-> '''Voiced by:''' Eugene Jeter Jr.

A Seville Boulevard Families member and owner of a small gun store in Willowfield.\
CJ and Big Smoke meet up with him to get some guns and basic practice after an LSPD raid left the Grove Street Families unarmed.
----
* AffablyEvil: Despite being a weapons dealer clearly involved in shady and illegal business, he is a very NiceGuy. He sends his condolences to CJ after he tells him who he is and generally welcomes him even when Seville Boulevard and Grove Street are feuding.
* ArmsDealer: On paper, he's a Gun Shop Owner. In practice, he's a particularly generous Gangland Gun Runner, as he supplies the Families and CJ never has to pay for his gear.
* CantCatchUp: At some point, Grove Street stopped buying guns from him due to them being too old and underpowered for their needs; even when you end up using an AK supplied by him for a story mission, it's noted to be ''well'' more worn than what you usually find and [[ReliablyUnreliableGuns jams to uselessness]] at a critical moment. The moment Ammu-Nation opens their doors to CJ is the moment Emmet is completely phased out. Even before he's formally introduced, CJ can find better guns scattered across Los Santos, and it's easily possible to complete the story without ever visiting Emmet outside of the point where you're forced to.
* MistakenIdentity: He initially mistakes Carl for his younger brother Brian.
-->'''Emmet:''' Aren't you Beverly Johnson's boy?\
'''Carl:''' That's right!\
'''Emmet:''' Brian! Say... Ain't you dead?\
'''Carl:''' Naw, Emmet. The other one, Carl!

[[caption-width-right:163:''"Damn, my shit was whack!"'']]
->'''Voiced by:''' Jonathan "Jas" Anderson

