* TheDeterminator:
** Anna puts every ounce of effort into her quest to get the red plant in "Root Error".
** Likewise, Risk doesn't let up when the yellow plant he and Reward were examining starts flying everywhere, and is dragged around by it until he finally falls to the ground and admits defeat.

Added DiffLines:

* RedOniBlueOni: Risk and Reward, respectively. Risk is more hot-headed and likes making challenges more difficult, while Reward is more gentle and prefers to keep things on the easy side. The two are even ColorCodedForYourConvenience.

* GoneHorriblyRight: Anna's aim to get the red plant becomes this after her test with the yellow plants goes out of control, launching her right out of the house with them all. However, on the descent, she managed to finally achieve her goal, with every yellow flower going right back in the box (including the one Risk was trying to detain earlier), along with the entire house frame (save for the roof, which Anna safely slid off).

Added DiffLines:

* VisualPun: When Rhambus makes an attempt to sort out the RAM issue in "Root Error", he sticks some band-aid onto one of the valves, literally trying to ''patch'' the system bug. This, predictably, doesn't last long, considering how many yellow plants are being spawned in accidentally by Anna at that same moment.

* {{Technobabble}}: Dram usually opts to use terms like describing file sizes to discuss issues, though decides to just cut straight to the chase if that doesn't get through. In plain English, whatever Inhaus is doing with the yellow plants (which ''should'' only take up a kilobyte of data each) in "Root Error", it's hogging up all the RAM in the game realm.

* TroubledDevelopment: InUniverse, the company behind ''Anna-Logue'', known as Reindeer Interactive Media (or formerly "CASTLE"), had to scrap many of their projects due to budget restraints, the titular game included. Though it's stated that the developers "always left a little of their soul into every canned project, wherever they could", implying that this is the reason Anna's digital world is able to function as it is in the present day. This is also helped by the Four Masters, being ex-developers for the game, still keeping things maintained.

** In general, the series is a direct homage to the era of low-poly [=3D=] games, especially concerning the aesthetic of the ''Platform/{{Dreamcast}}''.

* SurprisinglyRealisticOutcome: Anna accidentally spawning in millions of yellow plants causes the house she's inside to lag heavily, to the point that audio stutters and we only see one frame at a time of her trying to get it under control. This thankfully subsides when the spawning causes her and all the plants to fly outside the house.

'''[[https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLDmozCaO13hlhZ5WJMd1ZqcJ6JecOwlRx Anna-Logue]]''' is an ongoing web animation series made by [=MachoBoy=], which focuses on the titular Anna, a little robot girl, and her adventures around her homeland to fix things and make everyone look good, most of all herself!

Along the way, she meets a colorful cast of characters, including the four Masters of the Realm that work to keep everything stable, and finds her own ways of solving problems in this unusual realm.

The full animations can also be found on [[https://machoboyanim.newgrounds.com/ Newgrounds]], alongside extra art for the series in general.

!!I mean, you came to the right place, so... here's your tropes, I guess.
* LargeHam: Dram, the huge hardware expert robot, exhibits traits of this, to the point of pushing his whole side of a phone call in center frame in "Root Error".
* LoopholeAbuse: When Anna's struggling to get by Risk and Reward's course in "Balancing Issues", she finally decides to just use the respawn flag, throw it to where the goal button is and then respawn herself right on top of it, much to Risk's bafflement.
* {{MacGuffin}}: Throughout "Root Error", Anna's central goal is getting the red plant on top of a shelf, though also has to contend with how Inhaus's experiment is able to move yellow plants around.
* SuddenlySpeaking: Though Anna very rarely talks, usually preferring to use actions rather than words, she does speak on a couple of occasions, first in one video to voice her surprise about how people have been watching her adventures, and second in TheStinger of "Root Error" to thank the viewers for the fan art that's been made of her.
