Lee M: I'm absolutely certain that Minder had examples of things that fell off the backs of lorries, but I can't find them just yet.
fleb: Where is the YKTTW? It's not showing up on Launches. (Everyone probably assumed you'd notice it yourself sometime in the many weeks.)
Lullabee: Well, in future, don't assume. Ass, you, me, you know the drill. The person who did something wrong is basically the most unlikely of all the individuals involved to fix it singlehandedly.
