of them.
* DegradedBoss: Downplayed with the Karos. But they go from basically being Arc Villains fulfilling the role of generals to being Monsters of the Week, although they never get to the point of being treated as standard enemies.
* EliteMook: Tsuyoindaver. It's "tsuyoi" (strong) + Indaver.
* EvilOverlord: While naturally their leader counts, ''all'' the monsters of the week are this. Each Daikaan rules a planet in the name of the Empire as magistrates. As Gammetsui shows, this typically involves ruling with an iron fist.
* EvilIsPetty: some of the Daikaans have Immature, though mean-spirited means, of keeping the populace in check, like keeping people from enjoying birthdays and luxuries that seem a bit impractical for a major political empire, even one that's PROUD of it's cruelty like Jark Matter.
* {{Expy}}: Nearly all of them are physically designed after numerous villains from past Sentai seasons, taking after the [[Series/KaizokuSentaiGokaiger Zangyack]] in being an empire that controls most of the known universe.
* FictionalCurrency: They seem to use their own currency called Pongi based on the Kyurangers' wanted posters.
* TheFlatwoodsMonster: Tsuyoindavers look like the Flatwoods Monster, which is normally considered to have been an alien.
* HopeCrusher: Their modus operandi in regards to their subjugation towards the planet they conquered, as they put fear into the hearts of every living being that they conquer.
* TheGreys: The Indavers have this motif.
* JidaiGeki: The Empire follows a model like that of the Shogunate, with a hierarchy that uses titles from that era. The lowest are the foot soldiers or combatmen. Above are them are the Daikaan, who commands them and are magistrates of conquered galaxies like magistrates of states. And above them are the Karo ("house elder") who serve as advisors. And finally at the top is the Shogun, who is none other than Don Armage himself.
* KingMook: Some Daikaan are more powerful versions of the Tsuyoindavers.
* LawOfChromaticSuperiority: ''Space 27'' introduces a new Red Indaver, but with a different head (albeit by removing its restraining cover) and suit palette-swapped into red with white details. Given that it's treated as a MonsterOfTheWeek [[WeHardlyKnewYe though...]]
* MakeMyMonsterGrow: A natural part of the villains' biology is the Enlarge Inro, capable of enlarging and reviving monsters as long as it remains intact post-death.
* MonsterOfTheWeek: The Daikaan are members of Jark Matter who subjugate and control planets that have been taken over by the empire. The name comes from "daikan", a state magistrate but with elongation at the third syllable.
* {{Mook}}: Indaver. The name is a scrambling of "invader".
* MookMobile: Moaiders are moai-themed one-man space fighters mostly piloted by Indavers.
* OurCryptidsAreMoreMysterious: The vast majority of the Karo and Daikaan are based on cryptids or old myths and legends.
* PlanetLooters: They are gathering "Planetium" from conquered territories.
* PunnyName: Their name, depending on [[SpellMyNameWithAnS What spelling you go with.]] For "Jack Matter", Jack can be read as "Jaaku" which also means evil. At the same time, replacing "J" with "D" becomes "Daaku", as in the Japanese pronounciation of "Dark" thus making it a double pun for "Dark Matter". Ultimately it's canon reading is "Jark Matter" which is a mix of both.
* PurpleIsPowerful: A detail of purple Indavers appear in ''Space 13'', the same week that Scorpio makes his presence felt. Except for the one in ''Space 27'', which is somehow [[TheSmurfettePrinciple the only female one.]]
* SortingAlgorithmOfEvil: Justified: the Kyurangers start out only battling lower ranked minions and only draw the attention of the higher ups as they cause them more and more trouble. When Houou Soldier is [[SealedGoodInACan released]], Don Armage finally considers them enough of a threat to send [[CoDragons his right hand men after them.]]
* SpellMyNameWithAnS: Jark Matter, Jack Matter, Jerk Matter, or Dark Matter? The alien CypherLanguage does refer to the empire as Jark Matter, as does Raptor's diary making Jark Matter the official spelling.
* SuddenlyVoiced: The Indavers of ''Space 27'', justified as their heads are a shell protecting their actual heads while keeping them muffled all the time.
* TransformingMecha: The group's Daikaan employ a special kind of mech: The Moraimarz, which can change between being a spaceship, a drill, and a fighting robot. Their name also happens to be a pun on the Japanese way of saying the phrase "Take it to me" (Moraimasu).

[[folder:Don Armage]]
!!Don Armage
!!!Portrayed by: Atsuki Tani (voice), Yohei Fujita (suit)

