(For example: ThirdOptionLoveInterest was once named \\\"Cheryl Blossom\\\" after the \\\'\\\'[[ArchieComics Archie]]\\\'\\\' character, but the former gets the meaning the trope across to a more mainstream audience.) For all we know, [=HawktureShorts155=]\\\'s proposal might not even have enough examples to be tropable. If that happens, all I\\\'d need to do is make a link and then redirect the empty page to this one.
For future reference, here\\\'s what you\\\'d do:
*1. Make a link to the page you want to use as the alternative trope title.
*2. If the link is red, then the page hasn\\\'t been created yet. There are also the occasional few blue links that are empty. These are usually fair game, although there are exceptions.
*3. You then click on the link you created and edit the page. To redirect a link, you place the name of the trope you want to redirect to inside of the code \\\"[[redirect: ]]\\\" (exclude the quotation marks when you\\\'re doing this for real).
*4. Save the page and voila! If done properly, you\\\'ll be taken to the corresponding page that you redirected the other page to.
Hopefully that made sense.
About the whole relocation thing, all I\\\'d be doing is cutting and pasting erroneous examples from one page to the other. I wanted to make my case known before I started, but I have no idea how to close the previous thread for HotAmazon that led to our consensus to create the AmazonianBeauty trope. I\\\'m currently asking around to see if anyone knows how to do so. I might start removing examples soon, but I might just wait \\\'til we get that Statuesque Stunner YKTTW launched (which won\\\'t be for about another 2 days or so at the very least).
Oh and no worries about \\\"getting off topic\\\". What you were discussing above was actually relevant, so there\\\'s no need to apologize about it.
