i8246i: Come on, people. Not only did you misplace Team Rocket and Inspector Gadget (when did Inspector Gadget EVER have a live action tv show?), you've made duplicate entries on both shows! GAH!
So, I did what 40 thousand other people should have done, and cleaned up this gross negligance.

- Seriously, there is not one episode of Torchwood wich doesn't have Gwen crying or at least on the brink of tears. It gets a little annoying.
- because while Gwen does get tearful a lot, this is just hyperbole. She doesn't cry in every episode; it doesn't fit the trope.
