- Rose seemingly getting crushed to death by fallen debris, just after she told Roy she accepted him as her father. Roy crying out her name is heartbreaking.
- The aftermath. Everyone seemingly lost a friend and the Andersons lost their sister, even if she wasn't biologically related. Yuto blames himself as his friend was the one responsible for the accident.
- When Solty prefers to pull an Heroic Sacrifice and Roy cries and pleads when he tries to dissuade her? That hurts.
- Episode 17 when Sylvia is killed by Ashley. It's obvious she was having a hard time dealing with all the changes recently, only to be killed by the man she was in love with, seconds after he feigns returning her feelings.
- Her colleagues take it really badly, though Celica takes it the worst. It's clear they all looked up to her and they were very close to each other. The fact they were framed for something that they would never do to each other makes it worse.
