Sort of a comparison discussion for Circus of Fear, the Amusement Park of Doom could really use a better image. I mean I get the fact that it's supposed to be frightening in Left 4 Dead but by itself it doesn't really describe the Everything Trying to Kill You.

I suggest an image from Epic Mickey's Wasteland [1] (there's probably a better one out there), or using the Grandaddy of all evil carnivals Carn Evil [2].

On what level do we distinguish between COF and AMOD anyway?

^^ Circuses and amusement parks are different things. Circuses have performers; Amusement parks have rides and games (Circuses can have a 'midway', which are a type of amusement park). If there aren't performances and performers, it isn't a circus.

Anyway, on the image question — crop off the top and bottom banners of this?

I do not think the top and bottom banners of an Access Denied page would make all that good a page image. tongue

She left a "this" on the end of her link. Just delete the "this" after jpg.

It's certainly better than the original image that's for sure.

I have no real problems with using Madrugada's image

Foxy Mod's pic will be fine with the titles cropped off.

Thanks :) The JPG compression artifacts make painting something out harder, but they make the results more convincing when it's done.

Ok the only real issue I had with the image before was that small whit text seemed distracting. Now that it's gone, it's perfect. Throw it up!