The shogun of Jark Matter. Hiding his face beneath the hood, he controls most of the universe.
----
* ActuallyADoombot: [[spoiler: There are multiple Don Armages, which can be destroyed without any real consequences, but there is one, true Don Armage masterminding the whole of Jark Matter.]]
* AgonyBeam: He gains this ability after [[spoiler: absorbing all life in the universe but the Kyuranger]]. He lets the team feel it too.
* AnthropomorphicPersonification: ''Space Final'' reveals that [[spoiler:he is manifested from an accumulation of regrets, resentments and negativity of worse-off people across the universe.]]
* BadBoss: Is not above threatening, belittling, or assaulting his own followers should they fail or embarrass him.
* BeamOWar: Fires a massive beam to the Kyurangers who counter him with a beam of their own in their final battle. [[spoiler:He ends up losing.]]
* BigBad: Leader of the Space Shogunate Jark Matter and the Kyurangers' main enemy.
* BishonenLine: [[spoiler:Don Armage's final form has a humanoid but still distinctly demonic face, much like [[Series/KyukyuSentaiGogoV Grandiene]] or [[Series/GoseiSentaiDairanger the Gorma Four Priests' combined form]].]]
* BodySurf: [[spoiler:The true Don Armage can possess dead bodies and thus take new hosts when killed, allowing him to cheat death.]]
* CreepyCrows: [[spoiler: His true form has this motif, by virtue of being Kuervo.]]
* DarkIsEvil: Most of the forms he appears in are in dark colors and he is OmnicidalManiac on universal scale.
* DarkMessiah: [[spoiler: He wants to destroy the universe to free it of its suffering as revealed in ''Space 45''.]]
* DeathIsCheap: Apparently, as Tsurugi [[spoiler:thought he had]] killed him in the past, only to find him alive in the present. [[spoiler:And in ''Space 30'', Shishi Red Orion manages to take him down single-handedly, but when they go back to the future, he's still there. Either Don Armage is functionally immortal, or he knows a way to cheat death that is yet to be revealed.]]
** [[spoiler:Space 35 reveals that there are countless multiple Don Armages; When one is defeated another shows up to take his place. The clones can also involve themselves discreetly in operations while the main Shogun is still active, such as one disguised as an ornament on Hoshi Minato's shoulder that has been controlling him.]]
** [[spoiler: The reason for this is because Don Armage can possess dead bodies, and for at least [[FaceHeelTurn one certain individual]], it resulted in a second chance and unlimited power.]]
* {{Determinator}}: As befitting of being the Jark Matter leader and FinalBoss, it takes a ''lot'' to put him down. [[spoiler: After Kurevo is finally purged from him, he goes on to possess Tsurugi. Then rangers purge him out of him. So he goes and ''absorbs the entire universe''. Despite the upgrade, the rangers manage to renew fate in the universe's occupants which weakens him to be taken down. Then he goes giant, a mech fight ensues, he's brought down to size...and even then he ''still'' keeps fighting by trying to possess Lucky. Lucky's will is too strong however who manages to fight him off and Don Armage is ''finally'' finished with an All Star Galaxy.]]
* EvilIsVisceral: [[spoiler:''Space 29'' reveals his "true" form is covered in brains. It turns out not to be his true form later.]]
* {{Expy}}: To [[Series/HimitsuSentaiGoranger Black Cross Fuhrer]] who in turn was an expy to [[Franchise/KamenRider Great Leader]].
** Appearance-wise, he's also this to [[Franchise/StarWars Emperor Palpatine]], [[Series/HikariSentaiMaskman Emperor Zeba]], and [[Franchise/SailorMoon Wiseman]].
** He isn't the [[Series/SpaceSheriffGavan first space conquering leader with a Don in the title]].
** [[InTheirOwnImage His main goal to obliterate the world (in his case the universe)]] and his claim as the [[DarkMessiah savior]] of the universe makes him one to [[Series/TensouSentaiGoseiger Brajira of the Messiah]]. It should be noted that both of them also uses many variations of their form.
* GalacticConqueror: The ruler of Jark Matter and by extension, most of the galaxy.
* HeroKiller: [[spoiler: He's the one who "killed" Kuervo, he came ''very'' close to killing Lucky and he possessed Tsurugi, forcing the team in a SadisticChoice.]].
* {{Hologram}}: First revealed as a hologram.
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: In Space 47, [[spoiler: his technique of converting people into Planetium backfires when he absorbs whole team but Lucky, who then punches his own Kyutama into him. It turns out that Lucky built a plan on this, as combination of all twelve Kyutama then tears Don Armage apart from the inside]].
* InTheHood: Less of a casual variety and more of the creepy villainous variety.
* ItOnlyWorksOnce: [[spoiler: Even if he ''had'' beaten the Kyurangers during their final encounter, he likely wouldn't be able to reform Jark Matter since he absorbed literally everyone in the universe ''[[BadBoss his own forces included]]'' into himself. They probably wouldn't follow him again after that.]]
* TheKlan: His visual motif as a front. The point turns out to be [[spoiler:[[MyBrainIsBig his brain]], then [[CreepyCrows black wings of death.]]]]
* LightIsNotGood: [[spoiler: His true form as Kuervo is shiny and white, despite being heavily crow themed, and also a galactic conqueror. On the other hand, his fake true form is dark with lighter brains and so is the form he takes on after possessing Tsurugi. The galactic conqueror part stays.]]
* MadeOfEvil: [[spoiler: The final episode reveals that he was born from the anger, sorrow, and despair of the universe.]]
* MercyKill: His goal in destroying the universe is to [[spoiler:spare all living things from suffering. Least that's what he claims anyway. The rangers don't buy it and claim he's just in it for power.]]
* MoreThanMindControl: [[spoiler:Don Armage did not corrupt his host's mind--Kuervo understood his point of view and agrees to it.]]
* NiceJobFixingItVillain: [[spoiler: Due to all the Planetium he absorbed while within Tsurugi, this ends up recharging his powers and saves him from dying. Even Tsurugi himself lampshades it after he's freed from him.]]
* OrcusOnHisThrone: Is the main villain of the show, but never appears as anything other than a hologram giving orders. Kind of justified in that he is a shogun, so of course he is going to send out his minions and underlings to deal with problems. [[spoiler:We only see him getting down to business in ''Space 29'', when he steps up to fight the Kyurangers who traveled to the past.]]
* {{Ouroboros}}: [[spoiler:When he gathers all life into his body, part of his transformation has a flair of serpent circulating in front of his head as it attempts to consume its tail, forming to its crest.]]
* OutOfContinues: [[spoiler:Cheats death via performing a BodySurf when killed. However, in the final battle Lucky manages to force him out via HeroicWillpower, trapping Armage in his true body and allowing him to be truly destroyed.]]
* RankScalesWithAsskicking: According to ''Space 28'', he once faced Tsurugi ''and his entire army''. And LITERALLY fought them to the last man!
* RetGone: [[spoiler:Subverted: Shishi Red Orion kills him in the past, but when they return to the present he's still alive.]]
* ShockAndAwe: Throws lightning around as an attack.
* SignificantAnagram: "Don Armage" with the words swapped gives you one letter short of "Armageddon".
* SizeShifter: [[spoiler: He can make himself grow giant-size without the use of an Enlarge Inro whenever he wants, as demonstrated in ''Space 35'']].
* SuperEmpowering: Can bestow powers onto his subordinates, even giving them new monstrous forms [[spoiler:like he did to Scorpio.]]
* TransformationOfThePossessed: He can do this to [[spoiler:his victims. Kuervo took on a light crow themed monster form and Tsurugi was twisted into winged something that is still wearing his coat]].
* WalkingSpoiler: His true nature makes a lot of his character.
%%* WoobieDestroyerOfWorlds: [[spoiler: Subverted with Kuervo, even account Don corrupting him. (needs more elaboration)]]
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Vice-Shogun]]
* FusionDance: Professor Anton gathered their remains and stitched them up into a Frankstien-ish monster called Akyachuuga.
* PowerTrio: They three of Don Armage's most powerful minions.

!!Kukuruger
!!!Portrayed by: Creator/NaoyaUchida (voice), Masato Tsutamune (suit)
-->Rank: Vice-Shogun
-->Home Planet: Quetzacoal of Cepheus
-->Height: 199 cm (55.0 meters when giant)
-->Weight: 179 kg (494.0 tons when giant)
-->Weapon: Kukurugun
-->Classification: Cyborg Alien

One of three Vice-Shoguns, summoned by Don Armage to deal with the Kyurangers after the return of Houou Soldier.
----
* {{BFG}}: Carries one of these as his weapon.
* CoDragons: With Akyanba and Tecchu.
* {{Expy}}: Design-wise, Kukuruja takes very obvious cues from [[Series/TokusouSentaiDekaranger Kajimerian Ben G]]; his role in the story, however, is more akin to that of [[Series/KaizokuSentaiGokaiger Zatsurig]].
* MeaningfulName: Named after his physical inspiration: the deity Kukulkan.
* SnakesAreSinister: One of three CoDragons, and visibly themed and named after the snake deity Kukulkan.
* YouKilledMyFather: [[spoiler:He murdered Lucky's father, King Aslan.]]

!!Tecchu
!!!Portrayed by: Creator/HiroshiTsuchida (voice), Shigeki Ito (suit)
-->Rank: Vice-Shogun
-->Home Planet: Sabinain of Cepheus
-->Height: 242 cm (55.7 meters when giant)
-->Weight: 218 kg (501.4 tons when giant)
-->Weapon: Tekkyuu
-->Classification: Steel Alien

One of three Vice-Shoguns, summoned by Don Armage to deal with the Kyurangers after the return of Houou Soldier. Loyal but cowardly, he was the one defending the Jark Matter Broadcast Station.
----
* {{Catchphrase}}: ''"UNACCEPTABLE!"''
* CoDragons: With Kukuruger and Akyanba to Don Armage, ranking even higher than Scorpio.
* DirtyCoward: Not above using his subordinates as shields to evade death.
* EpicFlail: His 'Tekkyuu' is this, a mace attached to his left arm and can even be used as a cannon.
* {{Expy}}: His head is somewhat similar to that of [[Series/ChourikiSentaiOhranger Bacchus Wrath's]].
* SizeShifter: Can change size at will, without using the Enlarge Inro.
* WeHardlyKnewYe: [[spoiler:Lasts about as long as Eriedrone. Does appear again in the past, though.]]

!!Akyanba
!!!Portrayed by: Creator/ArisaKomiya (voice), Yuichi Hachisuka (suit)
-->Rank: Vice-Shogun
-->Home Planet: Planet Kyoryudo of Cassiopeia
-->Height: 181 cm (41.6 meters when giant)
-->Weight: 163 kg (374.9 tons when giant)
-->Weapon: Break Mic/Re-Break Mic
-->Classification: Soft Alien

One of three Vice-Shoguns, summoned by Don Armage to deal with the Kyurangers after the return of Houou Soldier. Behind her bubbly personality, she is actually a master manipulator.
----
* CoDragons: With Tecchu and Kukuruger, as the three Vice-Shoguns.
* TheCorrupter: [[spoiler:Is responsible for turning Naga against the Kyurangers.]]
* CreepyDoll: Themed after the ancient Acambaro figures, and her emotion-manipulation is definitely creepy.
* DeathByIrony: [[spoiler: The Dark Kyutama she gave to Naga allowing him to transform into Hebitsukai Metal? That's the same Kyutama that Naga ends up using to kill her in ''Space 35''.]]
* EmotionControl: Seems to exhibit some control over others' emotions. [[spoiler:This is apparently how she turns Naga into Hebistukai Metal.]]
* {{Expy}}: Akyanba's appearance can be seen as a combination of [[Series/KyoryuSentaiZyuranger Witch Bandora]] and [[Series/DoubutsuSentaiZyuohger Naria]].
* FauxAffablyEvil: Sounds like a giggly girl, only a twisted one.
* IdolSinger: At least partially based on this, based on her bright pink skirt, bubbly personality, and the fact that her weapon is basically just a mic stand being used as a staff.
* ILied: After the Kyurangers were tricked into hurting Naga, she openly admits that doing so doesn't run him back to normal. [[spoiler: And even ''that'' is a lie as there was a monster implanted in Naga that was turning him evil. So she did know but wanted to see the rangers try to destroy one of their own.]]
* ManipulativeBastard: Excels at being this, [[spoiler:tricking Naga into letting her brainwash him and release his emotions, and manipulating Hoshi Minato for Don Armage for quite some time.]]
* MixAndMatchCritters: Has a very strange design that incorporates elements of a triceratops, a mushroom and a flying fish. [[spoiler:Later she herself is subjected to this when Doctor Anton fuses her, Kukuruga and Tecchuu into Akyacchuga.]]
* NiceJobFixingItVillain: [[spoiler:Bringing Naga to their side gives him access to their home base, which would eventually turn out of their favor once he's back with the rangers. What's more he got a new Kyu Globe out of it and would later use it to stop Don Armage's plan of blowing up the universe.]]
* PerkyFemaleMinion: For Jark Matter as a whole.
* StaffChick: It's actually a microphone stand.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Karo]]
!!Eridoron
!!!Portrayed by: Creator/TakayaKuroda (voice)
-->Rank: Karo (Sagittarius System)
-->Home Planet: Planet Ojikazo (Sagittarius System)
-->Height: 191 cm
-->Weight: 172 kg
-->Weapon: Electrongbow
-->Classification: Arrow Alien

The first Karo shown in the series and the first foe the Kyurangers encounter. He wants to drain the 88 Star Systems of their Planesium, and currently rules over the Sagittarius System.
----
* CombatPragmatist: During round one of his fight with the Kyurangers in ''Space 5'', he charges them ''during'' their transformation sequence. He doesn't make it, but their frantic speed in activating it shows that he was close.
* CurbStompBattle:
** To show his power, he took on four of the Kyurangers and wiped the floor with them in ''Space 2''.
** He's on the receiving end of one in ''Space 5'', thanks to [[spoiler:all 9 Kyurangers uniting to destroy him.]]
* DisproportionateRetribution: Tries to have two children assassinated for throwing rocks at him.
* TheDragon: Subverted. Despite being introduced as someone who reports to Quirk Armage directly, the fact that he is only 1 of the 88 Karos makes his overall rank closer to that of a simple Captain or Commander.
* EvilOverlord: Like the Daikaans below him, he is this to the entire Sagittarius System.
* FaceDeathWithDignity: [[spoiler:Instead of having a VillainousBSOD at his imminent demise, he uses his last moments to howl praise to Jark Matter and Don Armage.]]
* SpellMyNameWithAnS: Has been rendered as "Eridoron" or "Eridrone".
* StarterVillain: [[spoiler:Falls to the might of the 9 Kyurangers in ''Space 5'', despite being built up to be TheDragon.]]
* WouldHurtAChild: Sees no problem with having children executed.

!!Scorpio
!!!Portrayed by: Yuki Kubota

Stinger's older brother, who betrayed him in the past and joined Jark Matter. Now he has risen the ranks as their top assassin and Karo over the Scorpius System, answering only to Don Armage.
----
* ActorAllusion: Pretty much the entire role. Older brother whose younger brother, one of the team, is surprised to find out is one of the main villains? Kubota is pretty much ''still'' playing [[Series/KamenRiderGaim Takatora Kureshima]]. He even has an attack where he wraps his tail around his leg and ''outright performs a Rider Kick.'' However, the roles get flipped later, as while Takatora was revealed an AntiVillain and WellIntentionedExtremist who becomes more sympathetic while his younger brother becomes more and more villainous, Scorpio's pure evil and out for himself until about the last thirty seconds of his life while Stinger remains a hero.
* AsskickingLeadsToLeadership: Rose from a mere Shikaku to the rank of Karo by the time he appears in ''Space 12''.
* BewareMyStingerTail: Like his brother, he has one.
* CainAndAbel: The Cain to Stinger's Abel, perhaps so.
* CoolBigBro: He seemed to be rather loving to his brother when Stinger was a kid.
* TheDragon: Implied to be this, as only Don Armage knows where he is and can actually boss him around.
* DragonWithAnAgenda: Opens up to Stinger that he tried to get close to Don Armage to kill him and end Jark Matter. [[spoiler:He actually plans to do so to take over the Jark Matter for himself.]]
* DrunkOnTheDarkSide: Stinger says that something like this was the cause for his betrayal.
* DyingAsYourself: [[spoiler:Taking back all the venom in Stinger somehow destroys his monster form, leaving him with just the mismatched eyes until his very last moment.]]
* EvilCostumeSwitch: Went from being dressed similarly to Stinger to wearing an all-black get up as Jark Matter's top assassin.
* EvilOverlord: Rules over the Scorpius System now.
* {{Expy}}: Of [[Series/KaizokuSentaiGokaiger Basco Ta Jolokia]] - while he doesn't have an equivalent to the Rapparatta, he meets the other criteria: Used to be associated with one of the rangers until he betrayed said ranger, works as one of the higher ups for the bad guys, and [[spoiler: has a powerful monster form]].
* FinishingMove: Wraps his stinger tail around one leg to execute what is essentially a [[Franchise/KamenRider Rider Kick.]]
* HeroKiller: [[spoiler: He's the first Sentai villain since [[Series/ChoudenshiBioman Mason and Psygorn]] to kill off one of the core rangers - in this case, Champ - before the end of the first 1/3rd, although unlike Mika, Champ does get better..]]
* IDidWhatIHadToDo: His backstory on killing Professor Anton, Champ's creator, where he was tasked to kill the defected member in order to infiltrate their ranks.
* KnightOfCerebus: Although the overall premise of ''Kyuranger'' was pretty dark from the start, early on the tone was relatively middle of the road, with a balance of serious and lighthearted moments. The show darkens considerably the first episode he's directly involved in, being about a zombie apocalypse (albeit it's slightly played for laughs), and the second episode he's a key component of (16), [[spoiler: he kills Champ]].
* LightIsNotGood: [[spoiler: His monster form is mostly white with hints of orange. And as noted above, he's not on the same side as the heroes]].
* NightmareFace: There's a ''[[https://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/powerrangers/images/5/55/Unmasked_Scorpio.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20170528105227 reason]]'' he wears that faceplate mask of his.
* OneWingedAngel: [[spoiler: He is revealed to have a monster form. Appropriately, it's primary color is the one that is not used by any of the Kyurangers, white]].
* OurZombiesAreDifferent: His venom can create zombie-like creatures out of other people.
* PainfulTransformation: [[spoiler:Don Armage turning him into his monster form has all the signs of this. It's all but confirmed to be ''permanent''... until ''Space 21''.]]
* PoisonousPerson: It would seem like this is a common trait among his species. His venom is stronger than Stinger's and can corrupt people into zombie-like creatures.
** When he uses it on [[spoiler: Stinger]] in ''Space 20'', it acts more like PsychoSerum, but [[spoiler: that may also be because of the combination with Stinger's own poison]].
* RedemptionEqualsDeath: [[spoiler:Relents at the last possible moment, taking back all the venom in Stinger and taking down the Moraimarz control ship, at the cost of his own life.]]
* TheStarscream: [[spoiler: Turns out, he is planning to betray and kill Don Armage and takes his position as the shogun of Jark Matter and by extension, ruler of the galaxy.]]
* ShoutOut: Two of his signature attacks are practically 1:1 recreation of a [[Franchise/KamenRider Rider Kick]].
* StartOfDarkness: [[spoiler: Stinger's memory in ''Space 20'' shows that Scorpio was probably always little too much in love with power. He continued punching a member of their tribe, who previously picked on Stinger, even when the guy was already down and nearly unable to defense himself.]]
* TheQuisling: Betrayed his brother, clan, and planet to join Jark Matter.

!!Magera
!!!Portrayed by: Creator/ShowKoneri (voice)

-->Rank: Karo (Aries Star System)
-->Home Planet: Planet Supun (Aries Star System)
-->Height: 197 cm (54.2 meters when giant)
-->Weight: 177 kg (488.5 tons when giant)
-->Weapon: Mage Launcher
-->Classification: Alloy Alien

Known as The [=ESPer=] of space, he arrived on Earth upon hearing that he could be promoted to Vice-Shogun by beating the rangers. In his initial fight, he warped the personalities of Balance, Hammie and Sparda, causing them to go against the team.
----
* EmotionControl: Shows this power when he turns Balance, Hammy and Sparda against the others.
* MindOverMatter: All of his powers fall under this wheelhouse, as seen when he uses his mind and a hand movement to curve an attack.
* SpoonBending: His entire motif is based on this concept.
* WeHardlyKnewYe: Set up as the newest Karo to come for the team, but is basically just a MonsterOfTheWeek with more fanfare.
* WesternZodiac: Based off of the same Star System he rules over, Aries.

