Silent Hunter: For Spiderman 3, I recall reading that one red-haired actress had to go blonde and vice versa. I can't remember who the actresses actually were.

- The body-waxing scene in The 40-Year-Old Virgin was authentic. The results of the waxing are relevant to later scenes in the movie, so actor Steve Carell had to have kept his chest hair in that condition for at least a couple days.
... which would hardly have been a problem, since waxing keeps skin hairless for a couple of weeks. I just felt I had to say it.
blackcat This seems like two different tropes, one about temporary changes like dyeing hair and weight gain, the other about permanent changes including scars and possibly death. Thoughts? I will take it to the forums at some point in the future.
