* Nanoha from ''Franchise/MagicalGirlLyricalNanoha''; her "MagicWand" is capable of firing off energy blasts that can (and do) take out HumongousMecha.

* Going even smaller, Autumn Fry ([[https://autumnsarmory.com/ website here]] and [[https://www.youtube.com/c/AutumnsArmory556 YouTube Channel here]]) is an adorable little tyke who is incredibly proficient with firearms for her young age and shows better adherence to UsefulNotes/GunSafety than many grown adults do. Being a prepubescent girl, just about any gun she uses is going to end up looking big in her hands.

* One or two of these appear in the anime ''Anime/IzettaTheLastWitch'' to the point where they are big enough that the titular witch can use them as a broom (one was even custom made for her with handlebars), sometimes with Archduchess Fine on the back as a passenger. * ''VideoGame/TwistedMetal: Black'' has this with vehicles instead of guns. Darkside, a big rig that serves as the largest vehicle in the game and whose special attack is [[RammingAlwaysWorks a high-speed ram]], is driven by Dollface, a childlike young woman.

** In the first anime episode of ''Alicization'', when the cast converts their avatars to GGO, resident TokenMiniMoe Silica is seen firing a giant turret minigun mounted on top of a Humvee.

* Tristana from ''VideoGame/LeagueOfLegends'', of course. She carries around a rocket launcher taller than she is, and can even use it to RocketJump.

* Mana from ''Manga/MahouSenseiNegima''. Half subverted: the guns are air-powered replicas (most of them, as the biggest is confirmed as an actual [[{{BFG}} anti-materiel rifle]]), but they use ridiculously effective magical ammunition. And she's not ''small'' at all (she's 180 cm tall, and possesses the MostCommonSuperpower).

* Shio from ''{{Manga/Nobunagun}}''. [[SuperTeam Like most of the other characters in the series]], she is the reincarnation of a famous historical figure (Nobunaga Oda in this case), and can summon a weapon with ties to their past life. Shio's weapon is the titular "Nobunagun", which primarily takes the form of a [[GatlingGood gatling cannon]], [[GunsAkimbo among]] [[MoreDakka other]] [[RecoilBoost things]].

* Stargirl of the ''Comicbook/JusticeSocietyOfAmerica'' and the Cosmic Rod, which is about a head taller than she is (since it was made for Jack Knight) and a very potent weapon and sky surfboard.

** Sharla from ''[[VideoGame/{{Xenoblade}} Xenoblade Chronicles]]'' uses a large rifle to [[CombatMedic both kill and heal]].

* ''Videogame/{{Iji}}'' is more like "Big Girl, '''''Bigger''''' Gun": If you unlock the detailed enemy stats, you learn that she's 6'3" (taller than most men!), but the Nanogun she wields is designed for Tasen Elites who run an average of ''nine'' feet tall. She complains at the beginning that she can barely lift it, and the recoil from the [[{{BFG}} MPFB Devastator]] (essentially a triple-nuclear-rocket launcher) knocks her off her feet if she hasn't maxed out her Strength stat.
** The eponymous protagonist of ''Videogame/HyperPrincessPitch'', by the same author, uses an even bigger gun.
* Possible via cheating in ''VideoGame/{{Fallout 3}}''. Use mods or console commands to make your character a 10 year old, then specialize in Big Guns. Normal adult female characters specialized in Big Guns also fall under this trope.

* In ''VideoGame/{{Intrusion 2}}'', the boss Maku is an average size but very thin woman who wields a positively '''massive''' laser cannon.
* In art for the VideoGame/NaziZombies level ''Call of the Dead'', Creator/SarahMichelleGellar rocks a minigun.

* Downplayed with Moze of ''VideoGame/Borderlands3''. She does look, dress, and act the part of an adult soldier, but she's both the smallest and slightest of the game's Vault Hunters, and the one who specializes in the biggest guns and a MiniMecha.

* In the ''Literature/{{Discworld}}'' fanfic of Creator/AAPessimal, there is [[BadassIsraeli Rivka ben-Divorah]] (who on our world might get a job offer from Mossad) a girl barely five feet tall but who, a trained Assassin, is ''good'' with weaponry of all shapes and sizes. Quite often, the bigger and the more potent, the ''better''.
