It is not an Anonymous's place to say such things, perhaps, but isn't this just a term for a character who is prone to Unstoppable Rage ?

Uknown Troper: I feel there's a difference in that The Berserker is usually combat-prone and a warrior either way and *wants* to fight, while the Unstoppable Rage can belong to characters that are normally peaceful and will only attack if pushed into said rage -- the berserker may not seem like a completely different person in combat even if he starts raging, while Unstoppable Rage usually will make the character seem like a completely different person. Also, berserkers aren't always more effective by being pissed off, whereas an unstoppable rage will usually up the character's power drastically. That's just how I feel it, though.