!!Wunjet
!!!Portrayed by: Creator/MotokiTakagi (voice)

-->Rank: Karo (Leo Minor Star System)
-->Home Planet: Planet Ougo (Leo Minor Star System)
-->Height: 44 cm/205 cm in robot suit (47.2 meters when giant)
-->Weight: 40 kg/301 kg in robot suit (692.3 tons when giant)
-->Weapon: Robot Suit
-->Classification: Creature Alien

A Karo from the same star system that Lucky was raised in, known as the Jet Pilot of Space. He is terrorizing Lucky's homeworld, Planet Luth, drawing the attention of the Kyurangers.
----
* AcePilot: Is this based on his RedBaron title and the fighter pilot-based design. Curiously, his design is actually based on Quimbaya artifacts, which are said to resemble airplanes.
* MoreDakka: Has two gatling guns attached to his robot suit.
* PoweredArmor: Wears a form of this to make himself look more intimidating.
* WeHardlyKnewYe: Just like Magera, he is just treated like a MonsterOfTheWeek as a way to show that the team is stronger than ever now.

!!Jumotsu
!!!Portrayed by: Creator/ShinpachiTsuji (voice)

-->Rank: Karo (Leo Star System)
-->Home Planet: Planet Tura (Leo Star System)

* DeadlyDisc: Uses these to fight and to capture people.
* PowerCopying: His powers are a variation of this, allowing him to use some of the skills of people he has captured in the Desdisks.

* {{Expy}}: It has not gone unnoticed that he is extremely similar to Goranger's Baseball Mask.
* MythologyGag: Almost everything about Gloven, even down to his destruction, is meant to be a callback to Goranger.

A member of Jark Matter with the rank of assassin, sent to eliminate the Kyurangers while they are on Earth with his partner Madako.
----
* AffablyEvil: He's remarkably polite, even to his enemies. The first words we hear him speak are even a rather friendly request for information.
* CombatClairvoyance: He claims that he's able to accurately predict whatever move his opponent makes, making him nigh impossible to hit. It's later found out that this is not strictly the case; he can't ''anticipate'' his enemy's moves, but he does have a 360-degree field of vision so he doesn't have any blind spots.
* CoolSword: It's actually the ''stock of his rifle'' and he wields it with all the grace of a rapier.
* CrouchingMoronHiddenBadass: {{Downplayed|Trope}}. He might act and sound like a goofy pun-spewing old man, but he's exactly as powerful as his intimidating looks imply. He's not a Karo for nothing.
* CrystalSkull: At least partially based on the legend of the crystal skulls, and even has one for a face.
* {{Cthulhumanoid}}: He even has minor resemblance to a [[TabletopGame/DungeonsAndDragons Mind Flayer.]]
* TheDreaded: [[spoiler:A good indication of how dangerous he is is that Shou Ronpo advised the Kyurangers to retreat when they encounter him]].
* EyesDoNotBelongThere: Those "suckers" on his tentacles? They're actually eyes, and they're what allow him to see all of the Kyurangers' attacks coming.
* HeroKiller: [[spoiler:He and Madako killed Rebellion's first commander.]]
* NonchalantDodge: He dodges all the attacks the Kyurangers send at him with his hands in his pockets. Only Shou can reliably get a hit on the guy.
* PungeonMaster: He makes a ''lot'' of squid related puns, something that irritates his partner Madako.
* RedOniBlueOni: The blue to Madako's red, being calmer and more rational than her.
* VerbalTic: Uses the word "ika" (squid) a lot in his speech, mainly with the end-of-phrase construction ''ja na'''i ka'''?'' ("isn't it?"). Over-Time translates it to puns with "ink".
* VillainousBreakdown: [[spoiler:After Lucky cracks his {{Story Break|er Power}}ing ability, he's reduced to the Kyurangers' ''whipping boy'' before being KilledOffForReal.]]

!!Madako
!!!Portrayed by: Creator/EriKitamura (voice)
Another assassin of Jark Matter, sent to eliminate the Kyurangers while they are on Earth with her partner Ikagen.
----
* AlwaysNeedWhatYouGaveUp: [[spoiler:She sacrificed her HealingFactor ability in order to become a cyborg. She soon laments being unable to regenerate anymore when she meets her death at the hands of the Kyurangers in ''Space 43'']].
* CameBackWrong: PlayedForLaughs in ''Space 25''. [[spoiler:Being destroyed by Houou Soldier has apparently left her with ''two'' personality traits that don't even fit together, and ultimately she proves useless in combat.]]
* {{Catchphrase}}: Refers to others as "Jelly brains!" (''Kono tako'') constantly. [[spoiler: Not even regenerating into a more polite personality can remove this quirk. This also ends up being her last words]].
* ChestMonster: Appears out of one when she attacks in Space 39, which parodies JRPG's.
* DeadlyUpgrade: [[spoiler: Professor Anton upgrades her to a more powerful Mecha Madako, which vastly increases her power, but at the cost of losing her HealingFactor. Her next death will be her last.]]
* DidNotThinkThisThrough: [[spoiler:She realize that sacrificing her healing factor in return for becoming a cyborg might not have been the best idea, since it enabled the Kyurangers to kill her off for good. She also stops on her tracks when she realizes Don Armage's master plan involved the deaths of everyone, her included]].
* TheDreaded: [[spoiler:Her reputation is so dangerous that Shou Ronpo outright ''ordered'' the Kyurangers to fall back upon encountering her]].
* {{Expy}}: Arguably of [[Series/KamenRiderWizard Phoenix]], due to her color scheme and ability to regenerate, albeit instead of coming back with a greater power level, [[spoiler: she comes back with a different personality]].
* FanGirl: [[spoiler:Her fifth incarnation is obsessed with {{Moe}} and starts fangirling over Hammie...then Garu...then the entire team. And she speaks like a samurai for some reason.]]
* FromASingleCell: As long as a piece of tentacle survives, she can regenerate. [[spoiler: In ''Space 38'', she seemingly has given up this ability in return for becoming a cyborg]].
* GoodThingYouCanHeal: Once she was established to have a potent HealingFactor, she's been killed repeatedly:
** Hit with TheWorfEffect in Ryu Commander's debut.
** Executed by Scorpio when he was trying to sell the idea that he was TheMole within Jark Matter.
** Worfed again by the combined power of the Kyurangers, Gavan, and [=DekaFire=].
** And the only reason she even showed up when Houou Soldier appeared was to get Worfed by him.
* GuysSmashGirlsShoot: Inverted. Ikagen is the intellectual of the two, while Madako does enough smashing ''and'' shooting for the both of them.
* HealingFactor: It doesn't matter if you cut off her limbs. Much like a real octopus, hers grow back. Unlike a real octopus, it's practically instantaneous. If she has to regenerate her entire body though, [[spoiler:her personality changes. She loses her Healing Factor after being upgraded by Anton.]]
* HeroKiller: [[spoiler:She and Ikagen murdered the original commander of Rebellion.]]
* HypocriticalHumor: Despite her hatred for Ikagen's squid puns, her own "Jelly brains!" is, based on the original Japanese, an ''octopus'' pun.
* IronicEcho: Taunts Shou Ronpo about his time limit when Shou is [[spoiler:Ryu Violet]], saying that they should "take their time". When Shou becomes [[spoiler:Ryu Commander, he repeats the exact same line, mentioning that he has no time limit now, and then proceeds to wipe the floor with her]].
* {{Jerkass}}: Very vulgar and not afraid to threaten, bully, or belittle others into getting her way. [[spoiler:She loses this after regenerating.]]
* KilledOffForReal: [[spoiler:Finally destroyed for good in ''Space 43'']].
* LiteralSplitPersonality: [[spoiler:Her regeneration ability resembles this, as the piece of her that regenerates has a different personality from the original. She's gone from brash hothead to subservient secretary to seductress to love freak to ''moe'' idol fangirl.]]
* LoveFreak: [[spoiler:The fourth personality appears to be this, but we only get maybe one line of dialogue demonstrating it before she goes onto her next one.]]
* NotQuiteDead: She gets obliterated by Ryu Commander's FinishingMove, but then [[FromASingleCell Ikagen recovers a piece of her tentacle]], and two weeks later she's back. This was how we originally found that she ''can'' regenerate FromASingleCell.
* PunnyName: "Madako" is a type of Octopus. It also incorporates the word ''tako'' (octopus).
* RedOniBlueOni: The red to Ikagen's blue, being more temperamental and vulgar. [[spoiler:But only with the first personality we see; the second is much more passive.]]
* SwordAndGun: Well, [[CarryABigStick Mace]] and Gun anyway. Her choice of weaponry is a Machine Gun and a Morning star wielded together.
* TheVamp: Her [[spoiler:third personality.]]
* TheWorfEffect: Three times - first there was her being used to show off just how powerful Ryuu Commander was, only staying on the show due to her healing factor. She got wiped out again going against the Kyuranger/Gavan/[=DekaFire=] teamup. [[spoiler:Then there's Houou Soldier giving her an utter CurbStompBattle when he debuts - and ''Space 25'' implies that she CameBackWrong]].

