11	The head of one of the factions of Hunting Judges (Hi-hi's Hunting Judges), Hi-hi has been fighting monster for a while now, but no one really knows that much about his past. He takes his job very seriously, making him a tad stern and/or awkward at times, but his heart is in the right place.

A worrywart and slight pessimist, he has a dramatic flair about himself, which comes out occasionally. Is an item with Ultima, and Somnium is either his sister or close friend. Almost always butts heads with Hi-hi.
