Johnny E: I broke the link to Bela Lugosi because, well, it isn't a page, and it got reverted. The edit message said "you do not break links to works or people" - is there a policy on this? On the one hand, it's irritating seeing redlinks everywhere that no-one's endeavouring to fix, but on the other it saves a lot of time once a page is created.
Dragon Quest Z: Being around for when the page is created is the very point of those. When it comes to works, it's to say "This work doesn't have a page yet, and if you are a fan, you can make one."
