Paradoxic Title: I think we ought to merge this with Cognizant Limbs, or cut it. Suggestions?
- Hylarn: There's a bit of overlap, but not all that much. Cognizant Limbs is basically appendages acting as separate characters, Subsystem Damage is reducing an enemies combat ability by targeting certain areas.
