OK final try for a RPG that I run.

The multiverse. It has existed since the beginning of time. The barriers between universes were deemed unbreakable by the gods.

The gods were wrong. The barriers between universes are breaking. Universes are fusing and warping. Certain people want a new universe to rule.

So Yeah... just sign up.

Are we ourselves? Or do we create characters?

either way, I'm in.

Sounds interesting. Might play as a Bionicle character.

You pick characters or yourself in a universe. miz. For example I could play Harold from the Fire Emblem RP OR I could play Deadpool. On the other hand Crow T. Robot pick your Toa! I don't mean that angrily BTW.

I'm half tempted to drop in my post-Lazarus Lieutenant Commander Jennifer Shepard(solid blue Paragon), but I'm afraid Shepard might be too powerful.

If I can only have one, I'm going with one of my faves, Hahli. Otherwise, all five Toa Mahri.

Go with Hahli. Also have Shepard without the Cain and it's fine. Toa for example have elemental powers. Seems fair to me.

Erm, imo, the Collector Beam is more effective in general than the Cain.

And I'll be packing a serious dakka machine: the X-76e "Revenant". Alongside an X-97e "Viper" sniper rifle, an X-3e "Predator" pistol and an X-27e "Scimitar" shotgun. If I'm still allowed the Collector Particle Beam alongside those...

OVERKILL!!! will ensue.

OK. The Collector beam is OUT. That dakka machine may be. The sniper rifle is fine though.

What limits are there on how powerful a character can be? Is there a level on the Super Weight scale we can't go beyond?

Do we need to list powers/abilities/weapons, or anything?

I'd say Lottery weight 3 is the highest you can go. Yes Crow. I need to see if I have to cut anything or say no to someone who goes over Lottery weight 3.

Can we take away the ability to instant-kill shielded enemies on the cryo-blaster? Also maybe get a slightly weaker sniper rifle?

Hahli's pretty okay- she has the elemental powers of Water, Wolverine Claws, a Cordak Blaster, and the Kanohi Faxon.

Frozen enemies may take increased damage and be shattered, but the Avalanche can't instakill on its own. On top of that, as long as enemies have some barriers, shields or armor remaining, the Avalanche can't freeze them. Someone else has to pump rounds into the target, or Shepard has to switch weapons. And the Viper can't instakill unless it's a shot to a weak point while in Adrenalin Rush.

Oh, squad mates, if I'm allowed, would be Tali'Zorah vas Normandy and Jack. Each equips an X-3e "Predator" and an X-27e "Scimitar".

It makes sense for Shepard to bring his/her squad. On the other hand seeing how no other universe has the "shields" I have to remove the cryo-blaster. I apologize.

Do you promise to only use it in times of trouble? AKA Don't use it whenever Shepard gets in a fight. If it's a Sith or something similar fine. If not DON'T USE IT. That OK with you?

You know how limited heavy weapon ammo is, right? I can't just throw the thing around willy-nilly: I'd be out of ammo in two seconds.

In other words, yes.

Can I join? I have an original character I would like to submit.

Name: Austin

Powers: able to manipulate the metal that makes up his body. The metal is fused to his cells. Capable of forming various objects where his suit has holes in it. The suit is condensed metal, normally looks like steel but the steel only acts as a cover for the real stuff. The metal and the suit actually are purple in color. The suit is very nonreactive to most things except certain chemicals that have various reactions to the metal. Has to prepare the suits holes ahead of time. Can create wormholes normally except someone is sending a jamming signal from somewhere making him unable to create wormholes. In order to move with the suit he requires his gravity dampener. The dampener works by creating gravity in the reverse direction of the gravitational body. The suit has a melting point of 9 million degrees. The metal in its normal has a melting point higher than steel, malleability of aluminum, and density of aluminum. Plasma weapons easily melt his suit and body. His mind and memories are stored in the crystalline structure of the metal on an atomic level. Capable of ignoring pain by neutralizing the electrical pulses with his own artificial.

Description: Scale armor body and helmet with traditional arms and legs from medival knight armor design. He looks human under the armor except for the purplish tinge to everything on his body. Normally creates an exterior of skin to hide his unique changes.

Personality: Has a second personality that likes to kill. To know when the switch occurs when he is normal listen for laughter and look for him holding his head as if he has a head ache. The laughter isn't evil it is more of nervous laughter in response to extreme stress. He has an affinity for sparkling drinks. He joins the fight out of boredom.

weakness: When absorbing matter for energy 40% of his energy is needed for it to be effective without loss. Can only store so much energy and losses energy overtime like a battery. Certain chemicals react with metal in terrible ways for example one breaks the metal down in to itself and has a snowball effect. Wormhole technology is currently offline. If the gravity dampeners go he can't move except by getting out of his armor.
