Cao Cao: Because of its relevance in fiction.
Lukebn: Cars are relevant in fiction, too, but they're not a trope. You could have a page compiling tropes that involve taxis, but having a page for something that is not particularly associated with fiction over real life is just Wood In Popular Culture.
