There is a talk page. Click on the little icon with the orange speech bubbles.
As for your query, I don't see any problem. Just remember to put it in the description, not the examples, because it applies to an entire genre and not a single work.
Ukrainian Red Cross^ Adding to that, if there is no "double speech bubble" icon on a page, hit "Discuss" (blue lines under the logo— it's the next-to-last button in the second row) and it takes you to the same place. Scroll down when on the discussion page and hit "add a new topic." Not many people read discussion pages, though, so if no one responds after a while, just do what you were going to do. If might get reverted, but at least you tried.

Thanks for the all fish!
First, I would simply post this on a talk page for the entry Anvilicious, but no talk page exists, and I don't know how to create one. (If anyone would care to enlighten me on that, I'd be glad to listen.)
That said, it seems to me that the majority of political cartoons (as seen on the editorial page of that media dinosaur, the newspaper) are the very definition of anvilicious, and I was thinking of adding a few sentences to that effect in the main entry. Does this sound sensible?
