al103: Actually if we exclude "in the know" and low-lewel perks it will be only 2... With "in the know but normal" and low-level perks 11.
Servbot: I'm curious, which would those two be? The twins? Two of the cheerleaders?
al103: two of the cheerleaders. IIRC Shina is lucky one, so Madoka and Misa. Twins are ninja apprentices, while not a good ones at it they still can't be counted as normal.