An amateur rapper and an associate of the Families. One of the youngest members of the GSF, Loc was always seen as something of a little brother to the homies, something that he resents deeply. As such, he constantly tries to impress them, doing anything to earn respect - up to and including getting himself thrown in prison - but [[PokeThePoodle is really bad at the whole "gangsta" thing]] he thinks will earn him that respect (case in point, his prison sentence was just for intentionally racking up traffic violations).\
After being released from prison early in the game, he gets a parole job as "hygiene technician" (read: janitor) at the Burger Shot branch in Marina, western Los Santos. Still desperate for street cred, he begs CJ to help him establish his rap career... by ruining the life of the fading rap star Madd Dogg.
----
* AdaptationDyeJob: In the Mobile and Definitive versions of San Andreas, Loc has a bandana and a moustache. The latter change is likely done to better match his artwork.
* AllThereInTheManual:
** Downplayed, since this information is technically ''in-game'', but OG Loc's rise to fame, including [[spoiler: Big Smoke promoting and investing on him]], is only told through his interview for the WCTR's show Entertaining America, which can make his antagonistic role in the mission "Cut-Throat Business", with CJ saying that Loc stabbed him and Sweet in the back during that mission, a bit odd if you didn't listen to the radio.
** Likewise, what became of him after the events of the game was only explained on an external website created to promote the game. Essentially, after his debut album ''[=Str8=] From Tha Streetz'' was recieved poorly, he disappared without a trace, with it being mentioned that he only released one album and was never heard from again.
* AmbitionIsEvil: Loc's obsession with becoming a rapper leads to the death of Madd Dogg's manager and an innocent woman, the murder of his guards, the destruction of Madd Dogg's career and [[ArsonMurderAndJaywalking the theft of a stereo system]].
* TheArtifact: Website/YouTube user [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8nqTEk7Ukag KeV3n]] puts forth the theory that the first mission involving him was originally meant to involve CJ and OG Loc chasing "Freddy" down on-foot rather than via motorcycles; at the very least, CJ claims Freddy's house is in a Vagos hood, but the area in question is actually coded as Ballas territory.
* BurgerFool: His parole officer lined him up with a job at a Burger Shot, much to his dismay.
* DirtyCoward: His first instinct upon seeing CJ and Madd Dogg chasing after him while he's doing an interview is to run away, despite proclaiming himself as a "gangster."
* DreadfulMusician: He is a ''terrible'' rapper; he's so terrible in fact, that not even Madd Dogg's ''competently'' written rhymes sound good.
* FaceHeelTurn: [[spoiler:He allies himself with Big Smoke after the Grove Street Families is disbanded and CJ is kicked out of town]], and is antagonistic towards CJ when he comes back to Los Santos.
* HatedByAll: His rapping is so bad that everybody hates it. His personality is even worse and everybody hates it as well.
* HateSink: Not only is he an annoying stupid bratty idiot, but he's also an utterly talentless, plagiarizing hack who was fine with murdering a number of Madd Dogg's associates (and even an innocent woman who had the misfortune of being at the wrong place at the wrong time) and stealing his rhyme book, ruining the man's career in the process and almost driving him to suicide.
* HeManWomanHater: During his interview in "Entertaining America", which can be heard in the WCTR radio, Big Smoke reveals that OG Loc has hated women all his life.
* HighHopesZeroTalent: He ditches college for his high passion to become a famous rapper, ignoring the fact that he's extremely terrible at it.
* {{Hypocrite}}: During his final appearance in the game, he calls both CJ and Madd Dogg pussies even though he's the one running away from them.
* InformedAttribute:
** Loc is said to have put on quite a bit of muscle while in jail, but from what we see of him, he looks pretty scrawny. Though CJ was probably just mocking him when he said it.
** Downplayed, but during the first mission with him being labeled a "fake gangster" is hard to take seriously when he is presented as capable in holding a weapon, but this becomes more in line after the mission.
* InsistentTerminology:
** It's OG Loc, not Ogg-Lock or [[DoNotCallMePaul Jeffrey]]!
** He's very insistent that he works as a "hygiene technician", not a toilet cleaner at Burger Shot.
* KarmaHoudini: [[spoiler:He gets off pretty light, becoming a one-hit wonder versus everyone else getting killed or murdered.]] [[note]]Unless you technically count his offscreen PrisonRape before his debut.[[/note]] [[spoiler:Jimmy Silverman does say he's strongly considering suing him, but we never know if he went through with it.]]
* LaughablyEvil: So much to a point where he can't even be considered evil - just {{ambitio|nIsEvil}}us and ''completely'' lacking in awareness.
* {{Manchild}}: He's got to be at least 18 years of age since he has [[TattooedCrook a body of tattoos]] and is taunted for skipping college, yet his wannabe gangster image, along with his frequent whining, makes his attitude come off more as that of a whiny preteen boy.
* NoCelebritiesWereHarmed: Has elements of Music/VanillaIce in his backstory. No, seriously.
* NotSoHarmlessVillain: At first, he appears to just be a laughable wannabe gangsta rapper. Sure, he's a criminal, but he seems fairly benign. Then he sends CJ to commit several atrocities: breaking into Madd Dogg's mansion and killing all the security to steal his rhyme book, and later kidnapping and killing Madd Dogg's manager and his girlfriend. It gets worse when he becomes famous, [[spoiler:causing Madd Dogg to almost commit suicide]].
* PissTakeRap: Let's be blunt: he's a ''spectacularly'' awful rapper.
* PlagiarismInFiction: Frustrated with not being able to come up with good raps, he has CJ steal Madd Dogg's book of unreleased lyrics for him and passes them off as his own. This, along with funding from [[spoiler: Big Smoke]], actually gets him some success... at least, until Madd Dogg finds out.
* PrisonsAreGymnasiums: Why he's shirtless (except when wearing his Burger Shot uniform) as described below. CJ comments on it early on.
-->'''CJ:''' Look at you, all muscly and shit.\
'''OG Loc:''' Man, I got 17s on the hang!\
'''CJ:''' You coulda did that out here.\
'''OG Loc:''' Because I did it in the joint, it's ''real'' now.\
'''CJ:''' [humoring him] Yeah, I guess it is, ''gangsta.''
* PrisonRape: Possibly. When the GSF go to pick him up upon his release, Sweet is sure that he's been somebody's bitch during his time inside. And Loc ''does'' ask to go visit a guy named Freddy who "stole his rhymes" while he was in prison, for payback. The thing is, when he and CJ knock on the Freddy's door, the guy's reaction is not what you'd expect from a rapist; instead of being dismissive of somebody he doesn't perceive as a threat, or realizing that his life ''is'' in danger and trying to apologize for what he did to Loc, he seems to be under the impression that Loc is there to have sex with him, going on to say (in a CampGay voice) that what they had was "[[SituationalSexuality just a prison thing]]" and that he isn't interested in Loc any more now that he's back on the outside with women. On the other hand, right before fleeing on a motorcycle he says "you dropped the soap, sugar".
* ScareEmStraight: [[spoiler:Intimidated by Carl and Madd Dogg into leaving Los Santos and abandoning his career.]]
* SmallNameBigEgo: He thinks he's a "real" gangster and a talented rapper, when in reality, his friends who ''are'' real gangsters think of him as a joke and he is a terrible rapper.
* SpellMyNameWithAnS: Nobody seems to get his name right. They either call him Jeffrey or, in the case of Lazlow...
-->''(To Lazlow)'': "Ogg-Lock"?! That's OG Loc! O-G-Loc! Ya hear me, playa?
* TattooedCrook: He's covered his body in tattoos, likely in an attempt to look gangsta.
* TheFriendNobodyLikes: None of the GSF members seem particularly fond of Loc, and mostly help him out due to obligation. Most of the crew left the party early just to avoid his rapping.
* TooDumbToLive: Gets himself sent to prison via unpaid parking tickets to try and achieve some street cred.
* UngratefulBastard: [[spoiler:Starts working with Big Smoke with no thought to what happened to Carl and Sweet.]]
* WalkingShirtlessScene: The only times we see him with a shirt are when he's working at Burger Shot. Otherwise, he goes shirtless to show off his many tattoos.
* WithFriendsLikeThese: With his wannabe gangster image getting on everyone's nerves, as well as the fact that he tries to get CJ to perform multiple misdeeds just to steal Madd Dogg's fame, one wonders why CJ even bothers befriending him to begin with.
* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: Whether his fate after Madd Dogg officially ended his career or not is left ambiguous.

