Overwhelmed by the repair needs of four Dinotrux, Revvit returns to the Reptool Ravine hoping to get some of his friends to join him, but the Reptools have been hiding in their Ravine their entire life, and aren't willing to go out into the world so easily. While Revvit does manage to convince his closest friends, Ace, Waldo and Click-Clack to come out and work on the Dinotrux, their fears are verified when the reptools are all kidnapped by Scrapadactyls.

- Ton-Ton and Ace quickly become friends, due to their adventurous spirits.
- "Eureka!" Moment: When he realizes that he can't fix everyone, Revvit decides to recruit his friends from the ravine.Revvit: I think... I am going to require some assistance.
- Foreshadowing: Skya mentions being attacked by Scraptors, while Dozer and Ton-Ton mention Rollodons with the latter saying that he likes to run with them.
- Hidden Elf Village: The Reptool Ravine, a hidden Reptool village where the citizens spend their days hiding in fear of the outside world.
- In-Series Nickname: After seeing Revvit, Waldo calls him "Revvit the Wanderer".
- Kidnapping Bird of Prey: Scrapadactyls kidnap the Reptools by grabbing them in their talons.
- Noodle Incident: The gang has to be fixed after being caught in avalanche (Ty), being ambushed by Scraptors (Skya), surviving Rollodons stampede (Dozer), and jumping over an erupting volcano backward (Ton-Ton).
- Nothing Is the Same Anymore: Click-Clack, Ace and Waldo express this after they return to ravine after their adventure with Dinotrux. Ace even lampshades this, by saying that the ravine now feels smaller.
- Offscreen Moment of Awesome: While showing the scar on his bed to the others, Ton-Ton says that he jumped over an erupting volcano. Backwards.
- Tempting Fate:
- Revvit assures his friends that they will be just fine outside, and run into danger not shortly after.
- After leaving their home ravine, Click-Clack worries that they will be spotted by Dinotrux. Soon after, Ty appears.
- Ty responds to Waldo's skepticism by saying that with their protection, nothing bad can happen to them. Then a Scrapadactyl abducts Waldo.
- Rule of Three: Click-Clack asks Revvit if his "better way" idea involves avoiding danger at all costs. By the third time, Revvit (annoyed by Click-Clack's repetitiveness) snaps.
