- Periphery Demographic: The series is intended for children since it was based on a children's book. However, while it's still an anime geared towards children, long-time Godzilla fans who are adults enjoy the series' overall wacky humor and then some.
- Special Effects Failure: A few scenes in the show have animation errors where Chibi Ghidorah's portrait is flipped over, resulted in left head become right head and vice-versa.