[[caption-width-right:250:''"Look holmes, I love your sister. I honor her; she's my girl for life."'']]
->'''Voiced by:''' Creator/CliftonCollinsJr

Leader of the Varrios Los Aztecas, a Mexican gang that controls a large portion of western Los Santos and has a small presence in San Fierro, who loves cars almost as much as he loves Kendl. These two passions are what cause his first meeting with CJ, who follows him to a lowrider competition to watch over his sister.\
After a brief confrontation, the two strike up a strong, close friendship, which eventually grows into a full-on partnership between the Aztecas and the Families.
----
* AffablyEvil: He's a very friendly guy, and also a gang leader who has no problems murdering people.
* BashBrothers: With CJ, along with Woozie.
* BerserkButton:
** Drugs, drug trade, and everyone involved with it. He calls Big Smoke a "stinking brother" and T-Bone Mendez a "Rifa motherfucker", both angrily.
** The Stratum at "Puncture Wounds" because of how elusive the driver is.
* BestFriendsInLaw: Despite Carl initially disapproving his relationship with his sister, the two eventually become best friends. And Carl becomes absolutely supportive when Cesar intends to propose to Kendl.
* EstablishingCharacterMoment:
** Cesar's first appearance shows him to be a trustworthy individual, who acts friendly to CJ despite the latter's issues with him dating Kendl, and defuses a conflict between their gangs before it gets violent.
** He's also the first person ever NOT to mock CJ's driving. In fact he entrusts CJ into attending several racing events and by the time of being exiled, he entrusts CJ into an even bigger cross-country race event.
* AFriendInNeed: [[spoiler: It is Cesar who makes the difficult decision to tell CJ about Ryder and Smoke's betrayal. It is this action that solidifies his status as a trusted friend to CJ, and he sticks with him during the remainder of the story, even foregoing his own gang to keep Kendl safe]].
* {{Greasemonkey}}: He and his gang love cars and racing, and hold regular lowrider competitions at the local train station.
* TheLancer: To CJ during the San Fierro missions.
* LiteralMinded: Seems unable to understand that the idiom "Does the pope shit on the woods?" isn't meant to be taken literally, and as such is always bewildered whenever CJ uses it.
* NeighborhoodFriendlyGangsters: The Aztecas seem to be a fairly decent bunch, preferring to deal in cars rather than guns and drugs.
* NiceGuy: Cesar is probably the most normal and down to earth guy in the game in terms of his personality.
* NobleDemon: Like most "good" characters in the series, he's still a criminal who has no problem with jacking cars for living and killing his enemies, but he is very friendly in person and tries his best to take care of his friends and loved ones.
* OfficialCouple: With Kendl after they're engaged.
* StarCrossedLovers: His relationship with Kendl had shades of this, since they belong to two different gangs and her brother Sweet [[MalignedMixedMarriage disapproves of her dating a Mexican]]. [[spoiler:They end up together at the end of the game and he plans to propose her next]].
* TattooedCrook: He sports a great deal of gang-related ink. Subverted that he's not really a crook and avoids violence unless its necessary.
* VerbalTic: Ends most of his sentences with "eh".
* WhyDidItHaveToBeSnakes: He's afraid of heights, and really doesn't like riding in helicopters as a result.

