- Really more True Neutral; Yuri's less evil than he is utterly apathetic about everyone trying to kill each other.
He provides the means for dictators to kill innocents for money, and knows it. That's not apathy, that's all-encompasing selfishness- the hallmark of Neutral Evil.
Gemmifer: This movie's title picture is great. You see a face that's somehow not right and it produces a little jolt, a moment before you realize it's just a collage of munition. It produces an Uncanny Valley reaction whithout any of the usual props of the UV, such as rotting limbs, glowing eyes or pointy fangs. And isn't this perfectly appropiate for the character in question?
