Kouji Ishii (born July 1, 1960) is a Japanese voice actor born in Wakayama, Japan, and voiced various role archetypes, but most notably the Big Bad and The Mentor.
Too bad we have yet to know about his waifu... or are we simply Years Too Early (or is it Extremely Ultra Super Late?) to know about it...? KYAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Not to be confused with O-Ren Ishii.