[[caption-width-right:250:''"Shoot? I'm a Hippie! The only thing I've ever shot is acid."'']]
->'''Voiced by:''' Creator/PeterFonda

An aging hippie running a marijuana farm in Leafy Hollow, on the outskirts of San Fierro. He meets Carl through Tenpenny, a frequent customer of his, who demands that Carl work off the debt that he owes from all the weed he's been buying on credit.\
Sympathetic to Carl's plight, seeing him as a fellow warrior against the system and all, they form an OddFriendship that lasts the rest of the game.
----
* {{Cloudcuckoolander}}: [[{{Pun}} The Truth is]] ''[[{{Pun}} out there.]]'' He's constantly babbling about everything from eco-friendliness to alien abduction to government surveillance, and everything in between.
* ConspiracyTheorist: And ''how''. He's constantly calling into WCTR's conspiracy segment and getting laughed off the air, even when he's right.
* CoolOldGuy: He's a very friendly man, who happens to have some surprisingly heavy weapons laying around.
* TheCuckoolanderWasRight: He's right on the money about a surprising amount of his theories, to the point that he knows more about [[spoiler:Toreno]] than [[spoiler:Toreno]] knows about him.
* EarlyBirdCameo: The player can already hear him on the radio, on WCTR's "Area 53" segment, long before Tenpenny introduces Carl to him.
* EruditeStoner: He's prone to semi-philosophical ramblings, used to grow his own weed, and never met a conspiracy theory he didn't like.
* IncestSubtext: When Carl calls him a motherfucker (for smoking weed next to his face), part of his response includes "I never fucked my mother, she wouldn't allow it".
* ISeeThemToo: He's the only character beside Carl who acknowledges Toreno's role as a [=MIB=]. However, despite the implication that he might know something about Toreno, it never really gets elaborated on.
* NewAgeRetroHippie: He's obsessed with fighting against the system, and bonds with Carl over their shared hatred of the police.
* OddFriendship: You'd think an aging hippie and a young gangbanger would get along poorly.
* OnlyKnownByTheirNickname: The Truth probably isn't his true name.
* TheStoner: Not even running away from law enforcement can get him to stop smoking pot.
* {{Thememobile}}: The "Mothership", a Camper van with a psychedelic paint job which, claims The Truth, runs on 15-year-old cooking oil.

[[caption-width-right:250:''"I'm blind, Carl, not stupid."'']]
->'''Voiced by:''' James Yaegashi

