Looney Toons: The Ranma 1/2 incident with the kaijuu-sized battle auras is in the anime as well (twice, actually), so I've removed the "in the manga" qualification.
Goblins (webcomic) uses auras too, although it seems to be more that each person has their own aura and color. IIRC, when one of the goblins discovered the color of his aura prior to the story beginning, he stole ink from the shaman to tattoo it on himself. I don't think I've seen any repeat colors yet, but I haven't been keeping a list either.
Rocket Dude: Why aren't the Quake games on here? For example, when a player picks up a Quad Damage, their body is enveloped in a blue aura. There are also the powerups from Quake 3 Arena.
