Looney Toons: You know, I don't watch Family Guy, so I have absolutely no idea what this is supposed to be, even after reading the entry. How about a little more detail?
Hollow49: Reinstated this page in an attempt to fix the problems with the redirect page Breathless Non Sequitor, to which Citizen added the content. I do not understand the trope myself, but couldn't bear to leave a misspelled broken redirect page with the trope contents pasted into it.
Kilyle: Please do elucidate. I have a vague notion of what this is but would certainly welcome some clarity.
Softspoken: Honestly, I want an explination. This sounds like blink-and-you-will-miss-it jokes that are really hilarious, but that the speaker purposely doesn't milk for laughs. But the name is completely misleading to me... It sounds like when someone is trying to relay an important message after running from somewhere, but the context is so weird it just sounds like gibberish.