The blind, yet unnaturally lucky leader of a Triad sect based in Chinatown, San Fierro. Carl meets him while attending an illegal race in Red County with Cesar, where the two quickly strike up an OddFriendship. Once he arrives in San Fierro, Carl contacts him for work, which he happily provides, along with financial support from his gang.\
The two eventually form a profitable business partnership in the form of the Four Dragons Casino in Las Venturas, which serves as Carl and his friends' first step towards a life of luxury.
----
* AffablyEvil: Pretty nice guy to his subordinates and gladly helps anybody that's aided him in turn.
* AffectionateNickname: CJ and several of his closest associates call him "Woozie".
* BashBrothers: With CJ, along with Cesar.
* BenevolentBoss: To his gang.
* BerserkButton:
** Harming his men results in VERY colorful insults and a faceful of lead for the Vietnamese gangsters.
--->'''Woozie:''' '''YOUR MOTHERS WERE DEMON SLUTS!!!'''
** Mocking his blindness results in him sending CJ to turn the Sindacco plastic factory who made counterfeit poker chips [[EvilIsPetty with a white cane and sunglasses over the logo of his casino]] to a smoldering ruin.
* BewareTheNiceOnes: He may be one of the nicest Triads you'll ever meet, but he's ''still'' a Triad. This is best exemplified when he and CJ get into a shootout shortly after the latter's arrival in San Fierro.
* BlindDriving: Well, naturally. He does great on pre-arranged race tracks, but when CJ asks one of his henchmen where his boss is in a different mission, the henchman states that Woozie insisted on driving himself - "Could be anywhere."
* DeadpanSnarker: Has moments of this like when Carl asks if he knows he's black. "I'm blind, Carl, not stupid."
* EyesOutOfSight: He is the second character in the game to not have his eyes revealed through his sunglasses.
* AFatherToHisMen: Big time. Hurting his subordinates is a surefire way to piss him off.
* {{Foreshadowing}}: His blindness is hinted at in his introductory cutscene, where he extends an arm out to shake CJ's hand, but is standing too far from him and at the wrong angle, leaving Carl and Cesar very confused and suspecting something strange about him.
* GracefulLoser: He took his loss to Carl in the car race rather well.
* HandicappedBadass: Yes, he's blind. That doesn't stop him from handling a gun and ''driving a car in a street race'' to good effect. Though he walks into walls if unassisted on the street. His men attribute this to being BornLucky. Or his men rig his luck for him, as you can see when playing cards [[note]]He states that, oddly, he always loses when playing with Carl[[/note]] or minigolf [[note]]One of his men moves the hole away from Carl's ball when it's his turn[[/note]] with him in Las Venturas.
* HidingTheHandicap: He doesn't reveal his blindness to CJ until CJ has done several missions on his behalf and earned his trust... not that it wasn't obvious beforehand.
* TheLeader: Of the San Fierro Triads.
* KryptoniteFactor: He had all his other senses trained to their peak condition to make up for his blindness. However, he admits they would be completely useless while swimming in "Amphibious Assault".
* NeighborhoodFriendlyGangsters: Refuses to deal dope and seems to be somewhat less violent than other crime bosses, at least until the enemy strikes first.
* NiceGuy: Easily one of the most friendly and pleasant people that Carl meets in the game, and the two strike up a friendship almost instantly. That said, [[BewareTheNiceOnes he can be pretty damn ruthless to his enemies.]]
* NobleDemon: On any other day, when not fighting rival gangs, he's quite an affable guy.
* NobodysThatDumb: When CJ learns that he's really blind, he assumes that he doesn't know what's really going on around his surroundings, which he sometimes does. So after Woozie reveals to CJ that he's blind:
--> '''CJ''': Uh... Woozie... [[YouKnowImBlackRight You do know I'm]] ''[[YouKnowImBlackRight black]]'', [[YouKnowImBlackRight right? And not Chinese?]]\
'''Woozie:''' I'm blind, Carl, not stupid.
* OddFriendship: He's a blind Chinese race-car driver, Carl is a black gang banger. Quite a few people comment on the curiosity of it.
* SunglassesAtNight: To hide his blindness.

The leader of the Red Gecko Tong, a Triad sect based in Chinatown, San Fierro.
----
* AffectionateNickname: CJ calls him Farlie.
* BaldOfEvil: He is bald and the leader of a powerful Triad gang.
* TheLeader: Like Woozie, he is the leader of a powerful Triad gang.
* TheSpeechless: He is speechless and only communicates via a series of grunts with the assistance of a translator.

