Macron's notesAnything else to do at Rubber Orfice?
TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupStretch the definition a bit more?
It looks like Shock Fatigue was supposed to be a YMMV trope page. It has been launched, but for some reason doesn't appear as a YMMV page.
A trope has to be on YMMV.Home Page or its sub index Audience Reactions in order for the page to be tagged as YMMV. I added Shock Fatigue to Audience Reactions.
Also, this thread isn't the place to discuss launched tropes.

Macron's notesThanks for letting me know. Which thread should I use in future? I wasn't sure on this one.
A question like that might be better suited on Ask The Tropers.
Macron's notesI need to make sure my Obscene OBGYN draft retains as many SFW examples as possible, seeing as it is a trope involving sexual abuse. I have put a moratorium on examples from NSFW works.
Thank you for everyone who has already given great input on my Omegaverse draft. I'd be grateful for any more feedback or example suggestions!
I'm thinking about launching my proposed page, Prison Level, soon because they it has quite a lot of examples. Does the opening paragraph need any work on it? (I'll start an image pickin thread to decide the page image.)
Hmmm
Maybe a collage could work?
Wanted some opinions on how my Random Loot Exchanger draft is looking. I feel it's probably ready to launch soon but haven't gotten any feedback in the draft comments.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?and look good to me.
Macron's notesCan we get more opinions on Resurrected Sadist. I'm worried the name is going to mark people think this is more general than it actually is. But I have no clue what to replace it with?

"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."Backstory Song has two TLP drafts: First is https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/discussion.php?id=uos9yejt5vsp9nfephscx26s
Second is https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/discussion.php?id=v9leu3vhemvjzk7dt52ya26b
- The first draft dates from 2011, but its sponsor Shnakepup has not edited it since 2012. It has 1 hat, no bombs, and a serviceable description, but requests more examples in a red note. There are some examples and comments.
- The second draft was started in February 2023 by Icey Crystal 4, but there isn't much of a description, nor more than two improperly formatted examples. Yet, it has received many examples via comments, and suggestions for improvement. Unfortunately, it currently has nine bombs and only 1 hat
I think I might suggest to Icey Crystal 4 to try to combine the two drafts into one, as the first must be abandoned after all this time.
Would this be okay with you?
I have an idea for trope about (Fire) Axe Wielding Lunatics, but I can't get that one last example needed for a draft. I've got one from The Shining and Friday the 13th, with the former having an insane killer using an axe, and the latter usually using an axe, both insane out of their minds. But I just can't find that last example.
^i'm not fully certain what the trope you're going for is but this sounds like a weapon specific version of Stock Slasher. There was a convo in the thread that disambiguated An Axe To Grind about spinning off "axes used by murderers" but it didn't gain enough approval. See the convo here
It's specifically about axes usually being used by the unstable, violent mentally ill. Jack ticks all the boxes, and so does Jason Voorhees, who is somehow way too pissed off over being neglected to death. If Myers used an axe, he wouldn't really be considered as an example because he's simply pure evil, not insane.
oh like a literal Ax-Crazy trope / an axe version of Psycho Knife Nut? There was support for that in the An Axe To Grind thread, but no one has made the draft for it.
You could actually probably get good examples from Ax-Crazy. I think Yuno Gasai from Mirai Nikki would count. Yandere and Cute and Psycho would also be good places to look.

Yeah, the Psycho Axe Killer idea.
Currently Working On: Incorruptible Pure PurenessThank you, I'll be looking through them when I get the time.
So I'm (semi-casually) working on "Propeller Hat of Youth", and I'm wondering how to best settle the scope.
I've reckoned that "silliness" is akin to "childishness", but I'm not sure how far I wish to stretch that. So I've got 2 ideas:
- Make a sister trope draft for "Propeller Hat of Silliness"
- Converge both concepts into a singular draft called "Propeller Hat of Whimsy" (can cover childishness, silliness, lunacy(?), etc.)
Might not get back to this immediately but I'd appreciate others' feedback please, thank you.

Pantheon Wick CleaningI think idea 2 is better. Silliness is often associated with youth, i.e. it's the goofball Manchild who is told to grow up and take things more seriously. Makes sense they'd be under the same trope.
I'm personally in favor of that idea too, but I'll give it some time for more discussion and for me to study before I make any drastic changes.
Someone suggested mentioning the connection of the propeller hats to the science-fiction fandom (I've read about that before on Wikipedia), though I'm unsure how it helps contribute to either scope of the trope (youth and/or whimsy). I might configure a mention of such in the description for it to be there anyway, but until then, I'd appreciate feedback on if/how I should proceed with this. Thank you.
Pantheon Wick Cleaning
I'd like to make a crowner for my TLP Very Unbelievable Feat.
My options (so far) are:
