The Remus kickstarter just went live here. Please consider chipping in so I can continue to work on this at the level I'd like to.
Remus is a really impressive comic! We don't see enough espionage thrillers in webcomics. Really enjoyed what I read, I'll try to help Kickstart it, and I'll definitely be reading more!
We Are The Wyrecats Needs Tropes!Thank you very much! I'm reading through Ruby Nation right now, nice work!
Thanks, Kyle! Does Remus have a TV Tropes page yet?
We Are The Wyrecats Needs Tropes!I know this would be more fit for a "are you planning to make a webcomic" thread, but I'm trying to make one called Y2K Heroes.
The trying comes from me still trying to get Sai to work just right or at least wait until I can get a monitor.
What exactly is Sai?
I think he's referring to a painting program, Paint Tool SAI.
Thanks! Added some tropes to Remus, will continue to do so as it progresses.
We Are The Wyrecats Needs Tropes!....and your comic's still relatively tame compared to modern DC Comics (Which is a good thing)

With all the memes about women choosing a bear over a man, Hollywood might wanna get on an 'East of the Sun and West of the Moon' adaptationFUCK. My site just got hacked.
Ugh. Yeah, definitely hacked.
So... would anyone mind telling me the best way to get my webcomic out there? I'm terrible at site design, so....
God's in his Heaven all's right with the worldIf you really don't want to do any site design work yourself, Drunk Duck or Smack Jeeves might be a good bet. I personally use a theme for Wordpress designed for this sort of thing... which you can't actually see right now, but it looks pretty good most of the time.
If I start out putting my webcomic up on one of those sites, or another like it, will there be any legal issues in me eventually moving it to my own domain?
Or whatever it's called, I'm not great with the jargon.

God's in his Heaven all's right with the worldIt probably depends on whatever site you use.

Well... again, I'm terrible with the whole 'making websites' thing. Can anyone direct me to a cheap web design program that I won't have to write any code for?
God's in his Heaven all's right with the worldI've put in maybe twelve lines of code to my site, and they were all copy-pasted from elsewhere. Seriously, comicpress is a pretty good pick... when it's working properly.
EDIT: I've found myself a new host... but now I have to do everything manually. Ah well, had to learn to code sooner or later.
EDIT 2: IT'S ALLIIIIIIIIVE!

I created a Webcomic called D And DS 9 a few weeks ago, and it's got a trope page now. Hopefully people will like it. I didn't create a discussion thread since that seems a bit too much like advertising.

Quote of the Week: 'I used to be indecisive, but now I'm unsure'i sorta got one XD its just all currently on paper and just not on the web curse my lack of scanner.
okay technically i have 4 but ones a sequel and the other two are on the backburner for now
http://devildart.deviantart.comOn creating at least without the hassle of complicated management as everyone says it is either Smack Jeeves and Drunk Duck (or "the duck" after the last fix). But given that it is a "show and tell" to quickly become "run and hide" in any case here is my work... and what I'm thinking of nominating towards a Development Hell award: City of Dream. Under the radar, under skilled drawings, taking the Noodles a lot, and yet I still work on it despite my poor time management skill. I feel bad for posting it (specially mid development hell) but it is a painful way to let it know to be on "air".
Well here goes nothingI do have a webcomic in fact. It is on THE INTERNETS, and I plan to update it regularly- once per week at the moment. I have a page done! Not much story, but I'd appreciate feedback on the artwork. Look it up at orangeskycomics.com.

I have a new webcomic (as of August 2011, anyway), with its own tropes page; Ruby Nation
