Johnny E: The way I see it, there are three things currently covered by two tropes, and they're divided up wrong. Pstandard Psychic Pstance describes both the "Hands On Temples" stance as suggested by the name, and Power Gesture which redirects to it. Magical Gesture refers to the same two actions (mostly the latter) but done by wizards instead of psychics. I propose changing Magical Gesture to Power Gesture and making MG a redirect to that (and have it cover all dynamic hand gestures that make things happen, whether by wizards or psychics) and make PPP refer specifically to the Hands On Temples stance.