An acquaintance of the Truth and owner of an RC toy shop in San Fierro, which is experiencing some money troubles. After purchasing the shop, Carl helps him out with a number of problems, namely those stemming from his murderous rival, Berkley, and the two form yet another OddFriendship. Afterwards, he serves as CJ's go-to hacker for high-profile jobs.
----
* BigNo: He delivers one followed by an annoying cry in the infamous mission "[[ThatOneSidequest Supply Lines...]]". And you will likely to hear this [[NintendoHard a lot]], [[FromBadToWorse especially in the PS2]].
* ComplexityAddiction: ''Oh yes''. He has CJ use a toy plane to assassinate some couriers when he might as well have done it personally, like what he has been doing for the entire game. Zero could also very well ask for CJ to get rid of Berkley permanently, but doesn't do so because he insists on proving his superior intellect to him.
* EvilGenius: He's able to build his personal army of radio controlled {{Mecha Mook}}s out of toy planes and cars.
* GeekPhysiques: Skinny.
* {{Hypocrite}}: He considers himself an ActualPacifist, to the extent that he won't even take up arms against radio-controlled planes. He does not, however, have any moral qualms about encouraging CJ to commit several murders on his behalf.[[note]]It may be because CJ is better at taking the heat if the police gets involved.[[/note]]
* LargeHam: He really gets into his and Berkley's miniature wars.
* NerdGlasses: He has some.
* SeriousBusiness: RC vehicles. So serious that he has people killed over it.
--> "They're not 'toys'! They're just smaller!"
* SitcomArchNemesis: Subverted. His relationship with Berkley is exactly like this... except that they use ''bombs and bullets'' to lash out at each other.
* TooDumbToLive: [[spoiler:Non-lethal example. In a moment of pride, he brags to Berkley about the Caligula's Palace heist, which almost blows it for everyone. He gets a fist-to-the-face by CJ for his trouble.]]

One of the most successful rappers of the West Coast rap scene, at least for a while, Madd Dogg's career was already waning when OG Loc forced CJ to ruin his career. Humiliated, penniless, and a national laughingstock, he fled Los Santos and turned to drinking, eventually trying to throw himself off of the roof a hotel in Las Venturas. By chance, CJ happened to be there, and saved his life out of remorse.\
Feeling guilty about his role in Madd Dogg's downfall (something which Dogg himself was unaware of), CJ decided to help him get back on his feet, becoming his new manager with help from Ken Rosenburg and Kent Paul. Returned to greatness once more, Madd Dogg's success is what finally marks the Johnson family's rise to fame and fortune.
----
* TheAlcoholic: What he becomes after CJ wrecks his life.
* CelebrityCameo: Madd Dogg is based on and voiced by Music/IceT.
* ComicBookFantasyCasting: He may be voiced by Music/IceT, but he looks like Music/IceCube.
* DespairEventHorizon: The death of his first manager, theft of his rhyme book, and the massacre at his mansion certainly did a number on his sanity. [[spoiler:So much so that Carl - the man responsible for his downfall - had to save him from jumping off of a Las Venturas hotel.]]
* EarlyBirdCameo: He can already be heard as early as as the first WCTR News segment, as well as ads for Radio Los Santos. [[spoiler:Also doubles as BookEnds, as he can be heard on the eleventh (and final) segment of WCTR, telling people of his comeback.]]
* InterruptedSuicide: [[spoiler:Stopped by Carl, partly as restitution for his hand in ruining his career earlier, but also to spite OG Loc, who has aligned himself with the traitorous Big Smoke.]]
* IOweYouMyLife: [[spoiler:To Carl, who, out of guilt, saved him from his suicide.]]
* {{Irony}}: Madd Dogg's relationship with CJ in a nutshell. [[spoiler:The latter (at Loc's behest) is personally responsible for ruining the former's career as a rapper, and yet, never catches on to the fact that he is in debt with the one responsible for his downfall in the first place.]]
* NiceGuy: One of the most perfectly normal and pleasant people in the franchise. [[spoiler:The only vengeance he takes on OG Loc is taking back his rhyme book and royalties from OG Loc's stolen work. After the last mission you can also hear him on the radio thanking Carl Johnson for bringing him back.]]

