Again, he was searching for the right word to say and came up short. It doesn\\\'t matter if it\\\'s not a word. People will make up appropriate-sounding words if they can\\\'t think of the real one. That\\\'s how tropes like BuffySpeak came to exist!
EDIT: And before anyone asks how \\\"rotica\\\" sounds appropriate, imagine it as a butchered \\\"robotic\\\" or a mix of that word and \\\"animatronic\\\" with an \\\"a\\\" at the end. Makes more sense to me, at least.
