** Tia from \\\'\\\'Breakers\\\'\\\'. Whereas Rila is shown to be quite buff and only wears a LeotardOfPower, Tia\\\'s legs (despite being Chun-Li\\\'s CaptainErsatz), while [[ShesGotLegs long]], are no more defined than that of Sakura.
