Prfnoff: Removed in the rename, since I'm not sure how it fits here or anywhere else:
- It happens in Real Life: just ask any old person who lives or had lived in any Third World country how life was during the last Banana Republic junta stage. Six times out of ten, they will tell you "if you were not into communism/problems/politics, it was fine". Of those, half of them will want those times back, Militaristic Junta included... and probably they would have been collaborators too.
Dangermike; This article needs a trim. It's implied in the decription that Blackshirts refers to groups, not individuals. And the "harmless on their own or in peacetime" descriptor refers to maybe half the examples on this list at most.
Raw Power: Doesn't this sound a LOT like Republicans under Democrat rule?
Turkish Delight: Pardon to the Tropers who were arguing about Libertarianism in the Real Life section, but in an effort to keep the world Safe for Tropocracy, I culled it.

- Note that "Humanity First!" sounds suspiciously similar to "America First!", the isolationist group before WWII which tacitly sided with the Nazis.
The reasoning was more "we help the Nazis, or we help the Communists. Why do we have to help either?" While there may be many problems with that philosophy, characterizing isolationism as Nazism smacks of Did Not Do The Research.