!Girlfriends
[[folder:In General]]
* AndYourRewardIsClothes: All girlfriends give you a unique outfit, upon getting a 100% approval rating.
* OptionalSexualEncounter: Only possible after a significant amount of dates, they will invite CJ over for some "coffee". Millie is the only exception in the sense that CJ can sleep with her during their first encounter.
* SatelliteLoveInterest: While each have distinct traits to stand out from each other, they don't have any presence in the story other than their relationship with CJ, not even Denise and Millie (the only girls that he encounters during the plot).
* WomenPreferStrongMen: Generally averted. Five out of six of CJ's potential girlfriends either don't care about his appearance at all (e.g. Denise) or will actually refuse to date CJ if he is too muscular (e.g. Helena) or too skinny (e.g. Barbara, Michelle). In fact, the only two girls that prefer CJ to be muscular are Katie and Millie.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Denise Robinson]]
!!Denise Robinson
->'''Voiced by:''' Heather Alicia Simms

A Grove Street associate and CJ's first girlfriend. One of the two love interests encountered in the storyline.
----
* ActionGirl: Among her hobbies are ''doing drive bys'' on enemy gangs.
* ClingyJealousGirl: She becomes possessive of Carl as the story goes on, and she even calls in to Radio Los Santos to complain about her relationship with Carl. Also, while all girlfriends might call CJ to ask him out on a date, Denise will do it much more frequently than the other five.
* DamselInDistress: In "Burning Desire", she becomes trapped inside a building on fire started by CJ, requiring him to rescue her.
* FirstGirlWins: Downplayed as CJ can still date other women but it is evident that CJ is clearly much more infatuated with her than with other girlfriends since he actually responds to her comments during their dates with great interest. This is notable as he cannot even bother to pretend that he is interested in what his other girlfriends have to say.
* HookerWithAHeartOfGold: Its never outright stated, but its heavily implied Denise is a prostitute, as she is introduced within the Los Santos Vagos territory despite being from Grove Street, alongside the fact she gives CJ the Pimp Suit once he reaches 100% progress with her. It is also suggested by her car which is a "Hustler", which is slang term for a pimp.
* KilledOffForReal: Unlike most of the girlfriends, Denise will stay dead if killed and cannot be brought back by any means. This is because she's met in a non-replayable mission rather than a random encounter like the others.
* NoodleIncident: She very casually mentions giving away her three children.
* RescueRomance: After being saved by CJ, she becomes an available girlfriend. Though as far as she knows, she is unaware that CJ is responsible for starting the fire she had to be saved from.

[[folder:Millie Perkins]]
!!Millie Perkins
->'''Voiced by:''' Orphe

A croupier at the Caligula's Palace casino in Las Venturas and, just like Denise, she is another one of CJ's girlfriends tied with the storyline. In Millie's case, her entry card is required as part of an heist planned by CJ and Woozie, and only possible after dating her for a significant time. Prefers [=PCs=] with high muscle.
----
* BedTrick: On the receiving end of this trope since CJ kills her gimp, disguises himself as him and pays a visit to her place for a night of pleasure. Astonishingly, she is ''okay'' with finding out the truth and becomes CJ's girlfriend for real.
* BondageIsBad: Averted. Despite her kinky disposition, she is arguably the nicest of all CJ's love interests, compared to Helena (who will occasionally talk about being able to murder CJ and get away with it), Katie (who seems to have a mutilation fetish and casually asks Carl if he's ever thought of losing a limb), and specially Catalina (who plays this trope straight).
* {{Dominatrix}}: She dresses like one, but she is more like a submissive.
* KilledOffForReal: Much like Denise, Millie will stay dead if killed and cannot be brought back by any means. This is because she's met in a non-replayable mission rather than a random encounter like the other girlfriends.
* MsFanservice: Has a rather gratuitous scene where she is testing out her BDSM outfit in the mission she is introduced.
* ScriptBreaking: Its possible to kill Millie rather going through the trouble of dating her. If you do it, CJ receives a phone call from Woozie saying he has access to her house and the entry card. Interestingly enough, while it's almost impossible to do by accident, the tone of CJ's voice makes it seems like she died because of an accident.
* UglyGuyHotWife: While Millie is a MsFanservice, her boyfriend/gimp Benny looks like [[http://gta.wikia.com/wiki/Benny_(GTA_SA) this]]. Ironically, she will not date with CJ if he grows fat or loses muscle.
* VideoGameCrueltyPotential: Killing Millie is significantly faster than dating her, and it doesn't prevent the player from gaining 100% completion, as dating girlfriends do not count towards 100% completion.