-->Classification: Creature Alien

The Daikaan the Kyuranger fought in ''Space 2''. Greedy for money and jewels, he acted as the Daikaan in charge of Planet Jigama. Acting as a despot who would overtax goods, he tormented the people of the planet. His love of money has given him the title of Miser of the Universe. Being a Tutanian, he is able to extend his tail and use it like a whip to fight.
----
* AncientEgypt: Being from the planet Tutan, he partially has this as a theme.
* EvilOverlord: Ruler of the planet Zigama, and quite the morally bankrupt piece of work.
* FatBastard: Obscenely fat as far as monsters go, and is a real piece of crap morally speaking.
* {{Expy}}: A fat bastard who wants money for selling the heroes? Sounds like [[Franchise/StarWars Jabba the Hutt]].
* {{Greed}}: Literally his entire reason for being.
* MeaningfulName: Literally named after the concept of Greed, fitting since he is essentially just a tax-happy miser.
* PurpleIsPowerful: Sure, he's the first MonsterOfTheWeek, but he was still in control of an entire planet.
* TailSlap: Uses his to do this. Also as a whip.

-->Classification: Battle Simulation Lifeform

The second Daikaan the Kyurangers fight. Once an ordinary Tsuyoinvader, he underwent a special surgery that altered his DNA in order to become a Daikaan, wearing a special mask to differentiate him from the rest. He rules over Planet Needle, overseeing the extraction of its Planesium, not caring that the planet is at risk of destruction.
----
* {{BFG}}: His primary weapon, the Bazoocone, is this.
* EvilOverlord: Ruler of Planet Needle, and doesn't ''care'' about the fate of his planet.
* MakeMyMonsterGrow: Averted. When he is defeated, his Enlarge Inro was damaged so he didn't get enlarged.
* MaskOfPower: Part of what makes him so powerful is the "Moretsu Mask" attached to his face.
* MeaningfulName: His name is a combination of the Japanese word for "violent" and the word "invader", fitting given what he is doing as a Daikaan.
* PaletteSwap: He's just a repainted Tsuyoindaver with a cape, presumably due to only having a few minutes of screentime.
* SuperSoldier: Is basically this, as he was originally one of the {{Mooks}} given power-ups and surgeries.

-->Classification: Sea Monster Alien

The third Daikaan that the team encounters. One of many ruling over the Earth, Yumepakkun steals the dreams of the planet's children. He decides to target Raptor, seeing the size of her dreams. Not afraid to run away when a fight goes poorly, and the first Daikaan to avoid destruction altogether.
----
* CreateYourOwnHero: His attempts to eat Raptor's dreams are what leads to her Kyutama activating, and results in the destruction of his mecha and his own near death.
* DeathByGluttony: He made the mistake of trying to eat Lucky's dream during the fight in ''Space 5''. However, Lucky's dream is to Defeat Jark Matter and save the entire universe, and trying to eat such a massive dream caused Yumepakkun to ''explode''.
* DreamStealer: His entire gimmick amounts to this.
* EvilOverlord: Is one of ''several'' ruling over Earth. In his case, he likes eating the dreams of children.
* KnowWhenToFoldThem: When he sees that his mecha is about to be destroyed, Yumepakkun wisely decides to ditch it and run.
* MeaningfulName: Fitting that the dream-eating monster would be named after the word "dream".
* WouldHurtAChild: Is perfectly okay with devouring the dreams of children, even if they die because of it.
* {{Youkai}}: Is based on the Baku, a tapir spirit known for eating dreams.

The fourth Daikaan that the team encounters and one of many ruling the Earth. Denvil is a strict taskmaster that restricts people's freedoms through a series of ridiculous rules and violence. Both his Indavers and human subjects move in perfect coordination.
----
* HumanShield: Makes his human subjects stand in the way of the Kyurangers to keep them from attacking and to give his Indavers a chance to surprise them.
* {{Jerkass}}: Attacks the people of his district just because they were dancing.
* TheJerseyDevil: Is based largely on this.
* MakeMyMonsterGrow: Averted. The Kyurangers damage his Enlarge Inro too badly for him to regrow.
* NotSoAboveItAll: Even he can't help but hum along to the song ''"Kyutama Dancing"''.
* SeriousBusiness: He takes his "Denvil Calisthenics" very seriously, and will allow no slacking.
* {{Unicorn}}: His secondary theme due to his home-system.
* WhipOfDominance: Uses a whip to enforce his rules and to fight.

