My very first review on TV Tropes, and it happens to be on an Internet Critic that's underneath the radar in lieu of more prominent reviewers. Despite being a somewhat new fan of Watcher Of The2000s, I can more or less gauge his potential as a cyber-presence by his rather small gallery of YouTube videos. And I'll go right ahead and say there's potential in him indeed.
So what do you get with The Watcher? You get a young man who is learned in popular media that, as his moniker suggests, tackles media from the 2000s decade, from Western Animation to live-action movies, and with modest production values. A noteworthy aspect of his videos is that he depicts his Author Avatar using a distinct art style, in this case that of a Visual Novel, complete with multiple stills showing different expressions, postures and so on. Unlike other established and rising critics such as The Mysterious Mr. Enter, Nostalgia Critic, The Spoony One and Angry Video Game Nerd, the Watcher teeters along the fine line between a Composed Critic and Caustic Critic, and when he leans towards the latter, it's mostly for comedic effect. The Watcher's mostly composed and organized style is a breath of fresh air for those who've had their share of the aforementioned critics. That being said, his calm nature and use of dry humor may be more of an acquired taste and will be a hard sell for some, but his insight on the subjects he reviews is a big enough appeal.
In addition to the Visual Novel-esque style that the Watcher uses, his more recent reviews are tied together in a Half-Arc Season entitled Project '13 which follows an original, rather dark plotline that screams Tropes in Space. Depending on your preference, it can be intriguing or distracting, and regardless, it's his prerogative on whether or not he wants to follow through on it. Although he is proving to be ambitious about this.
WebVideo A pleasure to watch; needs more love

And that is Watcher Of The2000s in a nutshell. As it stands, Watcher is currently at 37316 subscribers on YouTube, surpassing Pie Guy Rulz at 13974 and behind both Rebel Taxi and The Mysterious Mr. Enter, at 129685 and 63536, as of the time of writing.
Definitely recommended if you enjoy good (subjective) reviews and a good reviewer with a unique style and presentation.
