Okay, so post-Lazarus Soldier: Shock Trooper Lieutenant Commander Jennifer Paragon Shepard armed with Avenger, Avalanche, Viper, Predator and Scimitar with Tali'Zorah vas Normandy and Jack alongside, each armed with a Predator, are allowed. However, I'd like to switch Jack to an Eviscerator and Tali to a Geth Plasma Shotgun, and add the Kassa Fabrications X-12e "Locust" to the whole squad's armament, if that is okay.

I suppose so.

Shepard? Primarily defensive, though very willing to work with others to control far more territory.

Paragon Shepard is all about kindness and cooperation, after all.

However, overt operations to dominate others without provocation will not be tolerated.

My character won't actually be guarding his universe nor dominating others. He will be a more unpredictable person as well as unstable at times. He is more likely to explore others than defend his. Although as soon as you try taking over his he won't be neutral. Although there isn't anyone in his universe to conquer. At least known. The only known, Earth, is a bunch of rumble floating in space around the sun.

The Toa Mahri will protect their own universe, in addition to providing help to anybody who wants it. Basically what Rallyfan said.
