What matters for Mad Bomber is that they are mentally unstable, whether that means they have a neatly typed 300 page manifesto or extreme anger issues.

Characters associated with bombs tend to have anger issues. This is distinct from Mad Bomber in which bomb-related characters are Axe-Crazy.
