In my opinion, the section with the real life examples should be removed. Although the mentioned people have nominal control to order a nuclear strike, they don't push the buttons themselves are therefore dependent on the compliance of their subordinates. On the other hand any british Trident commander could fit in this enumeration as well. Unlike their American counterparts they can technically release the nukes on their own.

Citizen: Godzilla is a Person of Mass Destruction? Now I know. Origins aside, though, a different picture (like, say, Vash) might be more appropriate... Considering Vash at least is still a person. Or humanoid, at least.

Katsuhagi: I agree. If someone could find one of a little girl (Chise, perhaps) it would probably work better.

Citizen: Removed the Code Geass example, because the only thing C.C. destroys is pizza. :P

Semiapies: Geniuses who can use science, even mad science, or cleverness to cause destruction really don't fit this trope. It's about personal power, not physics or wits; we're talking Dr. Manhattan, not the members of the Manhattan Project. I'm taking out the handful of those examples.

Avatar Zero: Removed DMC's Dante as an example. He's powerful, but only on the scale of personal combat.

Falchion: Maybe slap on a Tales section? I know for a fact lots of us have RPG characters who embody this trope. I know I do.
