Ok. I’m writing a review for the three, I’m not sure if I classified it correctly.
I like all three but to a different extent.
I liked The Jimmy Timmy Power Hour and was surprised by how well it worked. I found that the The Fairly OddParents style humour which permeated the episode to be quite funny. And I like how it’s one of the few occasions where Crocker gets to pose a major threat as the Big Bad. Outside of Abracatastrophe that’s pretty rare. I like how it has Timmy explore What Measure is a NonHuman when he convinces Jimmy to save Fairy World. Timmy did it once before in the episode introducing the Crimson Chin but this time Timmy faces much greater stakes.
That said, Timmy inadvertently transforming Goddard into a monster in need of defeat was pretty generic. Timmy already had to deal with a video game becoming real in the first episode and his having to stop something he inadvertently created from destroying a city is pretty much par for the course for him. So that aspect was a weakness of the episode.
One which was resolved in part two wherein Professor Calamitous from Jimmy Neutron forms an alliance with Anti-Cosmo and each one poses a threat to both universes. I love the rivalry between Jimmy and Timmy. And how they put aside their enmity to defeat the Calamitous controlled Jorgen. Even Timmy trying to keep his being an average kid a secret from Cindy is something I like about the episode.
The third part was good but wouldn’t have been a worthy ending to the series. Timmy and Jimmy act uncharacteristically selfish in this one. Teaming up to defeat their enemies makes sense but building their own villain out of boredom is something I can see Timmy doing but feels weird for Jimmy. And they forget about Cindy despite her being extremely important to them in the previous one. After the Villain gets created the episode picks up and becomes rather good due to him being both comical and threatening and hard not to root for. And the Aesop about not taking your friends for granted is nice.
WesternAnimation Jimmy vs Timmy

All in all, I think the second was the best one.