[[folder:Helena Wankstein]]
!!Helena Wankstein
->'''Voiced By''': Bijou Phillips

Helena is a lawyer and gun enthusiast living in a farm out in the country. CJ can meet her on top of the Ammo-Nation in Blueberry, Red County. Prefers skinny [=PCs=]. As in, low muscle and fat.
----
* AmbiguouslyJewish: Helena Wank''stein''.
* BunnyEarsLawyer: Despite being a lawyer by trade, she is a gun nut, with her own personnel cache of weapons on her farm.[[note]]Which CJ can use, only when he is dating her.[[/note]]
* GunNut: CJ even meets her, in the middle target practice on top of a gun store.
* HiddenDepths: She has a love for the countryside, despite being from a wealthy background.
* LackOfEmpathy: If CJ stands in-front of her during target practice, she will keep shooting without a care in the world.
* PunnyName: Her surname is a play on words for "wank stain".
* {{Tsundere}}: During dates with Carl, she will frequently makes mean spirited comments to him or directly insult him for no reason (of course, he has zero interest in what she is saying and only pretends to be listening), but she still enjoys his company.
* WomenPreferStrongMen: Inverted. Helena will only date CJ if he is skinny and not muscular.

[[folder:Katie Zhan]]
!!Katie Zhan
->'''Voiced By''': China Chow

Katie is a nurse in the ER unit of the San Fierro hospital who lives at the northwest corner of the city, just southeast of the Gant Bridge and the nearest home to it.[[note]]though it's implied she doesn't like the area[[/note]] She is first encountered at Avispa Country Club at the south end of the city, practicing t'ai chi behind some bushes. While dating her, you can get free healthcare and keep your weapons if sent to the hospital. Prefers [=PCs=] with high muscle.
----
* TheComputerIsALyingBastard: Due to a coding error, despite her claims of excitement, her fun meter will decrease if you drive too fast during the driving date.
* NightmareFetishist: She has a bizarre fascination with death and injury bordering on sexual pleasure, especially in relation to car crashes. Even encouraging CJ, ''to drive recklessly''.
** EveryoneHasStandards: That said, she say outright [[ILoveTheDead necrophilia]] is going too far even for her.
* [[PrettyFlyForAWhiteGuy Pretty Fly For An Asian Girl]]: One of the comments she can make during a date with CJ has her mock OG Loc which implies that she has at least a passing interest in rap music.
* SheFu: She has a passion for martial arts.
* WomenPreferStrongMen: She will refuse to date CJ if he is not muscular.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Michelle Cannes]]
!!Michelle Cannes
->'''Voiced By''': Vanessa Aspillaga

Michelle is a mechanic who works at her auto-repair shop, "Michelle's Auto-Repair", in Downtown San Fierro, which is also her home. She is first encountered inside the Driving School talking to a pedestrian. Michelle is able to fix and respray Carl's vehicle for free in her. Prefers [=PCs=] with high fat.
----
* ChubbyChaser: Prefers fat men. She claims that "a man should be like a ball".
* SpicyLatina: Just look at her, she is one, if not the hottest, of the girlfriends in the game.
* TooSlow: She prefers if you drive at fast speeds, which is an easy feat in San Fierro due its numerous hills.
* WrenchWench: She'll repair and respray your car for free.
* WomenPreferStrongMen: Inverted. Michelle will not date CJ if he is not fat.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Barbara Schternvart]]
!!Barbara Schternvart
->'''Voiced By''': Danielle Lee Greaves

A divorced deputy sheriff in Tierra Robada and a single mother as well. Available to date after "Yay-Ka-Boom-Boom".
----
* ChubbyChaser: She is only interested in fat men.
* FairCop: Oh, ''hell yes''.
* GetOutOfJailFreeCard: While dating her, CJ can keep his weapons and body armor when cops arrest him.
* SexAtWork: It should be noted that you never see where she lives; you can only pick her up and drop her off at the police station. So when Barbara invites you inside for "coffee," you, well...have sex with her ''inside'' the station where she works.
* WomenPreferStrongMen: Inverted. She will not date CJ if he is not fat.