----
* BladeBelowTheShoulder: Has two blade-like appendages attached to his wrists.
* CircleOfStandingStones: Is visually based partially on Stonehenge, as evident by the name of his homeworld.
* EvilIsPetty: Steals people's birthdays mainly just to be a dick.
* PunnyName: His name is essentially the last half of "Happy Birthday ''to me''".

A Daikaan seen during Operation Stardust, and the sixth Daikaan the team faces. He's seemingly an even stronger version of Moretsuyoindaver.
----
* ButtMonkey: Shows up, says his part, dies. He didn't even go out to the team's mecha.
* PaletteSwap: His costume is a repaint of Moretsuyoiindver's.
* WeHardlyKnewYe: We open ''Space 8'' with his Enlarge Inro activating, and he's swiftly destroyed by Lucky and Sparda in their Voyagers.

----
* ButtMonkey: Seems to run in the "family" with modified Tsuyoindavers. He's dispatched before the OP starts up and doesn't even get to grow giant.
* PropRecycling: He uses the same body as Mamoritsuyoindaver, but with a normal Tsuyoindaver head and an "M" crest on his forehead.
* WeHardlyKnewYe: Again, he dies before the OP even starts.

The eighth Daikaan faced by the team. A much, ''much'' stronger Tsuyoindaver who terrorizes those under his rule by taking all their food for himself.
----
* BishonenLine: [[DownplayedTrope To a degree.]] Unlike the other upgraded Tsuyoindavers, who look mechanical or like the Flatwoods Monster, he has a humanoid face. [[DamnedByFaintPraise That's about it.]]
* FatBastard: It doesn't really show much in his design, but his stats show he's a little shorter and a deal heavier than his contemporaries.
* {{Jerkass}}: Men, Women, Children. It doesn't matter who you are or if you're literally starving to death, he ''will'' take your food for himself.
* VillainousGlutton: All he cares about is eating to his heart's content and hoarding all the rest of the food for himself. Everyone under his rule [[TheCaligula can go starve as far as he cares.]]

-->Classification: Insect Alien

The ninth Daikaan faced by the team, a bug-like {{Technopath}} that targets Kotaro while also using his Control Scale to try and send the Orion into the sun.
----
* BigCreepyCrawlies: He's based on The Mothman, so it is to be expected.
* DirtyCoward: Slightly [[JustifiedTrope Justified]] in that he needs to remain ''alive'' to use his Technopathic abilities and [[spoiler: ram the Orion into the sun.]] He's still a massive coward who tries to flee from every encounter he has with Lucky and Kotaro.
* GlassCannon: His power makes him perhaps one of the most dangerous opponents the Kyurangers could face, capable of instigating a TotalPartyKill with minimal effort. Too bad for him he goes down quick once running stops being an option.
* OurCryptidsAreMoreMysterious: His appearance is based on the Mothman. Fittingly he spends most of the episode trying to run and hide from the heroes.
* {{Technopath}}: Is this thanks to the Control Scale he wields.

The tenth Daikaan the team faces, and the seventh variation of the Tsuyoindaver that is seen. He tries to fight the Rebellion, but finds himself being controlled by the Karo Scorpio.
----
* NoSympathy: How he oppress the people ruled under him. He listens to all the problems they have, but will not lift a finger to help them and expect them to solve their problems themselves.
* OurZombiesAreDifferent: Scorpio uses his venom to turn Mondomuyoindaver into a loyal zombie.
* YouHaveFailedMe: [[spoiler:Turns out the whole zombie thing was merely cosmetic, as Scorpio ''destroys'' him after he'd been beaten already.]]

The eleventh Daikaan the team battles to free the people he imprisons for having luxuries in life. After capturing some people, he went to the Space Dragon Palace for a break.

Daikaan of the "Planet of the Sea", Planet Vela, Goneshi polluted the planet's oceans while pretending to be the ocean guardian. He does so by projecting an illusion of a sea monster from his head.
----
* EvilOverlord: Of Planet Vela, which he polluted to subjugate the populace.
* MasterOfIllusion: Master is probably stretching it, but he is able to create illusions of a Loch Ness-styled sea beast from his head.
* StockNessMonster: In case the sea monster illusion gimmick, his home world being Ness, or the fact that his name is similar to "Nessie" don't make it clear: Goneshi is obviously based on the Loch Ness Monster.

An incredibly vain and petty Daikaan that holds a grudge against any who "insult him". Possessing the ability to hide in the shadows, he is able to avoid all attacks while striking those who offends him.
----
* AbsurdlySharpClaws: His weapon, the Despair Claw, is this. It is even able to extend partially for combat purposes should he be discovered.
* CastingAShadow: His powers are all shadow based, his chief one being the ability to hide in shadows.
* DarkIsEvil: Shadow-based and one of the pettier, more jerkish Daikaan.
* LivingShadow: His cryptozoological basis is in the "Shadow People", which is basically this.
* NonstandardCharacterDesign: Predominantly black with stylised details resembling a zoot suit, he looks more like he's on loan from the [[Series/ResshaSentaiToQger Shadow Line.]]
* PantheraAwesome: Is from the Lynx Star System, and visibly themed like a lynx or big cat.

Daikaan of the Panel Keel, he was forcing the people of Keel to craft a statue in his likeness. However, he gets wrapped up in the middle of the Kyurangers' fight with Scorpio.
----
* LivingStatue: He's a living, moving Olmec statue head with a similarly carved body.
* MegatonPunch: His weapon, down to the name. It also doubles as a RocketPunch.
* NonstandardCharacterDesign: Daikaan tend to be either reptilian or arthropod or mechanical-based - this guy looks like he was made from clay and granite like an ancient statue.
* RedEyesTakeWarning: After Scorpio infects him with venom.
* SiliconBasedLife: Is a rock-based alien.

A Daikaan on Earth capable of rewriting history, and the one responsible for Tsurugi's identity disappearing.
----
* OrwellianRetcon: The basic definition of his powers, he was responsible for UnPerson-ing Tsurugi among other such important historical facts in the Jark Matter war effort. Borders on RealityWarper when he decides that Spada's shots were always aimed at Tsurugi ''before it actually happened!''
* PropRecycling: A recolor of Denvil, which gets acknowledged InUniverse since it's the first time they did this to something other than a Tsuyoindaver. Given his home planet is identical to Denvil's it can be assumed he's from the same species.

