Examples of ArchEnemy in webcomics.

----
* Webcomic/EightBitTheater: Sarda to Black Mage, for seemingly no reason. [[spoiler:At first.]]
* SuperHero Plot Twist from Webcomic/Acrobat has PlotHole (yes, that's how they're calling themselves). ItsPersonal, but no one, even Plot Twist, knows why.
** Also, Coil had Mr. Kawagai and Magnum has guy who created his armor.
* Webcomic/TheAdventuresOfGynoStar features two main arch-enemies: Uber-sexist Vlad Deferens, and The Stay-at-Home Mommy.
* Webcomic/Aisopos: After killing both of his parents and taking him as a slave, Yadom becomes this to young Aesop. Not helping by the daily humiliation and torment, which made his loathing for him even greater. Even after managing to escape and live far away from him for ten years, Aesop still hasn't forgotten what Yadmon had done to him and seeks revenge.
* Webcomic/AkumasComics
** Silver Fox and Subrosian(aka Mighty the Armadillo under a new name), mainly on Silver Fox's end; having been defeated Subrosian he feels humiliated that a single being best him where the armies of his world had failed.
** Doc Robot has been the arch-enemy of Jenny Wily ever since he killed Dr Wily for trying to retire from villainy. In addition to the obvious beef, Doc Robot wants to prove he's a superior roboticist and Jenny considers him a hack.
** The Undertaker initially considers Akuma to be his ArchEnemy as he killed his father, the Sprite Eater. As the comic progresses he comes to see Sonic as his arch-enemy instead due to his unpredictability handing him his first true defeat.
* Webcomic/AngelMoxie: Has Tristan Stallings and Vashi, Tristan starts the comic in league with the Vashi, underling of the evil demon lord Yzin, Vashi promises that when she and Yzin take over the world that Tristan can have France. Vashi quickly reveals however once Tristan has done a bunch of dirty work for her that she had no intention of keeping said promise, so Tristan punches Vashi so hard she lands in China (from the USA). Later after Tristan's HeelFaceTurn and unlocking of her MagicalGirlWarrior powers she makes a point of being the one to defeat Vashi once and for all.
* Webcomic/BlondeSunrise: While all the witches are considered to be hostile to lycans, the Fire Witch in particular is considered the enemy of all lycan-kind due to her powers over one of their only true weaknesses. She has wiped out entire packs of lycans over the past few decades, and are revealed to be refugees from one such attack.
* Webcomic/CaseyAndAndy: Andy's nemesis is UsefulNotes/GroverCleveland. Yes, the president.
* Webcomic/DanAndMabsFurryAdventures: Until the latest chapter the series really wasn't that melodramatic, but now for Dan it's a toss up between Dark Pegasus and Regina Darkblood. Dark Pegasus is more dangerous and recurring (Dan has killed him twice), but with Regina it is far, far more personal.
* Webcomic/Dasien: Dasien has Lord Crismon.
* Deconstructed with Amber and Sal in Webcomic/DumbingOfAge. Sal long ago forgot the face of the person who stabbed her in the hand while being arrested, and has reformed into a snarky JerkWithAHeartOfGold. But Amber is so obsessively focused on Sal because of her [=PTSD=] that she ignores any good that Sal does and IRejectYourReality tries to twist it to fit her own vision of her as a horrible, irredeemable person, up to and including Sal saving her life, because she sees Sal as her ArchEnemy, and is also possibly a DeathSeeker.
* Grace and Damien were arch enemies in Webcomic/ElGoonishShive.
* Webcomic/Energize: Energize has Saroth and Cheggras, while Ferless has Death.
* Webcomic/HeroByNight: The Hero's archnemesis is Iron Talon, an alchemist who helped the Holocaust.
