Terminus Est 13: Theoretically, yes. Though the sharp barbs and the high speed of handgun-model tasers (which provide ample penetration), the force you're supposed to swing with melee tasers, and the fact that electricity passes through clothing anyway put this in the realm of miniscule probability. I guess if you had layers upon layers upon layers of clothing, but, uh, don't go trying to rob any banks just yet. :p