!!Mediatsuyoindaver
-->Rank: Daikaan (Planet Earth)
-->Home Planet: Jark Matter Laboratory
-->Height: 187 cm (43.0 meters when giant)
-->Weight: 176 kg (404.8 tons when giant)
-->Weapon: Bazoocone, Cardiguard
-->Classification: Battle Simulation Lifeform

When Ohtori created a ruckus in a Jark Matter's media station, Mediatsuyoindaver appeared to deal with him. Mediatsuyoindaver is a narcissistic Daikaan, loving to display his strength on camera even though his stunts terrorize the people.
----
* PropRecycling: Yet another modified Tsuyoindaver.

!!Gyabler
!!!Portrayed by: Creator/MitsuruOgata
-->Rank: Tecchu's right hand man/Executioner
-->Home Planet: Planet Chuppa (Capricornus Star System)
-->Height: 192 cm (44.2 meters when giant)
-->Weight: 173 kg (397.9 tons when giant)
-->Weapon: Chupacadura, Chupacablance
-->Classification: Inhale Alien

Tecchu personally send his right hand man to scout the Earth and become a Daikaan and executioner to deal with the Kyurangers. After causing havoc to draw them out, Gyabler uses his Chupacadura to consume the majority of the rangers.
----
* OurCryptidsAreMoreMysterious: Like Mothma he is based on a real-life cryptid; In his case, it is stated he is based on El Chupacabra. It's not surprising that, like the creature he's based on, Gyabler attempted to absorb his prey.
* VampiricDraining: With a hint of TheAssimilator. Gyabler's hair is capable of absorbing targets into his body where he feeds on their blood.

!!Microtsuyoindaver
-->Rank: Daikaan (Planet Earth)
-->Home Planet: Jark Matter Laboratory
-->Height: 0.9 mm (187 cm when giant)
-->Weight: 810 mg (168 kg when giant)
-->Weapon: Bazoocone
-->Classification: Battle Simulation Lifeform

Yet ''[[RunningGag another]]'' modified Tsuyoindaver. Microtsuyoindaver was tasked with a very special mission, the maintaining of Naga Ray's brainwashing to keep him fighting for Jark Matter. He was eventually destroyed during a mission to take the Silver Ranger back.
----
* ButtMonkey: No, you're not misreading those numbers up there. Microtsuyoindaver really is ''that small.'' One wonders what he even provides to Jark Matter besides monitoring brainwash victims.
* MakeMyMonsterGrow: A unique case in which making him grow just makes him normal sized.
* PropRecycling: A more extensive case than most of the Tsuyoindavers. He has a modified head mold and an entirely new color scheme. Unfortunately for him, that's about all he's got going for him besides his SummonMagic.
* SummonMagic: He's capable of summoning a representation of Evil Naga to aid him in battle. Seeing as how he's not particularly strong on his own he certainly ''needs'' the help.

!!Dogyun
!!!Portrayed by: Creator/KiyomitsuMizuchi

-->Rank: Scientist
-->Home Planet: Planet Shakoki (Sculptor Star System)
-->Height: 188 cm (51.8 meters when giant)
-->Weight: 177 kg (488.5 tons when giant)
-->Weapon: Liquid Lifeform Matrik, Hammer, Spanner, Pliers, Drill Sword
-->Classification: Cyborg Alien

Dogyun was a Scientist sent by Kukulga to destroy Earth. Using his Liquid Lifeform Matrik, he re-animates the Morimarz that the Kyurangers destroyed to achieve this goal. His arrival sows dissension among the ranks of the Kyurangers due to Raptor hoping that his technical expertise could help repair the badly-damaged Orion.
----
* MadScientist: His official rank is "scientist", and you basically have to be one to work for Don Armage. Especially when we see all the tools and inventions he uses to fight the team.
* {{Technopath}}: Is this thanks to his Liquid Lifeform Matrik, allowing him to make machines go berserk.

!! Thunderbird

* TheBadGuyWins: Despite meeting his end at the hands of Stinger, the Kyurangers were unsuccessful in preventing either the massacre of the villagers or saving Mika.
* BigBad: He is this for ''Episode of Stinger''. [[spoiler: Being the soul responsible for Mika's suffering in his ploy to use her as a pawn in his schemes]].
* KnightOfCerebus: While Jark Matter is nothing to sneeze at, he is one of the cruelest members and his scenes bring a level of seriousness... However, his fight with Stinger and his overall story takes place in the middle of a [[GagEpisode web series]] where, on the other side of the battle, you have Lucky and the others use ''measuring instruments'' to fight the monsters.

[[folder: Jark Sentai Go-Indaver]]
!! Jark Sentai Go-Indaver
!!! Portrayed by: Tetsu Shiratori (Dave Red), Akihiro Matsushima (Dave Blue), Unknown VA (Dave Black, Dave Commander), Hiroki Shimowada (Dave Yellow)
A group of Indavers sent to infiltrate the Orion and defeat the Kyurangers. ...It doesn't go well for them.
* JokeCharacter: They don't even last ''one episode'', they can't even defeat less than half of the Kyurangers, and the only Kyuranger who needs to transform to beat them is Houou Soldier...and even then, it's just to use his finishing move[[note]]since they can't use their finishing moves untransformed[[/note]]. For comparison's sake, [[Series/DenjiSentaiMegaranger the Nezirangers]] had to be killed off one-by-one.
* NonIndicativeName: Dave Commander isn't even ''close'' to being the leader of the team, seemingly only being called that because her costume has violet stripes and Ryu Commander is a violet ranger.
* PsychoRangers: They try, they really do, but in the end they're just five completely unaltered Indavers.
* RememberTheNewGuy: Dave Blue and Dave Yellow reveal that they fought the Kyurangers before, Blue being one of the Indavers tossed aside by Lucky's transformation all the way back in Episode 1 and Yellow being the Indaver that Kotaro punted the first time he grew giant. They're somewhat disappointed that the Kyurangers don't remember them.
* TheSmurfettePrinciple: Dave Commander is the only girl among them.
* YouCanTalk: They're the first Indavers ever seen talking, revealing that the Indavers can indeed speak. It's just their helmets completely muffle their voices causing their words to come out as gibberish while they're being worn.
* VerbalTic: -Dabe, which seems to be species wide. With their helmets on it's ''all'' they can say.