* In Webcomic/Homestuck, the trolls recognize archenmity as a type of romantic, sexual relationship known as kismeissitude. Examples are Snowman/Spades Slick, past Eridan/Vriska, past but very recent Terezi/Vriska, and Karkat/John (unrequited because human John doesn't have a concept of romantic hate). In Act 6, spoiler:Karkat seems to be soliciting Dave as a kismesis, as Dave has drawn Terezi's romantic (non-hate) attention away from Karkat. Dave does not react well to this; like John, he's not comfortable with romantic hate, especially from another male.
** Jack Noir would count as a more straightforward use of this trope.
* Penny is Jason's arch enemy in Webcomic/ItsWalky.
* Webcomic/LastRes0rt has Daisy Archanis and Jason Spades; Jason probably cares more about Daisy than vice versa, though in Daisy's defense, she's got a lot more to worry about (namely, Veled) most of the time.
** There's probably a little between Slick and Geisha as well.
* : Darkbringer for Lightbringer. Both believe in an objective morality, but whereas Lightbringer believes what is "good" is the correct moral standard Darkbringer believes what is "evil" is the correct moral standard.
* Webcomic/MechagicalGirlLisaANT: Lisa has Evil MagicalGirl Pink Flash.
* Hitlerella is Wonderella's Arch Enemy in Webcomic/TheNonAdventuresOfWonderella.
* Webcomic/TheOrderOfTheStick.
** Xykon is Arch Enemy to Roy Greenhilt; by inheritance at first, but after they met a couple times, Roy's reasons for wanting Xykon dead(er) have become more his own than his father's. The twist here is that Xykon rarely if ever remembers who Greenhilt even is, let alone that he's supposed to be his nemesis. He is aware he has nemeses, but Xykon has ruined so many lives (and afterlives) that he can't be bothered to remember any single one in particular.
** Elan had Nale; over the course of the fifth book, the position was usurped by Tarquin, cemented when
** Haley has Crystal (even if she has no idea what an arch-nemesis is), Bozzok, and Sabine.
** The main female in every evil joint the Order encounters is bound to become an Arch Enemy of Haley (the Thieves' Guild -- Crystal, the bandits -- Samantha, the Linear Guild -- Sabine and Kitty the hawk, Team Evil -- Tsukiko), though only about half of them stick around. The exception so far is the Empress of Blood, probably because no one wants to be the Arch Enemy of that.
*** Belkar, at least, is of the impression that Sabine is Haley's one true Arch Enemy. This is actually Lampshaded by Haley, who notes this tendency and comments that she should have chosen 'Favored Enemy -- Flying Skank' as her class ability.
* PlayedForLaughs in Webcomic/Plume: Vesper describes her aloof, absolutely formal and proper aunt Agatha as her "first archnemesis".
* Webcomic/SluggyFreelance:
** Bun-Bun's arch-nemesis is Santa Claus, whom he tries to kill every Christmas that he's not stuck in an endless void outside of time. Bun-Bun doesn't actually remember why he hates Santa so much, but he's not about to let that stand in the way of a good grudge.
** Dr. Schlock steals Riff's inventions and uses them in a plot to TakeOverTheWorld. He becomes terrified of Riff showing up to stop him to the point of obsession. Whenever Riff shows up, Schlock always makes killing Riff his top priority.
* Zeera The Space Pirate has rival SpacePirate Kaligula, although this becomes less heated as time goes on, and the corrupt space cops become her real nemesis.
* In Webcomic/Spinnerette, Spinnerette's arch nemesis is... Spinnerette. No, this isn't a case of EnemyWithin, they just both happened to pick the same supranym. And then started fighting over it. They now distinguish each other as "Good Spinnerette" and "Evil Spinnerette."
* Webcomic/SolomonStone: The arch-nemesis of Solomon Stone, "The World's Greatest Half-Vampire Private Detective Skateboard Champion," is Dorian [=DeWolfe=], "The World's Greatest Werewolf BMX Biker Champion Investigator."
* Webcomic/TheWarriorReturns: Jeongsu Park has a vendetta against Minsu Kim for killing his family.
