D'awwwww...
My posts make considerably more sense read in the voice of John Ratzenberger.{nods} Choices on Sasha's part.
I think most people wasn't expecting that huh Agreeing with "I can't believe that worked"
Oh, I totally expected that. The last thing Torg wants right now is another Oasis running around... not to mention that who knows what the system would do in that case. The worst case scenario Torg had for that was just the door not opening, in which case he could try the desperation ploy.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.Geez, Chen is most annoying magnificent bastard, as long as that lasted
In some ways, I guess that was inevitable - the running question really was which of the victims of Chen's Chronic Backstabbing Disorder would finally be the lucky winner of the "who gets to kill him" lottery.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.Huh on inspiration behind Marcus
Huh, Oasis is freaking out on background while they are discussing the satellite thing
So the only emotion they can make her emulate is envy, but we clearly saw something else while she was collecting Riff...
...is Sluggy frickin' Freelance about to do the Power of Love thing?
My posts make considerably more sense read in the voice of John Ratzenberger.Well, as the latest comic shows, she was really going rather far with that loophole abuse
You know, stepping back and looking at the comic as a whole, I'm starting to wonder if all of this is the grand plan of K'Z'K'... ahem, I mean Poopy Pants. Because the more I think of it, the more this looks like the actual end of all things... and it all stems from a future version of Dr. Schlock jumping back in time to run from K'Z'K'. What if Schlock wasn't running per se, but instead was herded there by The Destroyer in the first place? K'Z'K' deliberately set it up so that Schlock only had one direction to go, trusting Schlock to take things too far due to his very nature. If all that is true, the comic has been one long Xanatos Gambit (or maybe Xanatos Roulette) to destroy all of reality, and it's just in a much different form than pretty much anyone (except for Riff, thanks to the 4U dimension) expected K'Z'K' to do it. And I wouldn't put it past Pete to have done it.
Also, if that's all true, Zoe's time has come again... after all, she is The Stormbreaker.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.Hm... interesting point. Note that 4U City's version of Zoe was dead, so she wasn't around to break that storm.
Wh... Sasha is "innocent"?!

My posts make considerably more sense read in the voice of John Ratzenberger.Torg notices that before, I suppose its because they are clone bodies controlled by a satellite so they can't really be themselves guilty
That's not really a spoiler. We've known that "Kusari" was innocent enough to activate Chaz for what I think has been a few years now. Oasis is too.
More likely it's because both she and Oasis have no control over their own lives and thoughts, and are thus literally innocent because they have no agency.
Chaz, I believe, gauges the content of character rather than the blood itself.

"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.Well, Oasis was innocent. She just ran someone through with a sword entirely of her own free will.
Eh, given how Kusari works that isn't necessarily a dealbreaker. She's killing one of the clone bodies, but that doesn't really kill Kusari permanently right? There's a second one in the room even, and an endless supply of clone bodies to follow her; given that maybe it's closer to just knocking someone out than to actual murder.
deviantArt | TwitterThat would kind of go against the idea of Chaz. He kills the thing he hits, no matter what it is. If it could regenerate somehow, it doesn't. If it's somehow immortal, it's not any more. It's gone.
My guess has been that as he kills Kusari clones, that consciousness fails to regenerate as its supposed to (to Schlock's astonishment) until at the end of the conflict there's conveniently only one Kusari-at-any-time left.

"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.Honestly, I suspect that Chaz is another name and form for K'Z'K (both are destroyers with many names) and that everything not affiliated with K'Z'K is innocent. I could be wrong.
Huh... intriguing idea. I can think of one potential issue, but even then it requires hair-splitting - when Torg fought zombies, none of them activated Chaz' power... but then, do they even have blood in the first place?
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.2018-1-19 - Cutthroat actions can be Bloody Hilarious.
Huh, ya know this is technically first time in years we see real Oasis now that she is no longer under control of the orders
Arguably, it's the first time ever.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster. And, after the last panel teased that Oasis was still in love with Torg, reality sets in and she's just enjoying a good joke. Or maybe her poor heart is breaking inside as, finally free, she chooses to set free another rather than force herself on him.

Oasis tank revelation and nude puns.
I think that Oasis's innocence depends a lot on what part of her exists before decanting. Do they start with a template? Is it imposed upon them after being removed?
