Working Title: Weather Dissonance: From YKTTW
Po8: This trope seems pretty vague. The examples seem to be all over the map. Most of the YKTTW seems to be real-life instead of fictional. Is there some page this could be consolidated with?
Avatar Zero: Isn't this trope basically just Weather as Drama? As opposed to Weather as Background (ie. "It was a dark and stormy night." This is pretty vague.
